L'emplacement de l'hôtel avec une jolie plage. Le jardin tres joli et luxuriant L'animation avec des soirées musicales La chambre assez spacieuse

La salle de bain défoncée qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Plafond sale, robinetterie insalubre qui fuit, sol défoncé et carrelage cassé. Moustiquaire sur l'extérieur déchirée et scotchée. A plus de 100 euros par nuit on mériterait mieux! Dommage car la chambre était plutôt sympa.

Unglaublich schön gelegen mit liegen. Tolles Frühstück direkt am Strand mit Blick auf türkisfarbene Meer. Wurden am letzten Tag mit den Rollern samt Koffer zum Hafen gefahren. Abends sitzt man romantisch und kann den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Die Cottages sind klein, aber ausreichend. Das Außenbad dafür genauso so groß. Es gibt regelmäßig Live-Musik, welche aber um 22 Uhr endet. Für uns war das total ok.

En bord de mer avec piscine et resto sur la plage Soirée musique live c’est très sympa, très bonne ambiance le soir.L’hôtel est dans endroit plus calme et il y a moins de passage de promeneurs c’est mieux. Le resto est bon,petit déj diversifié et les pizzas excellente, mieux qu’à la pizzeria d’a côté. Le personnel est très sympa, toujours de bonne humeur et super attentionné.

Notre petite cabane était mignonne mais Ça manque de finitions, de déco, de rénovation et d’entretien Douche extérieure c’est top mais dalles de plastique aux murs , 0 déco alors qu’il y a du potentiel. Ca Fait très bas de gamme. La plage est jolie mais les sacs de sables qui retiennent la dune c’est pas très joli.

Personal war semi, Zimmer war heruntergekommen, Lage war auch nicht optimal, man konnte daszimmer nur Vorort bezahlen und nicht über booking und dann wurde frecherweise noch 2% aufgeschlagen, weil wir eben mit Karte zahlen

Brilliant location - really close to a great beach for snorkelling with turtles from. It felt like we were tucked away and I liked the chilled relaxed atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and fun and looked after us well. The food was great and they are popular in the evenings - which gave it a good atmosphere.

My bathroom was in need of some updating and love.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante la nostra visita alle isole Gili, e con l'occasione abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio... i ragazzi dello staff sono stati davvero gentili e premurosi, per la cena di anniversario ci hanno offerto sia il pesce che i contorni e anche un dolcetto semplice ma decorato meravigliosamente. La nostra camera inoltre, la num 5, era stupenda e totalmente isolata rispetto ai rumori notturni o alle funzioni religiose dell'isola, dal letto la vista sulla vegetazione circostante era magnifica... Materasso super comfort, sembrava di dormire su una nuvola... Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il drink di benvenuto, la piscina sempre pulita e i teli mare forniti gratuitamente, nonché il dispenser di acqua di cui si poteva usufruire in ogni momento. Buona anche la colazione, tenendo presente gli standard dell'isola. Gli spettacoli serali con musica dal vivo e giochi di fuoco sono stati una bella conclusione di giornate di snorkeling e relax!

Considerando la lontananza dal porto sarebbe gradito mettere a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente un servizio di trasporto bagagli... anche perchè pur volendoci solo 20 minuti a piedi l'ultimo tratto per l'hotel è totalmente sabbioso quindi difficile da affrontare con bagagli al seguito. A colazione per due giorni di fila non hanno avuto il latte per il cappuccino. La pulizia della stanza è su richiesta per motivi ecologici, ma credo che almeno il riassetto vada eseguito senza doverlo chiedere.

La struttura sorge sulla spiaggia nord di Gili Air , dalla quale abbiamo visto fantastici tramonti e bevuto ottime margaritas. Con la corrente e il vento giusto il mare davanti è cristallino. La struttura organizza pranzi e cene sulla spiaggia e diversi spettacoli serali (spettacolo del fuoco, musica dal vivo).

Gli hamburger non sono un granché..

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bien présenté. Les soirées à l’hôtel sont également parfaites. La musique s’arrête à 22 heures ce qui permet de se reposer facilement. L’hôtel est très proche de turtle point pour réaliser le snorkeling.

Il est un peu éloigné du port si vous y aller en marchant.

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff — always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed delicious fresh fish at the BBQ, and watched the sunset for two days. We spent most of our time simply enjoying the hotel’s facilities right by the sea. It was exactly what we needed to truly relax and unwind.

Struttura fronte mare con comodi lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione. La spiaggia è stupenda e da lì si apprezza un bellissimo tramonto! Inoltre la struttura fornisce attrezzatura per fare snorkeling. Consigliatissimo anche il ristorante, la sera fanno brace di pesce e tre volte a settimana musica dal vivo e fire dance. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Le camere sono essenziali e non molto curate, ma pulite e con letto comodo

TUTTO PERFETTO, ti senti come a casa, lo staff è fantastico i proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili! Non si può trovare di meglio per un relax in riva al mare a Gili Air , il ristorante è buono, le camere pulite e sei proprio come in un piccolo paradiso Grazie di tutto!

