Good location, very close to shops and cafes. Easy to walk to anywhere you need to! Nice view from the sky light (also had automatic shades to keep the room dark at night, which was great). Nice clean room with coffee machine. Air conditioning was great. Functioning elevator.

Was hard to find how to get into the room/get to the property, confusing with the entrances/codes. No private fridge (but had a shared common area with fridge and microwave, microwave was nice to have as most hotels don’t usually have that, but not many plates/utensils). No luggage stand. Only cleaned the room every 2 days so didn’t replenish coffee or sheets (but cleaning people were nice enough to give us new towels when we asked)

Posizione ottima, in centro citta e sicura per rincasare in serata, essendo da sole, io e mia figlia. Camera mansardata con terrazzino e vista sui tetti. Sotto, un bar con cornetti strepitosi.

Il condizionatore non funziona bene, assolutamente da rivedere; abbiamo patito veramente tanto caldo! Il lavandino del bagno, oltre ad essere eccessivamente piccolo (la dimensione della camera consentiva comunque qualcosa di un po' più grande) è fatto in modo tale che non si possa neanche riempire l'acquaio.

Super Lage, und sehr schöne Zimmer, die wirklich aussergewöhnlich sind. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer ist sehr schön und es wurde auch nicht an der guten Ausstattung gespart - Fenster (Dachfenster) lässt sich elektronisch super bedienen (inkl. Rollo!) und Klimaanlage läuft perfekt. Sauberkeit 1A, sehr schöne Dusche. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Sind lange im Bett gelegen und die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein :-) Auch als kurze Zwischenrast einfach perfekt! Wenn wir wieder in Bologna sind, kommen wir zu 100% wieder zu Ihnen! Wir sind begeistert!!

Einzig (aber das ist jetzt wirklich schon hohes Niveau!) das Zimmer Nr. 5 ist relativ klein, für einen Aufenthalt von mehr als 3 Tage würde ich ein anderes Zimmer bevorzugen, die alle größer sind. Und man hört die Zimmernachbarn in Raum 5 stark durch, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, da alle anderen Reisenden auch sehr ruhig waren!

Very nice little apartment, very central in Bologna. Easy to self check in and out, had everything I needed. Very nice view from the balcony in my room (8) towards the two slanted towers and right next to them. Quiet aside from the construction site, which was ok.

Extremely disappointing experience This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I arrived at around 9:00 PM with the room already fully booked and paid for, but I was refused entry because I had not completed the check-in before 7:00 PM. They claimed they had informed me in advance, but I never saw the message. I was traveling through Europe, constantly moving from one city to another, with limited internet access, and unfortunately I did not read it in time. I have traveled many times and have never experienced a hotel refusing to accommodate me for this reason, especially when the room had already been reserved and paid for. What made the situation even worse was that I tried to contact the property repeatedly that night, but nobody answered. I was left outside at night in a city I did not know, with several older people and all of our luggage, after a long day of traveling. The next day, they simply told me that they had informed me beforehand, without acknowledging the fact that nobody responded to our calls or messages when we were actually standing outside the property. I completely understand that hotels can have check-in policies, but leaving paying guests without accommodation at 9:00 PM, without answering their calls or offering any assistance, is extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.

L extrême gentillesse des hôtes, leur offre spontanée de nous permettre de laisser nos bagages avant le check in et apres le check out. L emplacement, l agencement de l ensemble, parties communes et studios. Le confort de l ensemble, literie, sdb. Une réserve toutefois concernant la cuisine, pas d eau à l'évier, ni plateau au micro ondes. L appartement est situé dans un quartier central ,vivant et agréable.

Ths area where this place is, is my favorite area to stay in Bologna. The street is easy to access, excellent shops and restaurants are all within a quick walk, and the train station is easily accessible by foot as well. This room was comfortable and quiet. We accessed it easily and enjoyed our stay.

