Wonderful location and very responsive and helpful staff. They were answering realy fast of all our questions on line. Also there was a possibilitie to leave our luggage at the reception after check out and have a good time around the city center.

The floor was quite dirty and some parts of the bathroom.

Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten die Private Suite. Sehr geräumig.

Die Betten sind nicht wicklich Betten, sondern eine ausgezogene Couch und ein großes Stoffbett auf dem die Matratzen rauf gelegt wurden, jedenfalls nicht passend für das Bett im Schlafzimmer. An einem Tag gab es ab 09:00 Uhr vormittags wegen einer Wartung kein Wasser und zuvor keine Info darüber. Wenn man also länger geschlafen hätte, hätte man sich nicht mehr kultivieren können. Das WC ist in einer winzigen Nische und man durfte kein WC Papier in das WC werfen, wegen Verstopfungsgefahr 😏 das war sehr unangenehm zumal sich das WC im Badezimmer befand. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt, durfte nicht benutzt werden. Küchenschränke liesen sich nicht schließen, Geschirr und Oberfläche der Küche fühlten sich klebrig an. Licht im Kühlschrank defekt. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend ( muss im Zimmer gegessen werden, fanden wir aber nicht störend ) Beschriftung zum Apartement selbst eher schlecht. Wir mussten den Betreiber telefonisch kontaktieren, der eher unfreundlich war und uns sagte, dass wir das Mail (in englischer Sprache verfasst) lesen sollen. Wenn jemand kein Englisch versteht, eher schlecht. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem jedoch keine 3 Sterne wert.

Perfect central location to see all the sights. Room was comfortable and staff communicated well throughout my stay. You can get breakfast from a little breakfast bar and take it into your room which was fun. I had a 9.30pm departure out of Vienna and staff gave me access to be able to easily come collect my luggage late in the day. Room was also ready when I arrived before check-in and I was able to access which I really appreciated too

Room 6 was right at the breakfast bar which was a bit loud when being set up - especially as there is a coffee machine. Had to pop in earplugs

We loved the lift and been in the centre of everything, but so quiet inside u would never know it.. if u like waking up to horses walking down outside your accommodation in the morning this is the place to be.

Nothing really its self check in after a certain time of day.. so make sure u check mail for key codes.

EVERY OTHER HOTEL we have stayed at over our 14 night 9 hotel locations have accommodated us when we needed it! BOTH Bathroom handles fell off the door as soon as we entered the room although promptly resolved. Bath was there however it had to be used as a shower only. Extremely dangerous with no bathmat, had to use a towel to get a grip of the bottom of the bath to ensure safety! 1 tissue left in the tissue dispenser on the 1st day. Couldn't drain the sink on the 2nd day! Had to spit toothpaste & saliva down the toilet as the sink plug was broken! NO milk provided in the room or reception for tea in the room. WORST OF ALL... THIS IS DISGUSTING... WE WERE INSRUCTED WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO FLUSH *SOILED* TOULET PAPER INTO THE TOILET!!! Insted to place mixed faeces into a small bathroom pedal bin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I demand feedback, an apology & recompence in terms of a partial refund. Kindly communicate back to me how you propose to rectify this situation.

排水孔的毛髮未清除乾淨，淋浴間一放水就開始淹水，但可能是我們提早到達，清潔房間的工作人員趕著想為我們騰出房間，實在也很難怪罪。

Daha konaklamadan önce iletişim kuruldu ve otel bizimle iletişim halindeydi. Konum ikonik yerlerin merkezinde, odaların bir tarzı var, temiz, kahvaltı doyurucu, lezzetli, odalarda kettle, mini buzdolabı var. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isterim. 1 puanı odanın biraz karanlık olmasından kırdım. Büyük pencereler ara bahçe gibi bir yere bakıyordu ama sorun değil. Konumdan dolayı arada dinlenmeye gelebildik. Asansörü çok tatlı, gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebilirim

Large room and the shower plus many windows and right on the strip where everyone hangs out.

This place is great! Spacious rooms in a VERY good location. The bed was super comfortable and we liked that the AC was able to keep up with the hot summer. Elevator is one of the most beautiful i've seen. Walkable distance to all main attractions. You even get mimosas for breakfast!

Toilet system is old and you can't dispose of any toilet paper but you get used to it. No other complaints!

Clean and nearby Stephensplatz. Easy to find. The staff was kind and welcoming. They offer candy at the gate making my kids eager to come back again.