La posizione, camera e bagno ampi. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ristorante buono e tramonti spettacolari.

Apartma je na sami plazi. Na odlicni lokaciji. Osebje je zelo prijazno in ustrezljivo. Vibe na plazi je odlicen- pravi beach life. Okrog apartmaja so odlicne restavracije in tudi sama namestitev nudi hrano in pijaco. Zajtrk je bil odlicen.

Apartmaji bi potrebovali obnovo, predvsem kopalnica, pipe so zarjavele. Apartma tudi ni bil prav cist.

Al Pelangi ho adorato tutto. Innanzitutto, il team è incredibilmente disponibile e simpatico, Putu, August e tutti gli altri sono diventati degli amici <3 La posizione sull'isola è ottima! Lontana dal caos, vicina alle tartarughe, c'è sempre il mare davanti, si vede sia alba sia tramonto. La struttura del resort è perfetta, i cottage rimangono più interni, nel verde e nella tranquillità, ma pur sempre a un secondo dalla spiaggia. La piscina rimane leggermente protetta dal passaggio, quindi è un ambiente super tranquillo, anche per il fatto che è dedicata solo agli adulti (questo potrebbe essere un dettaglio importante per le famiglie!). L'intrattenimento è super piacevole, qualche volta alla settimana c'è la musica dal vivo la sera dal tramonto in poi, e spesso gli spettacoli di fuoco. Il ristorante è buono, e OGNI SERA i ragazzi accendono la griglia per mangiare dell'ottimo pesce appena pescato. Camere spaziose e pulite, niente da dire. è stata una vera sofferenza andare via!

Piscina agradable. Desayuno bueno con vistas a la playa. Personal muy atento. Atardecer impresionante en la zona chill out. Muy cerca de la zona de tortugas. A menos de 10min andando por el paseo de la playa.

Falta de limpieza. Cuarto de baño con necesidad de reforma.

The staff were super super lovely and friendly. When I had a problem in my room, they came and fixed it straight away. Great pool and wonderful location right on the beach which is ideal for both sunsets and sunrises. Also, definitely time your stay for a night when they have live music and the fire twirling show.

I feel like the quality of the room itself didn't match the high cost. The restaurant was also pretty expensive compared to the quality of the food. This is definitely a place where you are paying more for the location itself, so you need to decide if it's worth it for you.

Our stay at Pelangi Cottages was fantastic from the second we arrived. The entire team are incredibly warm, happy and helpful. They knew our names, always took care of us and gave my partner an extra special surprise for his birthday. The bed was very comfortable, fresh beach towels daily is a winner and the food was generous and delicious. I would definitely highly recommend and be more than happy to stay again and again. Plus there is excellent snorkelling close by. Thank you so much Team Pelangi, you really made our trip wonderful 😁

La posizione sulla punta settentrionale dell'isola, direttamente sulla spiaggia, permette di ammirare sia lo spettacolo del tramonto che dell'alba. Camminando pochi passi si può accedere direttamente dalla spiaggia ad uno dei punti più spettacolari e colorati della barriera corallina e ad un turtle point, ma volendo uscire in barca la struttura organizza direttamente uscite private per snorkelling e altre attività acquatiche. Molto utile anche il servizio di noleggio bici e scooter elettrici, per muoversi nel resto dell'isola. Colazione, pranzo, aperitivo o cena direttamente sulla spiaggia, di ottima qualità e con diverse opzioni a disposizione. Menzione speciale per il Margarita al passion fruit :-) e per l'atmosfera rilassata e gioiosa. Infine, ma non certo ultimo, lo staff sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste più disparate (grazie Agus 😉). Qualche giorno non è abbastanza!

L'attrezzatura delle camere è un po' essenziale, ma si tratta di una sfumatura in un quadro eccezionale.

Het personeel is zo vriendelijk! Eten is verrukkelijk vooral de Bbq met verse vis is een aanrader! De huisjes zijn simpel maar prima. Exact waar je voor betaald. De ligging is direct aan het strand en een fiets is zo gehuurd.

Dat we niet langer gebleven zijn. Gili air is het waard om langer als 2 dagen te verblijven

- L'accueil, la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel. - L'emplacement du cottage du numéro 10 à 20 mètres de la plage et à 3 mètres de la piscine. - La grandeur et la beauté de la salle de bain à ciel ouvert.

Avoir eu un matelas par terre pour notre adolescent de 15 ans ce qui a fortement réduit la place dans le cottage. Prendre ses boules quies si on veut dormir tôt mais cela crée aussi une belle ambiance.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant ! On a même eu droit à un cocktail de bien venue, restaurant au top et bel emplacement

Hotel con mucho encanto, buena música , muy buen ambiente y sobretodo gente encantadora. Y lo mejor situado frente al mar pudiendo ver la mejor puesta de sol posible. Si tuviese que elegir un lugar de Bali para repetir sería este. Buen desayuno y buen café!

Nada destacable, quizás el mantenimiento de la habitación podría ser mejor ! Pequeños detalles como la ducha que tenía bastante cal.

The staff are excellent, the beach within seconds from my room, the food is good and the entertainment Rizal was really cool!