Συμπλήρωσα κατά λάθος λάθος email κατά το online check in, με αποτέλεσμα να μην λάβω τις οδηγίες για το check-in και να φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα χωρίς να μπορούμε να αποκτήσουμε πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιό μας. Ήμασταν κουρασμένοι από το ταξίδι και αγχωθήκαμε, καθώς δεν υπήρχε κανείς στον χώρο και για αρκετή ώρα δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε κάποιον ούτε τηλεφωνικά, ούτε μέσω WhatsApp, email ή των μηνυμάτων του Booking. Επιπλέον, όταν καλείς τον αριθμό που αναγράφεται, η ηχογραφημένη αναφορά γίνεται σε διαφορετικό όνομα καταλύματος από αυτό που εμφανίζεται στο Booking, κάτι που δημιουργεί ακόμη μεγαλύτερη σύγχυση. Αναγνωρίζω ότι το λάθος με το email ήταν δικό μου. Ωστόσο, θεωρώ ότι ο τρόπος με τον οποίο αντιμετωπίστηκε η κατάσταση ήταν απογοητευτικός. Όταν τελικά καταφέραμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιον, η στάση του ήταν ειρωνική και χωρίς καμία ενσυναίσθηση, παρόλο που βρισκόμασταν σε μια αγχωτική κατάσταση και απλώς προσπαθούσαμε να βρούμε λύση. Διαβάζοντας στη συνέχεια τις υπόλοιπες αξιολογήσεις, είδα ότι δεν ήμασταν οι μόνοι που αντιμετωπίσαμε προβλήματα με το check-in. Ίσως θα άξιζε να υπάρχει ένα εναλλακτικό σχέδιο (plan B) για περιπτώσεις όπου κάποιος δεν λαμβάνει το email με τους κωδικούς ή δεν έχει πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο. Δυστυχώς, η ίδια ειρωνική στάση φαίνεται και στις απαντήσεις που δίνει το κατάλυμα σε αρνητικές κριτικές, ακόμη και όταν οι επισκέπτες προσπαθούν να προσφέρουν εποικοδομητικό feedback. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό, όμως η εμπειρία του check-in και ο τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης επισκίασαν σημαντικά τη συνολική διαμονή.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Die Handtücher waren zerschlissen. Noch dazu gab es im Badezimmer keinerlei Lüftung. Es gab ein kleines Kippfenster, das sich in nicht erreichbarer Höhe befand und sowieso nicht zu öffnen ging. Das heißt, der Dampf von der Dusche sowie der Geruch von der Toilette entwich ins kleine Schlafzimmer wo es auch nur ein schmales Fenster zum Kippen gab!! In der Dusche wuchs der Schimmel - kein Wunder ohne Lüftung. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das baulich nicht anders möglich ist. Unsere Freunde hatten dagegen ein Zimmer, mit genau dem gleichen Fenster im Badezimmer, das sich sogar elektrisch öffnen ließ. Wir fragten nach einem Zimmertausch, das war aber nicht möglich, da angeblich alles ausgebucht war. Dann fragten wir nach einer Preisreduzierung, da unser Zimmer genau den gleichen Preis hatte, wie das Zimmer unserer Freunde und ab da bekamen wir keine Antwort mehr. Ich probierte über mehrere Kanäle jemanden zu erreichen, aber es hat auf diese Frage keine Antwort gegeben. Schade. Ich kann nur sagen, dass das substandard ist!

La mancanza di almeno un distributore automatico di bibite. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè con due capsule solo x il primo giorno. La qualità del caffè era davvero scarsa.

We give this accommodation a 10/10! Me and my friend really loved everything about it. It is located in center of the city, with everything reached by foot in less than 5 minutes. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The only thing that we would suggest about the room, is a mini fridge inside, just because now in the summer it’s very hot in Bologna. This is just a suggestion, because the accommodation does have a big fridge in the common area which is just outside the rooms and it’s a very cute space. I personally would like to thank the staff, because even though there is no reception in the building, they have answered me on WhatsApp 24/7, even outside operating hours. They were quick and very polite. Thank you very much! We would definitely come back! :)

Spiace dover scrivere una recensione negativa ma sono rimasta molto delusa per i seguenti motivi (nonostante il tentativo del receptionist che è venuto personalmente a cambiare le lenzuola e che ringrazio): Camera sporca: trovato persino carta igienica macchiata e palesemente utilizzata dai precedenti ospiti, oltre a capelli sul pavimento e un lenzuolo strappato. La stanza, inoltre, è estremamente piccola: non c’è spazio nemmeno per aprire le valigie, che restano inevitabilmente a terra occupando i pochissimi centimetri tra letto e parete. Il bagno è costantemente impregnato di odore di umidità, molto sgradevole. Considerato il prezzo pagato (circa 170 a notte), il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente inadeguato.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main sites. The property's room that we stayed in was lovey with a small terrace where we sat out every morning and night for coffee and night cap. Room had a Nespresso machine with a couple of capsules ( we bought a sleeve from the Nespresso shop), room was lovely and cool even though 27/28 outside. Twin towers were just outside the from door and Piazza Magiorre a couple of mins walk. There is a lovely bar/cafe downstairs for a really good breakfast that was delicious and plenty of bars and food places within easy walking distance. Communication was through WhatsApp with the booking in procedure easy to complete, a code for the entry doors to the building is sent and then on the day a code for the room itself. Would stay with them again if visiting Bologna again, very friendly staff answering questions.

A couple of small niggles but nothing major, there was no working extractor fan in the bathroom but the steam cleared quickly so not an issue and the terrace outside light didn't work but again not really an issue. Also one unusable chair on the terrace as the seat was completely broken, but 3 others and a small table was enough for us. The patio floor needed a good clean as it was very dusty. But none of this spoiled our stay.

Volevo scrivere prima questa recensione sul soggiorno presso la struttura intorno a metà aprile ma purtroppo non trovavo l'opzione in app. Sono stato una notte con la mia ragazza e ho solo una cosa da dire: FAVOLOSA!! Ho vissuto 5 anni a Bologna, ma affacciarsi e vedere le due Torri a due passi mi mancava. Staff stellare, il ragazzo che ci ha accolti, Dario, è davvero professionale, simpatico, gentile e soprattutto molto disponibile, semplicemente perfetto. La location stupenda, la cameretta sembrava fatta per noi e abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza da rifare e consigliare e chiunque. Grazie davvero per mettere a disposizione angoli di mondi così unici!!

De kamer was, zeker voor 1 nacht helemaal prima. Fijne badkamer, prima bedden. Omdat je midden in het centrum zit is er ‘s avonds wel veel lawaai maar dat weet je van te voren.