I booked two rooms: one double and one triple. Room No. 1 (the double room) had a very unpleasant odor—to put it bluntly, it reeked of the trash bins located right under the windows. My wife and I had to sleep in the other room—the triple room (No. 3)—where my parents and daughter were staying; that meant five of us were crammed into the triple room. The smell in my original room was so bad it gave me a headache. In the triple room, the air conditioner was extremely loud. The beds were very hard, and the blankets were far too heavy and warm for summer. My rating is a 3; the only plus was the location.

Posizione eccellente a due passi a piedi da Stephansplatz. Camere confortevoli arredate in maniera semplice ma moderna. Buona insonorizzazione delle camere. Nonostante ci si trovi in pieno centro, le camere sono molto silenziose e anche spaziose. Il personale è puntuale nelle risposte via WhatsApp e ci ha indicato come fare il self check-in.

Non essendovi una stanza per servire la colazione, ci si può servire dal banco della reception dalle 8 alle 10 con i prodotti proposti e portare il vassoio in camera. L'idea di fare colazione in camera può essere anche carina oltre che funzionale, ma può non essere semplice portare il vassoio in camera da soli visto che le porte delle stanze si chiudono perché dotate di molla. La colazione potrebbe offrire qualche prodotto dolce in più (mancano i croissant). Altra nota un pochino particolare è il fatto che, trattandosi di edificio storico, per evitare di bloccare i servizi igienici, viene raccomandato di non gettare troppa carta... Assolutamente comprensibile, ma è la prima volta che mi capita di usufruire di un servizio fatto in questo modo. A parte questo, però, tutto veramente gradevole!

לא הייתה דרך להכנס לחדר לטענתם שלחו וואצאפ המפרט את הדרך לצק אין עצמאי.. לא ראיתי אותו ובטח לא זכרתי את זה. חבל שבחרו לגבות את הכסף למרות שלא שהינו בחדר אפילו דקה.. וזה לא שביטלנו. אזהרה לכל מי שרוצה חוויה בחול ולא להתקל בדלתות נעולות.

The dishwasher was smelly but it was cleaned after we highlighted.

Great, great location, close to tourist sites, stores and restaurants. The shower and tub were roomy and they had breakfast for us at 8 am.

The bed was uncomfortable, and did cause some back pain, other than that good.

Die Lage ist bestens, um Wien zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war entsprechend unserer Erwartungen ausgestattet. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Fenster zum Innenhof waren nicht störend, da wir tagsüber in der Stadt unterwegs waren.

Przestronny pokój, który zawiera wszystko co potrzebne. Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Cieplutkie bułeczki na śniadanie. Jedyny problem to hałasy dochące z ulicy. Dla kogoś kto nie jest do tego przyzwyczajony z pewnością będzie to dość problematyczne jeśli przyjdzie spać przy otwartym oknie.

Nevresimler havlular o kadar eski ve yıpranmıştı ki sanki yıllardır kullanılıyor gibi duruyordu. 3 gün kaldık havlular değişmedi. Klozet eski ve bakımsız. Her yerde uyarı işaretleri para cezası bilgilendirmesi. Sanki otel değil eğitim kurumu. Bir tane anahtar veriliyor. O anahtarla 3 kapıdan geçip odaya ulaşıyorsunuz. Birkaç kişi konaklıyorsanız birilerinin size kapı açmak için yürümesi hatta merdiven inip çıkması gerekiyor.

Öncelikle konumu gerçekten efsane🤩🤩🤩 tüm gezilecek lokasyonların ortasında her yere 5 dakika 10 dakika yürüyerek keyifle gittiğiniz ana cadde üzerinde. Biz dört kişilik bir aile olduğumuz için büyük suit odada kaldık ve çok memnunduk.

Le peu d'horaires de réception, de ce fait impossible d'avoir des renseignements ou infos utiles. Le classeur rouge prévu à cet effet est très incomplet. L'absence de réactivité des hôtes aucune réponse à nos demandes réitérées d'aide lors de notre arrivée Le petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus ( yaourts, biscuits, confitures industriels...)

Estuvo todo muy bien

Everything was great! We were given the deluxe room (privat suit), we were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was spacious, clean, with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom was perfect (a shower plus a bathtub). Beds and couches were very very comfortable, big and spacious wardrobe, dishes and silverware were there, big fridge and oven, plus a microwave. We had daily cleaning, much appreciated. We really liked the old-style elevator, it gave a different touch to the whole experience. The staff was also friendly and answered all questions. Check in and out were smooth. The location is p-e-r-f-e-c-t to explore Vienna: close to a metro station, close to shops, restaurants, churches, all in walking distance.

