The room, I’m tell so kept hitting head on the roof , pillows weren’t clean, very bad smell in hotel too must be carpets just smelt dirty.

Location was excellent. Close to city centre and lovely restaurants. Good breakfast for 10 euro.

Low slanted ceilings in the room. Not great for tall people.

The location is absolutely ideal for exploring—you can easily walk to a wide variety of restaurants, the main city center, shooping and the scenic waterfront without needing to rely on taxis or public transit. Having great food options right on your doorstep made the trip enjoyable. Recommended for anyone looking to stay in the center of it all! The hotel is also closely located to the train station for direct trains to Sintra.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal, da das Haus mitten in der Stadt liegt und fast alle Sehenswertwürdigkeiten im Stadtkern fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Umliegende Geschäfte versorgen einem mit dem nötigsten, falls man etwas vergessen hat oder noch etwas benötigt. Das Haus hat einen wirklich sehr besonderen Charme und hat auch durch Erneuerungen in gewissen Bereichen nichts daran verloren. Auch der Nah gelegene Hinterausgang eines Bahnhofs hat etwas besonderes an Flair und Ausstrahlung. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend in allen Bereichen.

Es gibt eigentlich wenig zu bemängeln und es nicht unsere Art gewisse Zustände zu erwähnen. Jedoch denken wir das es hilfreich sein kann etwas zu verbessern was eigentlich wenig Aufwand benötigt. Es fehlen leider in den neuen und wirklich sehr schönen Bädern, zwei bis drei Haken, für Handtücher und die persönlichen Sachen (Kulturbeutel) die man dort praktisch platzieren könnte. Was uns ein wenig auffällig vorkam war, dass es kein Gemüse (Tomate oder Gurke) zum Frühstück gab. Ansonsten was das Frühstück sehr gut und es gibt wirklich für jeden etwas.

No tiene zona de estacionamiento para bajarse y sacar las maletas ni para dejar el coche, los parking cercanos son muy caros, 30€ el dia.

Posizione eccezionale, camere pulite, nonostante vicino al centro, silenzioso.

It was conveniently located in the city center, and there was a supermarket right below it that stayed open until 9 p.m.

The stay included breakfast, but since breakfast wasn’t served until 7:30 a.m., I only had it once. As for breakfast, it’s best not to have high expectations. It was just a simple way to get some energy going in the morning.

Room was comfortable, had wifi and was a good location! They had a locked room to store luggage in for early arrival. Was close to the port if taking or ending a cruise.

Towles are rough-- why is a soft towel so hard to find!?!? Says sound proof walls but that definitely wasn't true for our stay as we heard a group of people very late in the night (morning) like 3 times in the hallway.

L'emplacement à deux pas de la gare. Place du commerce à 6 minutes de marche. Place Rossio à 1minutes. Place Figuria 2 minutes. À 10 secondes de l'hôtel un très grand Pingo Doce, épicerie et beaucoup de prêt à manger. Transport en commun super, métro Rossio à deux pas. Et surtout le petit déjeuner complet.

Le bacon était plutôt comme du carton. Trop sec.

Pulitissimo e profumato sin dal primo giorno. Ho trovato acqua e frutta di benvenuto e il personale è stato sempre gentile. Comodissimo da raggiungere e posizione eccellente. I letti erano comodi. Mi sono sentito a casa in quei giorni.

We hadden geen ontbijt erbij genomen, maar was geen enkel probleem i.v.m. de supermarkt die zich direct naast het hotel bevind met verse broodjes. Alles is super goed bereikbaar en de kamer zelf was schoon en fijn ingericht inclusief een airco.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit einem extra Zimmer gebucht, es war alles in einem und teilweise war auch einiges kaputt, die Spülung und manche Griffe an den Schubladen.

Si trova in pieno centro e quindi permette di visitare agevolmente la città Staff disponibile e gentile e offrono il servizio di taxi per l'aeroporto se si desidera. Avevamo perso le chiavi della camera e ci sono state risate senza nessun problema e costo aggiuntivo

La posizione in centro ottimale ed un supermercato proprio sotto.

Stanza piccola con poco comfort nei movimenti e per sistemare le valigie, pulizia carente , lenzuola macchiate poco invitanti, maniglia infisso balcone rotta..insomma passabile ma non ci tornerei.

La posizione è straordinaria. La struttura, benché non modernissima, è pulita e le camera sono spaziose ed accoglienti. Molto curata la pulizia giornaliera delle camere. La colazione è buona, sia dolce che salata.

Qualche ritocco alle pareti o più in generale alle camere renderebbe straordinaria questa struttura senza togliere nulla al suo fascino vintage

It is clean. It is nice that i can open the window as the aircon has no air refresh system. Double glazing makes a quiet room.

I was upgraded but got the smaller room, then checking out as i had another room for august 25-30 i am to stay in the small room. No upgrade, it is fine for one person. But not according to my booking. Other stuff is often the case in center city locations: sigarette smoke comes up in the ventilation system of the bathroom (also when i put it on). Sewage smell in the bathroom. Probably due to the historic origen or due to the plumbing. It is around 11,5m2 instead if the upgrade to 17m2… There is no space in the bathroom to hang my towel or put toilettries. The shower is half the normal size and i have already hit the shelf inside the shower with my elbow (in an attempt to wash my back)

Localização perfeita!! Funcionários atenciosos em resolver os problemas.

