Falta de limpieza, aunque el baño tiene una ventana abierta y entran bichos, había tela arañas de hacia tiempo, en el techo los tres días tuvimos a una lagartija q se cagaba justo encima de la cama, ( era como caca de pájaros)al principio no sabiamos que era pero justo la ultima me cayeron unas gotas ( no era la caca)y mire hacia arriba y lo vi , tremendo asco , eran gotas pudorificas

Alles war super schön und sauber, das Team war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Frühstück direkt am Strand war sehr lecker. Bester Schnorchelspot direkt vor der Haustüre mit unzähligen Schildkröten, Equipment stejt unentgeltlich zur Verfügung.

Das Wlan war leider nicht sehr stabil.

The staff are outstanding, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They helped to arrange our transfers to the island in advance which made things much easier for us. The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty of fresh towels and a gorgeous pool. The beachfront location is perfect with turtles right in front for a morning snorkel. They have live music on some nights throughout the week, even a fire show and delicious fresh seafood bbq. They are close to lots of other restaurants if you want to mix up your food choices during your stay. We would absolutely stay again!

Breakfast was limited and not much variety. Water pressure in the shower was very weak which we could live with and we understand being on an island but the water temperature was hard to manage one minute scalding hot the next cold. Extra blanket in the room would be appreciated as the air conditioning is strong and keeps the room cool

Ein, zwei Angestellte waren nicht so freundlich wie der Rest, aber es war okay.

Die Lage direkt am Turtle Point ist spitze. Poolbereich und auch die Zimmer super schön. Das beste Granola zum Frühstück

Leider mussten wir oft eine Stunde warten, bis das Frühstück nach der Bestellung kam.

Geweldige plek. Echt een stukje paradijs. Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie bungalow, heerlijk zwembad. Goed ontbijt op het strand. Lekker eten en ook verse vis. Ook mijn kinderen van 12 en 14 vonden Gili air fantastisch. We hebben voor 50k idr per persoon per dag fietsen gehuurd bij de accomodatie. Zo konden we het eiland over fietsen. Je kunt direct voor Bambu Cottages de zee inlopen en geweldig snorkelen. Prachtige vissen en koralen. Ook schildpadden. Echt een aanrader en we zouden zo weer teruggaan. Wij zijn 6 nachten gebleven en vonden het heerlijk. 🤗

- mehrfach kein Wasser, auch nicht für Toilettenspülung; Nachfrage ergab: Grund sei Reinigung Wassertank, aber.... - strenger "Geruch" aus Toilette und Waschbecken konnte über drei Tage bis zu unserer Abreise nicht beseitigt werden; aber Dusche - und auch Pool - waren vollkommen in Ordnung) - W-Lan sehr instabil/ schwach

Hotel splendido, pulitissimo e in una posizione fantastica, davvero difficile chiedere di più! La zona è semplicemente meravigliosa: appena entri in acqua, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, puoi già incontrare tartarughe, tantissimi pesci e una barriera corallina bellissima. Un vero paradiso per chi ama il mare e lo snorkeling! 🐢🐠🌊 Ma la cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale è stata l’accoglienza dei ragazzi dello staff. Sono stati tutti super disponibili, gentili, simpaticissimi e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa e hanno contribuito tantissimo a rendere questa esperienza indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a loro perché, per il nostro soggiorno, ci hanno anche organizzato una cena speciale per il nostro matrimonio direttamente sulla spiaggia. È stata una sorpresa meravigliosa: una serata stupenda, curata nei dettagli e in un’atmosfera semplicemente da sogno. ❤️🌅 Un ricordo che porteremo con noi per sempre! Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Hotel fantastico, posizione perfetta, mare spettacolare e soprattutto uno staff eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente! Anzi, non vediamo già l’ora! ❤️

Die Lage der Cottages direkt am Strand ist genial. Unser Cottage war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man war in ein paar Schritten im Ozean, hatte die Möglichkeit auch tagsüber und abends recht günstig zu essen und zu trinken und das junge Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und freundlich. Es war ein besondere Aufenthalt auf Gili Air.

Es gab immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem Internet im Zimmer, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir auch mit unseren mobilen Daten gut zurecht kamen. Außerdem entschuldigte sich das Personal dafür und erklärte uns auch, warum es immer wieder zu Schwierigkeiten kam und versuchten immer das Problem zu lösen. Für uns kein echter Minuspunkt, da wir vor allem entspannen wollten.

Pobyt w Bambu Cottage pozostawia niezapomniane wspomnienia. To jest raj na Ziemi, snorkowanie z żółwiami przy samej plaży, wspaniały resort, bardzo pomocny personel, czujesz się tam jak w domu, wszystko idealnie, przepyszne śniadania. Chciałoby się tam spędzać każde wakacje

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft. Das Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand (1m) ist wundervoll. Jeder Schnorchelausflug trifft mindestens eine Schildkröte.

Das Restaurant könnte etwas mehr beschattet sein, der Strandabschnitt ist für die Anzahl der Gäste etwas zu kurz.