Breakfast could be a bit richer but the cake was delicious. Other than that, I think I can't find anything else that I did not like.

Frühstück war in Ordnung! Die Lage war sehr gut

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Stadt, U-Bahn ein paar Schritte entfernt. Personal war freundlich, es war möglich, das Zimmer schon früher zu beziehen. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, inkl. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank.

Man darf kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen (wegen Verstopfungsgefahr) und muss ihn im Mistkübel entsorgen. Auch wenn ich den Grund verstehe, hat es mich wirklich gestört. Es gibt mehrere Schilder im Zimmer, dass es Geldstrafe gibt, wenn man sich an die Regeln (Rauchen, Toilette) nicht haltet, das wirkt ungemütlich. Die Einrichtung, Wände, Böden weisen einige Benutzungsspuren aus, die man leicht ausbessern könnte (z.B. Wand hinter dem Bett). Frühstück muss man im Zimmer essen, viel Auswahl gibt es nicht (keine frisch vorbereiteten Sachen), es war aber ausreichend.

Die nähe zum graben und kärntnerstrasse

Раположение отличное, в самом центре, недалеко от станции метро (нужно немного пройтись). Доступ ко входу и номеру удобный, заранее прислали инструкцию как и что получить. Понравилось, что нет лестниц для доступа к лифту, с чемоданами самое то. Номер был небольшой, чистый, удобный, но чего не хватило, так это освещения в комнате (свет был тусклый и мало ламп), возможно потому что всет тёплый, а не белый и сама комната в тёмных тонах (в ванной комнате было гораздо ярче). И да, номер был во внутренний дворик, а точнее в никуда, в 3 окна других комнат, поэтому в основном с закрытими шторами и окна просто так ее открыть (старые деревянные рамы со шпингалетами, не рискнули трогать, но всё чистенько) Завтраки нормальные, убирались каждый день. Спасибо за комфортное пребывание!

Дуже сподобалось помешкання. Чисто, затишно та комфортно для проживання. Хороше розташування — практично центр Відня, тому було зручно добиратися до основних локацій міста. Все необхідне для перебування було в наявності. Приємні враження від проживання, із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз.

Location was excellent. Easy to get to from the airport many museums are walking distance.

Bathroom old, sink cracked and plumbing was old so the shower/tub didn’t drain well. You weren’t permitted to flush anything down the toilet except the human waste. Everything else went in the garbage bin including toilet paper. The staff did empty it daily.

Das positive zuerst: Der Mitarbeiter (dunkelhaariger junger Mann) war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Er war per WhatsApp für Fragen erreichbar und hat mir ein Bügelbrett zur Verfügung gestellt. Mir tat der Mitarbeiter Leid. Ich habe mitbekommen, dass sich am Telefon jemand beschwert hat (kein Wunder - dazu später mehr) und er war sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist top. Der kontaktlose Check-In hat funktioniert.

Das Negative, was leider überwiegt: Man darf kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen, weil sonst die Rohre verstopfen. Darüber wird man aber erst informiert, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Die Rohre sind sowieso verstopft. In meinem Zimmer war die Dusche total verstopft. (und nein, das war nicht von meinen eigenen Haaren, sondern bereits so als ich begonnen habe zu duschen). Das Wasser brauchte ca. 10min, um komplett abzulaufen. Das Bett ist extrem hart. Auf meinem Nachtkästchen waren noch Haare von den Vorgängern (ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber). Das mir zur Verfügung gestellt Bügeleisen war kaputt. Es lief überall Wasser raus. Dadurch war mein Kleid, das ich gebügelt habe auch nass. Gott sei Dank bügelte ich es bereits 3 Stunden vorm Anziehen, sodass es wieder trocknete. Das Frühstück ist Substandard. Besser wäre es einfach kein Frühstück anzubieten bevor man sowas anbietet. Ich nehme an für viele ist das vielleicht normal. Aber ich habe Respekt vor meinem Körper und belaste ihn nicht mit Billig-Aufbackbrötchen, Billigwurst, Leberstreichwurst. Gott sei Dank gibt es in der Umgebung genug tolle Bäckerein bzw. qualitativ hochwertige Frühstücksoptionen. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn morgens um 7:30 draußen jemand Kaffee macht, wacht man im Zimmer auf. Ansonsten waren die anderen Gäste sehr ruhig, aber man hört halt einfach alles durch. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts aber: Vor dem Haus in der Gasse haben Fiaker entweder ihren Pferdemist ausgeleert oder einer der Fiaker benutzte keinen "Pferdemist-Auffangbehälter". Ic

La situation géographique, chambre assez grande pour 3, petit déjeuner à disposition.