Nosso quarto tinha metade do teto rebaixado (mais ou menos 1,50metro) e, em um momento de descuido, bati o supercilio e fiquei com o olho todo inchado. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas não havia disponibilidade. Nos deram o café de cortesia como recompensa.

Breakfast was great, it seemed like some of the rooms were in the process of being refurbished. Room 202 bathroom / shower was very small.Housekeeping staff could be a bit quieter in the early morning. Hotel is in a great location.

Optimale Lage, gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Betten.

Fast ausschließlich unfreundliches Personal (Ausnahme nur eine Reinigungskraft und 2 Menschen an der Rezeption). Frühstückstische wurden nicht zeitnah abgeräumt, sehr langsame Arbeit. Frühstücksraum VIEL zu eng!!! Extrem enges Bad (bin schlank und musste zum Haare kämmen in den Flur gehen, Toilette in sehr enger Nische). Zimmer nicht sauber (VIELE lange, fremde Haare auf dem kompletten Boden, Schimmel in der Dusche. Reinigung tlw. erst um 15 Uhr. Sehr kleine Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer... bei 3-Bett-Zimmer mit Selbstversorgung etwas unhandlich. SEHR HELLHÖRIG, komplett gestörte Nachtruhe!!!

Avevamo una stanza a mansarda ed era scomoda per andare a letto:,personalmente ho battito la testa più di una volta. Il bagno minuscolo, con un lavandino ridicolo.

Camera ampia, disposta bene, e soprattutto in bagno c'era il BIDET, Set di cortesia: frutta spazzolini, rasoio e cuffia da doccia, mini market, proprio sotto, comodi per acqua e colazione,scentralissimo.

Très bon séjour, hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne, j'ai pu faire les 3/4 de mon séjour à pied. Personnel de l'hôtel très agréable et serviable. Chambre au calme et lit confortable.

Brilliant location and a walk from major sites in Lisbon. Clean rooms and serviced daily. Overall an enjoyable stay for a family of 4.

The hotel reception is a bit small and the room we had was small for a family room (4 people) but we opted for location and price over luxury.

No window/ventilation in the bathroom. Messy hallways, you could barely walk around without bumping into a worker, cleaning supplies or bed sheets. Very small elevator, and the staff was also using it for moving the supplies around.

La ubicación era excelente. A 10minutos andando de la Plaza del Comercio. Ademas tiene debajo del Hotel un supermercado con todo lo necesario: comida para comer ahi o para take away.

Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no nos lo querian aceptar. Finalmente tras insitirles e indicarnos que nos daban provisionalmente otra habitación y al dia siguiente teniamos que regresar a la inicial, a la mañana siguiente nos dejaron quedarnos en la segunda habitación. Por otro lado, les solicitamos utilizar el microondas para calentar un plato y nos indicaron que al no tener desayuno incluido no podiamos utilizarlo.

La ubicación es espectacular. Starbucks a 100 mts al lado de la estación de tren que te lleva a Sintra, supermarket abajo super lleno y a 50mts un market de comida vegana/dietetica. La habitación espaciosa, con ventana que permitía aire externo para ventilar y la ducha muy buena y abundante.

La heladera de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, apenas enfriaba y largaba mal olor (deberían limpiarla y colocar una tableta de carbón) y largaba caja fuerte nunca funcionó, hicimos reclamo y no vinieron nunca. Son pequeños detalles que opacan mi puntuación.

Hotell asub logistiliselt ideaalses asukohas, pakkudes külalistele ülimat mugavust. Kohe hotellihoone all asub toidupood ning vahetus läheduses on lai valik kauplusi ja söögikohti. Liikumine üle linna ja sellest välja on imelihtne, sest vaid jalutuskäigu kaugusel asuvad metroojaam, raudteejaam ja trammipeatus. Ideaalne valik puhkuseks. Hotellis teenindus väga hea.

Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut.

Die Lage ist top, man ist nahe des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sahen aus, wie auf den Bildern.

Das Badezimmer war zu klein. Es gab einen muffigen Geruch. Die Klimaanlage hat teilweise nicht funktioniert. Teilweise war es abens laut, wenn man ein Zimmer nach hinten raus hatte.

Hotel just off the City madness and super close to the train station. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and character. Appreciated then holding our bags in storage room.

They would not budge to let us check in early.

La posizione centrale con la presenza di negozi, servizi, punti di interesse come monumenti, ristoranti e bar facilmente raggiungibili, così come la stazione dei treni e la metropolitana. La stanza e il bagno adeguati in base a come li abbiamo utilizzati. All’arrivo in stanza ci hanno lasciato due bottigliette di acqua e della frutta. La possibilità di tenerci in custodia senza supplemento i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Die Lage ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt für das Hotel, alles grundsätzlich ok und Preis-Leistung in einem sehr guten Verhältnis. Bei einigen Dingen (z.B. Frühstück) bräuchte es wenig um es von gut zu sehr gut zu machen. Alles in allem hab ich aufgrund der Fotos etwas mehr erwartet - so ganz Hochglanz ist es nicht aber wenn man mehrheitlich die Nächte im Hotel verbringt wunderbar und für die Lage erstaunlich ruhig.

Man merkt, dass das Hotel von der Lage profitiert - einige Dinge wirken etwas lieblos und mit wenig könnte man hier viel erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher denke ich, dass es eigentlich möglich wäre.