Absolut top Lage, super schöner Pool welcher auch viel von Tages Gästen genutzt wurde. Die Hütten sie super süß und schön gemacht. Leider alles etwas hellhörig. Der Strand ist einfach grandios und das Riff noch immer mega . Wir hatten tolle Schnorchelerlebnisse.

Frühstück war inkl aber leider a la Card und irgendwie eingeschränkt in der Auswahl. Einige Kellnerinnen waren leider echt bissl dämlich.

Toller Spot für Sonnenaufgänge, nettes Personal, für eine Nacht ausreichend

Viel zu teuer, viele Mosquitos, aber kein Netz, sehr hellhörig mit viel Lärm von den Familien / Kindern nebenan

Direttamente sulla spiaggia. Situato nella bella zona dello snorkeling. Hotel con 12 bungalows molto curati. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Bagno privato ma esterno, originale; bella piscina e buona colazione non a buffet.

Poca illuminazione dentro il bungalow. L’atmosfera è bella ma se devi cercare qualcosa nella valigia non è il massimo.

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, dans un cadre agréable et au calme, tout en étant proche des principaux endroits de Gili Air. Les infrastructures sont très belles, bien entretenues et parfaitement adaptées pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Mention spéciale pour le cours privé de yoga au lever du soleil avec Déborah, en français. Un très beau moment, dans un cadre magnifique, avec une professeure douce, attentive et très professionnelle. Une expérience que nous recommandons vraiment !

L’emplacement de l’hôtel sur l’île est vraiment super. La plage devant l’hôtel est belle et plein de tortues à regarder. La déco raide l’hôtel et du restaurant est superbe, et le personnel toujours souriant. La cuisine du restaurant est vraiment délicieuse et raffinée.

C’etait vraiment très très bien.

Calme de l’hôtel, jolis bungalow, resto sur la plage, transats tout neuf et très confortables à la piscine, bon petit dej et repas très bons!

fue el mejor alojamiento que tuvimos en Lombok, la comodidad de las habitaciones, amplias y con espacio para dejar tus cosas. Desayunos muy rico. En realidad toda la carta de comida estaba muy rica. El pescado fresco a la brasa, espectacular La comodidad de tener la playa hi mismo, comiamos y cenábamos. tienen musica en vivo. La piscina muy cómoda. el personal super amable en todo momento.

Overlooking turtle beach, little did we know this was the pick of the island. Relaxed vibe, delightful and helpful staff who couldn’t have been more accomodating, from helping book boats and tours to finding an extra bed, coconut, towel. The rooms are done in an rustic island style, have air con and the private outside bathrooms really work, keeping the indoors dry.

Die Lage! Direkt am Strand Das Außenbad Es gab einen Wasserspender Schön war es, schon vor dem Frühstück schwimmen oder schnorcheln zu gehen. Das Highlight waren auf jeden Fall die Schildkröten. Jedes Mal wenn wir schnorcheln waren, haben wir Schildkröten gesehen. Super Frühstück

Die Hütte roch muffig, ist aber wahrscheinlich normal bei Bambus Hütten nach gewisser Zeit. Unterkunft war zu teuer für das, was sie geboten hat. Aber wahrscheinlich bezahlt man damit einfach die sehr gute Lage .

Great location with friendly staff.

We booked and had confirmation from Bambu Cottages that we had rooms 11 & 1. On arrival we were informed other people were in these rooms and we were given rooms 2 & 3. I asked to speak to the Manager & was advised he wasn’t there (Friday) and wouldn’t be back until Sunday. I asked that the Manager contact us regarding the rooms, this didn’t happen. This was very disappointing that we weren’t given the rooms we were promised. We will certainly reconsider staying here in future if Bambu Cottages cannot guarantee which rooms we will be occupying.

Direkt am Strand. Es gibt Strandbetten und 2 lounge liegen. Essen war auch sehr lecker. Ein ruhiger Ort zum entspannen und zu erholen.

Fantastisk beliggenhet! Nydelige omgivelser, rent og svært vennlig personale. En av de ansatte var mindre hyggelig, han tok imot frokostbestilling og ba oss om å gå til baren og blande ut neskafe selv. Ellers var personalet nydelige, de ser litt slitne ut og du må hos noen selv ta initiativ til et smil og et hei.

Sengene er veldig harde.

Beliggenhet og atmosfære. Rett ved den beste stranden.

Dårlig renhold over tid. Innestengt lukt på rommet. Vi observerte veggedyr i sengen.

Lage- man kann direkt vom Strand los schnorcheln und trifft auf eine bunte Fische- und Korallenwelt. Auch Schildkröten sahen wir mehrfach.Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Pool, Sauberkeit, tolles Frühstück. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.