Fantastic location, in the heart of Vienna. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and assisted in early check-in while we were allowed to leave our luggage there at no cost. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and quiet. Beautiful old building with elevator. Everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Highly recommended.

Posizione ottima: a due passi dal Graben (a destra) e dall'Hofburg (a sinistra). Purtroppo la colazione ci ha deluso un po': non c'era scelta nè di dolce nè di salato, tantomeno per chi segue un altro tipo di dieta o ha intolleranze.

La scelta nella colazione! Vienna è la patria dei dolci, non è possibile avere solo un plum cake pre-confezionato per il dolce o solo prosciutto e formaggio per il salato. Per di più, c'era la possibilità di avere solo latte intero (no lactose free per intolleranti, no vegetale per vegani) e una sola tipologia di succo di frutta

Die Lage ist wirklich TOP - vieles im Zentrum zu Fuß in ca. 5-15 Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestelle 2A direkt vor der Tür (Einbahnstraße - also nur in eine Richtung). U-Bahnstation (U6) ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Zimnern haben eine angenehme Größe. Es war alles sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Blick aus dem Fenster in unserem Zimmer war nur in einen kleinen Innenhof - aber das hat uns nicht gestört - wir waren ja fast den ganzen Tag unterwegs. In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Die Betten sind gut. Das Badezimmer mit Größe und Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Mit der Beschreibung über WhatsApp hat das Einchecken ohne Rezeption super funktioniert. Kann auch per Email geschickt werden. 👍🤗😊 Das Frühstück ist nicht groß in der Vielfalt, aber in Ordnung. Man kann soviel und so oft was vom Buffet holen wie man will bzw. so lange das Buffet geöffnet ist. Die Zimmer befinden sich alle in demselben Stockwerk und der Weg über den Gang zum Buffet ist nicht weit. Es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomaten mit frischer Milch.

Es gibt keinen Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück "muss" im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Hierfür gibt es vor dem Bett einen eigenen schmalen "Betttisch". Wer es mag kann sogar im Pyjama sein Frühstück (mit einem Tablett) holen gehen 😉. Das Trinkwasser muss man sich im Zimmer holen - gibt es keines beim Buffet.

Location can't be beaten, it is right at the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Even though it is on a busy side street with all the horse carriages departing from the nearby Spanish Riding School using it, there is little noise coming in the room with the help of the double windows. The place inside looks like a small dormitory hall with few rooms and apart from the fact that you have to leave your room in the morning and return with the things (not so many options) you choose to eat in a tray and eat it in your room, the breakfast was adequate and tasty. Room was spacious with a high ceiling and it was cleaned every day.

- When they messaged me two days before my arrival on WhatsApp (their only communication method with guests since there is literally noone in the reception after 12:00) and asked me about my arrival time, I specifically asked them if I could check in early (11:00 instead of 14:00) and they said an absolute "yes", without adding any "depending on the availability etc." explanation. But when I arrived there (I was visibly sick by the way) the guy in the reception told me that I had to wait until 14:00 but I could leave my luggage there if I wanted (the luggages are stored out in the open without any tags and every guest can have access to them because as I mentioned above, there is noone in the reception after a certain hour) when I needed was just a bed to lie on. After I insisted that they assured me there would be an early check-in, the guy talked to the cleaning lady and again, they said the rooms would be ready at 14:00 which forced me to leave my luggage there and wait for 3 hours somewhere else in agony. - Wi-fi reception was extremely poor even though the place is relatively small and my room was right in the middle of the hall. - Water pressure is virtually non-existent in the shower and the temperature fluctuates a lot. - I can understand posting a rule about not throwing certain materials and things into the toilet, but "no toilet paper in the toilet because our building is old and pipes get clogged" rule is ridiculous in this day and age.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w samym centrum Wiednia, wszędzie blisko. Pensjonat bardzo czysty, wyposażony nawet w pełną kuchnię, zadbany w detale. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Polecam!