When we arrived I didn’t think we were in the right place the entrance was really bad and I thought it wasn’t going to be nice. First impression wasn’t great We were in room 1 The photos of the room are not what you will get. Just a little rundown The bedroom its self was very nice, the bathroom is big, it had a very bad smell of sewerage, when you showered the water does not go down the drain. The water in the shower was either very cold or boiling hot no in between. In room 1 just outside our door was rubble or tiles on the ground and several bikes parked at the side. If these were hidden it would be better.

Nos ha decepcionado, no se parece a las fotos, especialmente el baño. Muy antiguo, grifos en bastante mal estado, ducha con tablas de madera y llena de mosquitos. No creo que haya buena relación calidad-precio.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Längst nicht mehr so schön wie auf den Fotos. Billige Verarbeitung vor allem im Bad. Frühstück als außergewöhnlich bewertet war eher unterer Durchschnitt, aber wirklich nicht gut. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte würde ich immer an einer anderen Location frühstücken gehen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht das was es verspricht , und dass obwohl wir schon mit Trabant gebucht haben.

Estuvimos 4 dias y nos gustó todo . El personal es maravilloso y te ayudan en todo . Siempre te dan toallas limpias para playa, piscina . La habitacion súper limpia cada día . Nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos y unos de Lis mejores sitios para ver el atardecer o amanecer . Buen espectáculo de música, fuego y mucho ambiente . Volvería sin duda . Gente maravillosa . Gracias a todo el staff . Ah, desayuno y comidas muy bueno.

Personale molto gentile e struttura pulita. Molto bello l’aperitivo serale con la musica. Buona la cucina e magnifico mangiare sulla spiaggia.

Bagno con rubinetti incrostati e doccia con assi di legno che talvolta si staccavano. Bagno enorme ma senza alcun piano di appoggio. L’acqua tendeva a diventare fredda alla seconda doccia

Eigentlich alles. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und die Unterkunft war für lokale Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war einfach, aber völlig in Ordnung und entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen: Sowohl das Chicken Sandwich als auch das Halloumi Sandwich waren hervorragend und gehören zu den besten Gerichten, die wir während unserer Reise gegessen haben. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt bzw. sogar übertroffen.

Liegt direkt am Strand & der Pool ist der schön. Frühstück war lecker & Personal war sehr nett.

Wir hatten das Haus das ganz vorne am Strand lag - leider hörten wir dadurch die Musik extrem, bis ca 22.30 Uhr. Bei der Buchung hat man das vorher nirgends gelesen, dass die Live Musik direkt vor der Unterkunft stattfindet, das wäre super gewesen wenn man das vorab rauslesen könnte & nicht erst nach Buchung darüber informiert wird.

Einfach alles… sehr schöne kleine Bungalows, ganz tolles und aufmerksames Personal, traumhafte Lage, Schildkröten quasi vor der Tür

La qualité de cet hôtel est sans hésitation son personnel qui est au top quelle que soit l’heure et les demandes. Une literie exceptionnelle la meilleure de notre séjour. Le sunset bar est un plus.

Infrastructures un peu vieillissantes . Les marees qui rendent la baignade quasi impossible l'après midi .

Wir hatten unser eigenes kleines Bungalow. Das Personal war super freundlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.

Staff are lovely, location is right on the beach and is beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing and entertain in the night was very good.

Dinner was lovely but was fish every night they had caught in the morning. However I think they offer food off the normal menu as well.

Estas en la playa misma, el lugar es lindo, la playa preciosa y personal lo mejor. El desayuno era muy rico bueno al igual que la Cena que ofrecian. Tambien hay que destacar la musica en vivo que tienen por la tarde/noche. Recomiendo este lugar!

Faltan colgadores en el baño no habia ninguno por ende no habia donde dejar tu ropa o toalla al darte una ducha.

El personal del hotel es sin duda lo mejor. La comida del restaurante increíble, happy hour todo el día, descuentos para las personas alojadas en el hotel, shows en vivo varios días a la semana. Se vivía una energía muy hermosa. Te daban bicis para recorrer la isla, el hotel tiene una playa hermosa. No cambiaría nada!

Escape to paradise! 🌴 Beautiful boutique cottages with new, sparkling clean bathrooms. Central adults-only pool, lovely staff, and 2-for-1 cocktails all day! Good food and pure relaxation. We even arranged transfers directly from Lombok airport to the beachfront accommodation. Great live music a few night a week

The location is incredible just on the seaside and the staff has been super kind and always available with us. Definetly best location in the whole island

As expected, the location was perfect.

The late night entertainment obviously is for the younger crowd, especially with Legends bar next door being able to play continuously thumping loud music till 3.00am in the morning without any consideration of guests or locals in the immediate area. It's very disappointing, especially like us having to have had an early start the following morning. 😞

Très bel emplacement pour admirer les sunset en fin de journée, le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse Très bon petit déjeuner, repas proposés à la carte savoureux ! Les soirées proposées sont top , concert et spectacle, une ambiance très conviviale et sympathique 🌅 Propose de nombreuses activités notamment sortie PÊCHE !