Ein Moskitonetz wäre vielleicht noch als Verbesserung möglich - es gab doch recht viele Stechmücken Lampen im Zimmer ein bisschen zu dunkel... Es könnte ein bisschen mehr darauf geachtet werden, das Toilettenpapier/ Duschgel usw rechtzeitig aufgefüllt werden.... Insgesamt sind diese Punkte jedoch meckern auf hohem niveau- ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Employés souriants et sympatiques, excellent restaurant. Situation idéale pour le snkorkeling, spot tortues droit en face de l'hôtel. Chaises longues sur la plage.

Chambres trés peu insonorisées, wifi capricieux. Peut-étre un peu juste au niveau du nombre de chaises longues, mais l'espace manque, c'est un lieu intimiste (qui fait aussi son charme).

I would have preferred no music.

The cottages were lovely, people were very friendly. I love snorkeling, and from this place you can just walk out onto the beach, into the ocean and spot turtles, I saw at least 1 everyday. I also once saw a reef octopus! Lots of fishes too! And as I already said, people who work there are very nice! I loved this stay. Would love to go back one day. I would definitely recommend. Extra bonus: lots of cute cats coming to visit you. We especially fell in love with one little guy, he totally stole our hearts. He was the sweetest. We miss him already!

Just one tiny thing was that the water in the shower got cold quickly. Especially if you have long hair to rinse out. And only 1 of the 2 of you gets to shower with warm water 😆

Location on the best beach on Gili Air, turtle snorkling infront of the cottages, great vibes at the beach restaurants, great food,pool in the shade, basic but comfortable cottages with open shower and terrace, bike rentals.

Tolle Lage, Frühstück und Abendessen direkt am Strand. Täglich frischer Fisch in der Auslage wovon man auswählen konnte.

Leider keine Bettdecken sondern nur Laken. Da man die Klimaanlage jedoch auch Nachts benötigt, friert man nachts und kann schlecht schlafen!

Breakfast could have been better / more choice

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en mai 2026 dans cet hôtel. La plage se trouve juste en face, et nous avons eu la chance d’y observer de nombreuses tortues, dont une très grande, notamment près des zones où l’on voit des algues, tout près du bord. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et toujours très attentionné. Nous voyagions en famille et notre enfant s’est beaucoup amusé grâce à eux. Les bungalows, dans un style balinais typique, disposent d’une douche extérieure qui apporte beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble. La piscine est également très agréable. Nous avons loué des vélos ce qui nous a permis de faire le tour de l’île et du shopping. L’hôtel nous propose également du matériel de plongée gratuitement ce qui n’était pas le cas dans mon hôtel précédent à Gili Meno. Côté restauration, tout était excellent : burgers faits maison avec pain et frites maison, grillades le soir, et des produits de la mer très frais. Nous avons notamment dégusté de la langouste grillée devant nous, ainsi que de grosses crevettes et des calamars. Si vous cherchez un hôtel à Gili Air, celui-ci est parfait

Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Strand und Restaurant. Die Atmosphäre ist traumhaft und täglich können Schildkröten im Wasser besichtigt werden. Die passende Ausrüstung (Schnorchel oder Maske) werden vom Hotel kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend und gemütlich. 2-3 mal die Woche wird Abends tolle Livemusik im Restaurant am Strand gespielt und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Kaffee Tee und kaltes Wasser kann jederzeit selbständig an der Bar zubereitet werden und kostet keinen Aufpreis.

Leider hat unser Zimmer etwas merkwürdig gerochen und unsere Klamotten, die wir zum trocknen draußen aufgehangen haben, rochen nach Kot (naja die Natur halt). Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig und die Türen haben eine kleinen Spalt nach außen, sodass theoretisch kleine Tiere jederzeit eindringen könnten. Das Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich. Einige sind super freundlich und nett wohingegen andere etwas unmotiviert wirken und nur ihren Job ausführen. Ein wenig hat uns die Aufrichtigkeit gefehlt. Zum Frühstück stehen Kaffee, Tee und frische Säfte zur Verfügung. Beim Kaffee ist jedoch kein Cappuccino inbegriffen und beim normalen Kaffee wird dieser manchmal serviert aber andere Male heißt es, dass wir den selbst in der Bar zubereiten sollen.

Le personnel était plus que gentils et à l’écoute avec nous, très bien situé également sur l’île avec l’accès à la plage et à la piscine directement !

Staff were amazing, we were greeted by Hendri who made us feel welcome and gave us a good run down of the resort facilities and everything we needed to know. Excellent coffee and very nice food and breakfast. Big thank you to all the staff that made the stay so positive

Bed and pillows were hard, bit over priced for the room itself. For the price we payed, expected something a little more comfortable.

Cats, uncomfortable bed, day bed are not restricted to guests only so hard to get.

The location is perfect: peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything, and right on the beach in a fantastic spot for snorkeling with turtles. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cottages felt comfortable and charming. The restaurant and bar serve yummy food and drinks, and after a day of diving, it was especially convenient to have everything right at the accommodation.

During our stay, the wifi wasn’t working, although this may have been due to an island-wide issue. We also tried contacting the accommodation with a question before arrival through Booking.com messages, WhatsApp, and Instagram, but never received a reply, so communication could be improved. That said, we had a wonderful stay overall.
