L’accoglienza di Lina, la padrona di casa, dolce gentile e disponibile. La pulizia impeccabile. La stanza ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata e Wi-Fi. Il bagno aveva anche il bidet, non facile da trovare fuori dall’Italia. La posizione é perfetta per chi desidera essere vicino al centro ma evitare le salite faticose di Lisbona con valige al seguito

Lina, la dame qui s'occupe de l'établissement est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE !!! toujours le sourire , toujours la pêche et toujours l'envie d'aider et d'être agréable pour le client elle nous a rendu le séjour encore plus beau merci à elle !

La recepcionista encantadora

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. L’accueil était excellent et l’hôtesse très gentille et disponible. L’emplacement est parfait, sécuritaire et à deux pas de l’Avenida da Liberdade, ce qui permet de visiter la ville facilement à pied. Tout était très propre, confortable et spacieux. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir prendre le déjeuner juste en dessous, c’était vraiment pratique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. È ben collegata, ben mantenuta e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Nonostante il bagno fosse in comune, la proprietaria lo puliva ogni volta che veniva utilizzato, garantendo sempre la massima igiene. La camera era confortevole, spaziosa e molto pulita. La proprietaria è stata sempre gentile, disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e reperibile a qualsiasi ora. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, struttura assolutamente consigliata!

Domaćica je jedna gostoljubiva i divna osoba. Lokacija smeštaja je odlična, blizu metro stanice, na pešačkoj udaljenosti od Trga Rossio (četvrt Baixa).

Habitación súper limpia, sábanas y toallas recién lavadas y con muy buen olor. La cama cómoda y el ambiente del lugar muy tranquilo. No ruido nocturno. Bien comunicado con transporte público. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia fue conocer a Lina, súper atenta desde el primer momento, muy amable y servicial.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the train and within walking distance of the tram. It was close to local markets and surrounded by plenty of great cafés and restaurants. As a solo traveller, I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Lina nos recibió con mucho cariño y paciencia. Todo estaba impoluto, y aunque el baño se encontraba fuera de la habitación (cosa que me asustó al principio porque no vi en la reserva que era así) siempre estuvo libre y muy limpio! No ha habido ruidos pese a ser fin de semana y el Rock in Rio. En cuanto a localización era perfecta. Estaba a 10 minutos andando del centro. Pudimos aparcar en la puerta siempre, porque los sábados y domingos no se paga. Repetiremos si volvemos

La persona de recepción es un encanto. La localización es ideal para ir con coche y bajar caminando al centro.

La signora che ci ha accolti è stata eccezionale, disponibilissima e simpaticissima. La struttura è molto pulita e in una zona tranquilla, raggiungibile a piedi dalle aggiori attrazioni.

ij het boekken lijkt het heel erg of je een eigen badkamer en WC krijgt maar dat is niet, je hebt een kleine klein douch, en geen ruimte eromheem. geen eigen WC

There is nice tea room underneath and supermarket such as Auchan is nearby. It is clean and the lady who take care the hotel is very nice. Feel like home.

A bit walk to Rossio train station but it was a nice walk along the road with shady trees.

It is not a hotel n modern terms. Rooms on the second floor of an old apartment block are rented out.

The host was extremely welcoming, she made me feel very welcomed. The place was very clean, both the bathroom and room.

I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Brasilia. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and found it to be excellent value for the cost. The location is unbeatable: it’s just a few feet from the bus stop to Rossio, 5-minute walk from the airport bus, and very close to the park and historical areas. It was also conveniently near the meeting point for my group tour, with several cafes nearby. Lina was a wonderful host who made me feel very welcome. The room and shared bathroom was spotless, and the bed was comfortable.

If you are a light sleeper, just note that the building is right by the road; however, other than the noise from the cars, the place itself was very quiet and comfortable. I personally had no issues getting a good night's rest.

Although we arrived really late after our flight, we were greeted with kindness and a smile. The room was great and the host even better. It is in a great area and we would definitely stay there again.

This was the cleanest rental room I have ever stayed in--the bathroom sparkled at any hour of the day. The hostess (Lina) was beyond incredible--guiding us to places to buy things we needed, to places to get good food, to places to visit as sightseers, and so forth. The location was very good--easy walking distance to the downtown areas, to significant historical sites, to the waterfront, to tour pickup points, and most importantly, to the location of the conference we were attending--2 blocks away. The building was older, but very well maintained. Our stay at Brasilia was fabulous in just about every way.

The room was a little small and besides the bed, a sink, a bidet and a single straight-back chair, didn't offer any place to sit comfortably. But then we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping.

