Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig, direkt neben einer riesigen Kirche und einem Platz, an dem schöne kleine Restaurants und Cafés sind. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Fotos der Unterkunft online haben mir viel mehr versprochen. Den tollen Innenhof habe ich nie zu Gesicht bekommen, da mein Zimmer zur anderen Seite gelegen war. So war es eher eine recht spartanische Unterkunft.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Alles was man sehen will in Bologna ist von der Unterkunft aus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Wegen der hohen Temperaturen in Bologna war das Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage recht heiss.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The staff were very helpful/informative. You have free bottled water available during your stay. The air con worked a treat👌 Shower water pressure was good, room clean and I slept so well the whole stay. On my last day they stored my luggage as I had a evening flight home.
The remote control did not work. The seal to the shower was hanging off. The bathroom sink had a cracked running through it (but it did not leak at all and was very clean). Not enough coffee- one little sachet is never enough!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo senhor que nos atendeu desde o primeiro dia, e o nosso quarto já estava pronto antes mesmo do horário do check-in, o que fez toda a diferença após a viagem. Os quartos são enormes, as camas extremamente confortáveis, e tudo estava impecavelmente limpo: lençóis, toalhas e o ambiente em geral. Há uma geladeira com água disponível na recepção e, no quarto, uma chaleira com chás e bolachas, um carinho que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. A limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente, o local é muito silencioso, fica ao lado de uma igreja e, durante toda a estadia, me senti muito segura. Super recomendo esta hospedagem e, sem dúvida, voltarei quando estiver em Bolonha. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo excelente trabalho e pela hospitalidade!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Auch der Bahnhof liegt nur 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Im Univiertel mit vielen tollen Bars rundherum. Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet aber sauber, bequemes Bett und alles da was man braucht. Ist eine besondere Atmosphäre. Es stehen Wasserflaschen zur freien Verfügung. Ist kein klassisches Hotel.
Zimmer ziemlich hellhörig und dunkel. Außer zum check-in, kein Kontakt zu Mitarbeitende. Ich fand es gut, fühlte mich sehr frei und an Studienzeiten zurück erinnert 😅 wenn man das mag, alles gut, wenn man service und Ansprechpartner möchte / braucht, sollte man es sich überlegen.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Eine einfache , aber sehr saubere und sehr gut geführte Residenza , Gottseidank mit sehr gut funktionierender Air Conditon . Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber es gibt in den Zimmern einen Wasserkocher und immer viele Tee- und Kaffee Bags und täglich 1 Flaschen Mineralwasser. Mein Zimmer war außergewöhnlich ruhig und die Lage der Residenza im Zentrum ist perfekt für berufliche und touristische Wege .
Leider kein Lift und mit Gepäck in 2.Stock kann für ältere Menschen beschwerlich sein. Handtücher sollten öfters gewechselt werden.

Gehaaste intake, gastheer was het wachten beu, ik denk dat we de enige gasten waren. Paspoort, sleutel en weg was hij.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Расположение идеальное ,прямо в центре.Рядом кафе и супермаркеты.Номер большого размера,чисто,кондиционер,чайник и набор чай-кофе к нему.Вода в номере,плюс в холодильнике в коридоре.Удобные кровати.Заселили в номер раньше абсолютно бесплатно.
Понравилось всё.Но возможно кому-то будет мешать шум.Это центр и много людей.Утром колокола в соборе.Нам не мешало,т.к. мы приходили ,только спать

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026La struttura si trova in posizione ottima nel centro di Bologna a poca distanza anche dalla stazione raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. La camera era semplice ma con tutti i servizi e sopratutto pulitissima. I miei complimenti vanno al personale che è venuto incontro a tutte le mie esigenze di orario e problematiche dell'ultimo momento, causa i tempi ristretti del mio viaggio, davvero disponibili e gentilissimi!

Es un poco incomodo que hay que hacer el checking antes de las 20:00. A partir de esa hora solo puedes acceder con las llaves que te dan, en nuestro caso una para todas las personas de la habitación.

Der Raum liegt -wie man weiß- in einem Kloster. Nicht im Sternehotel und ist selbstredend einfach und angenehm. Ich fand es sehr schön dort wohnen zu dürfen.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Great location in a bustling neighborhood - we had a number of great meals within a block or two of this location. It was a great place to explore the city from. It was also very quiet, even though outside at night was bustling.
Would have liked a more frequent supply of fresh towels, I think. This isn't a criticism but rather information for future travelers: there are 2 building on opposite sides of the street with the same building number, as far as we could tell. We were not sure where to find the correct door. The door you are looking for is directly adjacent to the church facade; you have to walk through the plaza turned parking lot to get to it.

The only problem we had was a group of loud girls who apparently arrived back at 3am and chatted VERY LOUDLY in the corridor. But that isn’t the property’s fault

Reviewed May 17, 2026Sehr ruhig, sehr zentral, praktische , eher einfache, sehr gepflegte Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und auch mal was zurück ins Hotel zu bringen. Gute 15 mit. Zu fuss vom Bahnhof, jede Menge Cafés direkt in der Nähe.
In einem der Flügel gibt es keinen Aufzug, das ist mit Gepäck in den zweiten Stock recht anstrengend. Ein Aufenthaltsraum wäre noch das itüpfelchen, falls es mal regnet.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Hlavní výhoda ubytování je blízkost centra města! Možnost parkování přímo u ubytovacího zařízení (35€/den včetně povolení vjezdu do ZTL). Výtah. Zdarma voda v ledničce na chodbě. Rychlovarná konvice a pár sáčků čaje a kávy. Funkční klimatizace.
Nejsou k dispozici žádné šálky ani talířky, pouze papírové pohárky. Věděli jsme předem a vzali si své. V kruhu 50 metry nebyl odpadkový koš na nedopalky. Tyto maličkosti jsou ovšem málo významné.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Le calme, l'emplacement parfait pour la visite, proche de tout à pied. Ce n'est pas luxueux, mais nous n'avons manqué de rien. (nous avions des chambres individuelles )
A part le jour de l'arrivée, nous n'avons vu personne de tout le séjour. Un peu de présence n'est pas désagréable! Pas de petit déjeuner, mais c'est vrai qu'il ne manque pas de possibilités de restauration tout autour, cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gênées.

Reviewed May 3, 2026We last stayed here in 2023 and my review hasn't changed much: Ideally located in one of the more vibrant parts of the inner city. If you have a room facing the internal area it will be peaceful and quiet. Rooms that overlook Piazza San Martino will be a bit noisier but quite acceptable for such an inner-city area. While the accommodation has the simplicity expected from its monastic origins, it is by no means uncomfortable. Although it is in the zona traffico limitato the fee for the car park outside includes a ZTL permit. The car park is not associated with the residence and as you hand over your keys you might wonder if you will ever see your car again, but it all worked well. At €35 per day the parking isn't the cheapest but the fact that they register your car with the police for access to the city centre makes it worth it. Massimo the accommodation manager was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving on a public holiday when the car park wasn't yet open but he came and let us out.
No complaints. It's not a four-star hotel but it doesn't claim to be.
