A casa toda tinha baratas, mofo, humidade, fedia muito, não tinha lençóis para se cobrir, o que tinha era um protetor de cama, não tem ventilação nenhuma no quarto

Da simpatia da anfitriã e localização

Acomodação confortável e excelente para quem quer um quarto funcional, perto de tudo e acima de tudo entenda o conceito de hospedagens com espaços partilhados. Pelo preço pago ( metade do que costuma-se ver em quartos privados em Lisboa ), vale muito à pena.

Gostei de tudo.

Manque de réactivité de la part du personnel... je suis resté dehors devant la porte jusqu'à 2h30 du matin... Personne n'a répondu au message, aux mails ni aux téléphone... c'est honteux... Je souhaite obtenir un remboursement... Merci.

La première chambre était sombre, très mal ventilée, avec une fenêtre au ras d’une cour bruyante et sale, une salle de bain sans intimité et une chasse d’eau qui fuyait. Après ma demande de changement, on m’a installée dans une petite chambre sans salle de bain, très chaude, avec un fenestron sans rideau donnant sur le couloir et sa lumière toute la nuit. Lors de ce changement précipité, des papiers importants ont également été jetés par erreur pendant le ménage. J’ai signalé ces problèmes au responsable, qui m’a dit qu’il étudierait ma demande. La femme de ménage, qui faisait l’intermédiaire avec lui, m’a ensuite annoncé par WhatsApp une remise de 30 %. Malgré deux relances auprès d’elle puis une relance via Booking, je n’ai reçu ni remise ni aucune réponse du responsable.

De nada, um lugar onde demorei mais de 2 horas para encontrar e contactar o responsável, NÃO era o mesmo quarto da foto, nada haver, uma coisa absurdamente fora de padrão, infelizmente a verdade tem que ser dita

Location and amenities like towels, for which guesthouses and hostels usually charge. The property appears to be undergoing renovations, which is great. I really enjoyed the view and the tranquility.

I liked the location—right in the heart of Lisbon. The service was simple and welcoming. It is perfect for those who want to be close to everything and enjoy a beautiful view of the city. As it is a guesthouse, there are shared spaces like bathrooms and kitchens, all well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

Llegué muerta de cansancio deseando darme un baño no había agua caliente para llegar hay que bajar muchas escaleras. Si no fuera por un chico no llegaría ya que la casa está metida en un callejón. Y el mapa no explica bien

Die Lage. Kommunikation/ Information vorab.

Unterkunft mit mehreren Zimmern. Leider hatten wir eines, welches überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprach. Kein Fenster (!!!), keine Lüftung, die Luft war sehr schlecht und stickig, es war schmutzig und die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, war laut und es kam schlechter Geruch raus. Außerdem war die Bettwäsche nicht gut gewaschen, zumindest hat sie nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Einrichtung sehr alt und in keinem guten Zustand. Hatten eine sehr schlechte Nacht in diesem Zimmer. Auch die Gemeinschaftsräume waren schmutzig, unhygienisch und es gab kein Warmwasser. Unsere Nachbarn gegenüber hatten ein schöneres Zimmer mit Fenster, haben aber den gleichen Preis bezahlt.

Mi ha molto disturbato dover pagare 50 euro di penale per aver sporcato incidentalmente le lenzuola e il coprimaterasso che comunque la struttura avrebbe lavato in una tintoria. Non l'ho trovato corretto e avevo segnalato al personale di pulizia l'inconveniente comprando anche prodotti per poter effettuare da sola la pulizia ma purtroppo ci voleva la lavatrice e a mano non ho potuto riparare il danno.

Good central location, rooms were clean and up to standard. In terms of the actual house, not too bad at all.

We were directed to the incorrect room, leading to the other guests(two adult men) banging on our(two young women) door at 3 in the morning for almost an hour, which, as can be imagined, was terrifying, to a point where the police were contacted, and we both genuinely believed we were in extreme danger, until managing to spot the men as they were leaving, and figuring out what had occurred. The next day, our contact from the hotel explained what had occurred, took accountability, and then asked us to come back to the hotel and move our items into a different room, to accomodate the guests who were supposed to have the room. This meant we had to distrupt our plans for the day to return and solve an issue that was not our fault. We had no issue with the room being on the lower floor, and were not aware that the quality of room was different, as we just trusted that we had been directed to the correct room, and our decision to move hotels was not based on the rooms, but the fact that we could not hear a noise in the corridor without jumping, and were both so afraid following our experience. We decided to move hotels, and requested a refund for the stay, as we were geniuenly afraid to stay, and when explaining this to the hotel, I was met with blame and rudeness, despite having had no responsibility in this situation, and even though the hotel had expressed that it was fully their fault. A really frightening experience.

La ubicación muy buena, y aunque tiene baños compartidos y todo, la verdad no nos cruzamos con nadie

El mobiliario es viejo, los colchones también, no habia champú, son 2 hab por baño.