Classic old-school Portuguese style with modern conveniences: good WiFi, comfortable bed, good heating, etc. Right off Av. da Liberdade and Praça do Marquês de Pombal, lovely neighborhood. Pastelaria Coimbra just next door for morning coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cute little room, with old fashioned balcony, with a sink and a bidet and a standup closed and 2 book ends. Full Toilet and shower and sink opposite our room that only us and another room would share. VERY CLEAN, and very well maintained by an amazing in-house manager LINA. Lina greeted me with open arms, and helped with tourist travel info, and the do's and don'ts through our google translate app. Lina was very friendly, and efficient and helpful, and accommodating after returning late one nite. Thankful for Elevator! Close to Metro, restaurants (& Mcdonalds), mini-grocery shop, and a 30 min walk to Bairro Alto- the gaybourhood and TIme Out Market, Lisbon Castle and all the sites- just one bus 727, 738 straight to Belem.

Its not that i didn't like it, it was just different to see a bidet and a sink in a bedroom but it made it more quirky after we got used to it. - We didn't like having to leave our key at the front desk when we went out, and having to buzz in whatever time we came back- it's just not fair on Lina or the staff if we come back in the early hours of the morning after a nite out. It felt like we were being supervised for not having our own access, and the trust factor of leaving our personal stuff in the room, without previously knowing the staff, is not a comfortable feeling. Lina is amazing and trustworthy, but we were lucky with her in that way.

The staff (Lina) was extremely friendly and helpful. She directed me to a nearby café for a delicious lunch. She was also able to provide me with excellent directions to the bus station.

I would like to have stayed longer and seen more of the neighbourhood.

The hostess was incredibly kind. She looked after us so well. The building is magnificent, starting with the mahogany staircase to the embossed ceiling. The rooms are elegant and classy. Everything we could’ve asked for. The hostess made it 10/10

Great room and great staff. Lina is very caring and helpful. The location is excellent. The room with its own bathroom is very nice. The stay was pleasant.

Sometimes it was impossible to get to the hotel due to the absence of Lina on the spot, I had to wait in the rain for half an hour at the entrance to the hotel. The sound insulation of the windows is very poor - one glass in a wooden frame, even without a standard double-glazed unit. The evening and night in a busy place of the city are very noisy, the windows overlook the road. The windows don't turn out the noise at all, sometimes you get up in the morning broken.

I had no idea until I arrived but its shared bathroom. There’s a bidet and a sink in your room. No toilet or shower. Why a bidet??im annoyed because there was no indication about sharing a toilet and shower in the listing.

A propriedade oferece um ótimo custo benefício. Não oferece café da manhã, mas, em contrapartida, há diversas boas opções por perto. A limpeza é impecável. Notável! E a simpatia da senhora que recepciona é excepcional.

É um local simples. Mas que pela localização, preço, limpeza, e atendimento da senhora que cuida do local vale muito como opção de hospedagem em Lisboa

Sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Extrem bemüht und eine fantastische Lage zur Metro und auch zu Fuß sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder.

El trato y la limpieza, la encargada es fantástica y todo súper limpio. No me di cuenta que había cogido una habitación con baño compartido, pero al ser todo tan limpio al final no me importó. El alojamiento es tan caro en Lisboa que es excelente value for money.

The loud sound cannot be avoided since the building was built so many years ago and in such good location. I consider it as a part of the living experience.

Esquecemos de marcar um quarto com casa de banho, mas mesmo assim o asseio e limpeza da casa de banho compensaram, e muito, a falta de um banheiro no quarto. Aliás, há uma pia e um bidê dentro dos quartos. isso facilita muito a noite.

Sinceramente, foi uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Lisboa considerando o custo x benefício. Área excelente !

The noisy streets can be easily heard inside, but it's the most normal part of being in an old building. Nothing earplugs can't solve.

Dona Lina was exceptionally helpful and I felt like I was at home. An amazing individual who took the time and care to make sure I was comfortable. The room I had was superb, clean and great location. Will definitely be booking this again in the future

In the most beautiful part of Lisbon just a 15-20 min of each significant lendmark. Very authentic portugal atmosphere in this place. Incredible and kind staff! Very clean. Like in Portugal paradise!

The lady who does the house keeping (and probably owns the place) was incredibly accommodating, the place was clean, bright and central. We probably got the nicest room in the facility (we peaked in when others checked out and doors were ajar on the way out) - our room had a personal bathroom and the best interior design, old fashioned and classy, to match the beautiful early 20th/late 19th century building. We went each morning to a bakery downstairs and enjoyed the park nearby.

Lina at reception was fabulous and the great condition of the old school vibe of the apartment.

Was a little bit noisy outside at night on weekends.