Rooms with windows or balcony looked good

Our room was smelly . It smelt with cigarettes, pee and mould. It was the room without the window so maybe thats it smelt so badly. I tried to contact the number provided by booking but no answer. Finally when I got the number from on of the guests, host told me it was my fault booking this room. No reaction to my complain about horrendous smell. I asked other girls who stayed on the same floor and they confirmed that it smelt badly. We left after one hour and had to find another room in different location. Money lost.

Comfortable place to stay for a few days in Lisbon! The location is excellent to explore around! Also it was very clean! I like it because you can feel the atmosphere of authentic Lisbon!

Property took too long to reply about malfunctioning AC. Bed sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, and towels were covered in stains and other hair. Room was too hot to sleep in so I notified the property I was checking out early due to their lack of response and silence. Property falsely reported to Booking.com that I was a no-show and did not check in. Property blamed me for the hair that could not have possibly been mine.

puedes usar un tono un poco más crítico: The house was neglected, with various maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Access to the property was difficult when carrying luggage, and the room lacked basic necessities such as electrical outlets.

Needed a mirror in the bedroom

The location is fairly good, although not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. That aside, the room was clean, and WiFi worked well & without issue. From what I saw, the room with the view is easily the best option and value here.

Long external stairs to reach the property and very steep internal stairs within make this inaccessible to those with mobility issues & much more challenging for luggage. The floor in my room was uneven and creaked, and the cleaning staff was quite loud, playing music and talking, so don't count on being able to nap.

La ubicación del lugar era grandiosa, se puede caminar hacia la mayoría de los puntos del casco historico. Locomoción muy cerca. Sin embargo, hay que tener en consideración que es un sector con muchas escaleras, eso es propio de las calles de Lisboa. Recomiendo no ir con maletas pesadas.

La aislación acústica no es la mejor, se puede escuchar a las personas cuando entran, ya que la puerta suena muy fuerte.

A Acomodação fica muito bem localizada para quem vai curtir o Bairro Alto e região.

Quando chegamos não havia água quente no bairro do quarto, mas em contato com a Telma foi dada soluções, e após algum tempo a água quente retornou.

The locationth is excellent.

The kitchen is old, the microwave oven is old and dirty, the fridge is old.

Posizione perfetta, a due passi da praça do comercio, centrale ma nonostante tutto silenziosa.

Capire le istruzioni per entrare non è stato facile, soprattutto perché non è specificato che le lockbox da aprire sono due differenti e collocate in posti diversi, seppure con lo stesso codice. Io, appena arrivato da solo dopo un lungo viaggio, ho vissuto momenti non proprio tranquilli quando non riuscivo a capire cosa fare ahah. Inoltre, delle tre chiavi totali che vengono fornite, due non si capisce assolutamente a cosa servano visto che due delle tre porte si aprono con codice e in ogni caso due delle tre chiavi non aprono alcuna porta, sembrerebbe vengano fornite senza motivo.

El espacio está limpio. Baños limpios y suficientes para la estancia aunque uno le falta la tapa y tiene poco espacio para dejar las cosas de ducha Buena situación, aunque en mitad de calle de escaleras.

Las camas eran muy incómodas, se clavaban los muelles. Falta un poco más de zona común, donde reunirse con el resto de residentes y poder descansar más comodamente. Poder tener información del anfitrión (verlo) y hablar con él para tener recomendaciones de sitios donde comer, qué visitar o como desplazarse por la ciudad.

Fatalny kontakt z administracją, dopiero po interwencji (p Malwina była super) w centrali oddzwoniła. Brak pościeli, brudne porwane koce, brak wieszaków żeby powiesić ubrania, pleśń w pokoju i łazience

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, praticamente centrale. C’è una scalinata per raggiungerla quindi non è possibile raggiungerla tramite mezzi pubblici/bici/moto ma c’è necessariamente una scalinata da fare a piedi. La camera offre i servizi principali ma il minimo indispensabile.

Come scritto sopra, la camera offre proprio il minimo indispensabile. Si potrebbe aggiungere per esempio un phon per asciugare i capelli. Il riscaldamento non è presente. C’è solo una stufetta che, peraltro, faceva delle scintille il che ha reso il tutto anche abbastanza pericoloso.

La ubicación y el personal.

Instalciones mal cuidadas, humedades en los techos. Separación de mi habitación a la otra con una tabla de madera que tenía agujeros tapados mediante cinta adhesiva. La cocina deja mucho que desear Mi habitación no tenía armario ni perchero. La puerta de zonas comunes hace un ruido enorme al abrirse. No me costó caro por ser temporada baja pero viendo que en temporada alta suben muchísimo los precios, no lo recomiendo.

Manque de communication avec l hôte. (Jusqu'à la dernière minute). Difficulté d accès (des escaliers a monter. ). Attention : booking m a envoyé un message de résiliation de ma réservation ; par la suite je découvre le lendemain que la réservation est en cours .donc i faut vérifier que la réservation est en cours ou non pour éviter de faire une 2 ème réservation (attention a l arnaque).
