Very cosy place with fantastic hosts.

The construction works nearby, but it does'nt depends of the hotel.

Personal welcome from host.

The dog moon was a sweetheart, very well behaved and liked even by a none dog lover. The host was so nice and helpful, giving tips and information from Brussels. The room was perfectly clean and equipped with towels and hairdryer. They had a beautiful backyard to chill and take a coffee.

Nothing

?

A very clean room with the added benefit of a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker & kettle. The room was very private & nicely decorated. We walked to Grand Place in about 30 minutes but there is also a nearby tram stop if you don’t want to walk. Very nice cafe’s & restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had some visits from the lovely dog which we really enjoyed! Erik was incredibly nice & friendly.

Nothing negative

Anfitrião muito solicito, perfeito

Everything. Super comfortable, very clean, great location with good connections to public transport and even the decor was in very good taste. Eric and Jeremie are both very nice and helpful

Nothing

Comfy bed, good coffee, nice owners, great shower, smart tv, cute dog, nothing to complain about!

Everything! The hosts were amazing! Friendly, welcoming and very responsive. They made us feel very comfortable. The room was also very comfortable, with plenty of room for storage. Super comfy bed. Close to public transportation, either busses or metro to the city center too. I will definitely recommend this place and will stay there again when we go back😊.

Nothing negative to say.

Merci ☺️ Les Alsaciens

Location and hospitality.

It’s a cozy place where you can find a true Belgian living style!

There should be a door lock for the room.

Clean and beautiful place. Jeremie was very helpful showing us all the required details. Location is good, with easy access to local metro and restaurants.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The room is equiped with everything you need for a short stay, tableware, coffee-machine, tea, salt, even olive oil. Hosts Eric and Jeremie have been very polite and helped us with many tips. They let us use the washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect near tram, bus stops and metro, in 20 minutes you can get to the city center. Next time coming to Brussels would go back again ...

The mattress was too soft for us.. The door doesn't lock, but there are no strangers in the house. Thats just a wish..

Location was great and it is quite central. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and super helpful.

Beds were too soft but thats our personal preference. The room was right under the living room and it was noisy in the evening or early morning but nothing too bad.

Highly recommend this place! Polite hosts, a lovely neighborhood, and a clean, cozy accommodation. Just 20 minutes (walk + metro) to the city center. Perfect stay!

Excellent accommodation in Brussels. The hosts were very polite and hospitable, they made us feel as we were staying at our own place. The bedroom was cozy and clean, with all amenities and located in a nice and safe neighborhood, and it is within walking distance from the tram/metro line. I would highly recommend it and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Eric and Jeremie!

Fabulous stay! Lovely & cozy house :) Eric & Jeremie are such a wonderful host! Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything is perfect 👌

It was just as pictured. Lovely small patio area. Close to transit and several great restaurants. And best of all was Moon the labradoodle who would come by to greet us and stay for a short visit.

No complaints at all

Every thing.

Design, location, private patio.

Nothing.

Good location to transit, friendly and welcoming owners, super cute room with access to a garden and an adorable dog that likes to visit ❤️🐾

Nothing! It was fabulous!

Very well presented and kept. Nothing to complain or attend to. Everything is as described. Eric and Jeremie Very friendly, including the dog. We had a great stay.

Lovely room and stay in a good location. Bed was very comfortable and their dog was very cute and friendly!

We had a fantastic stay. The room was lovely and the location perfect for getting into the centre. We received some freshly baked Christmas biscuits for our arrival which was a nice surprise! We loved meeting Moon too. Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Nothing. Would love to stay again.

Everything! Eric & Jérémie were kind, the place is lovely and nicely furnished, everything felt very clean and has everything you’d need. It was In a nice area with lots of things around. I only wish we could have stayed longer but now we have an excuse to come back one day! Thank you also for your understanding about shortening our stay! Very appreciated.

Nothing. 10/10! :)

The room was beautifully designed, quiet and comfortable. There is even a little patio to eat outdoors. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was very convenient to walk to the metro or take a tram.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations with free Wi-Fi and an adorable dog💕. Great location. Exceptionally friendly host!

All the details were great, the suite has small details help you enjoy the time you are there

Nothing, everything was fine

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The owner even left cold bottled water and some herbal infusians for us.

nice part of the city quick public transf. connection

it wasnt hotel but airbnb car parking on the street (however it finally wasnt con)

Very close to public transportation. Clean and comfortable room.

Eric’s property is fantastic and beautifully decorated we had a wonderful time staying here. Eric and Jérémie are so friendly and accommodating and they have a very cute dog! Saint-Gilles is a lovely place to walk around and explore, the train station is a close walk away, as is a supermarket and many bakeries. If we revisit Brussels we’d definitely return! Highly recommended!!

The room was super clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was modern, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the houses from the neighbourhood had very beautiful architecture. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if I'll return to Bruxelles. For the price we paid, it was the best deal we found on Booking + early check-in was allowed. Thank you Eric&Family! Wish you all the best, Dr.Dan

It was not clear enough if the accommodation includes the entire apartment or just o part of the apartment. The accommodation is a separate room which can be accessed after passing through the living room which is part of Eric's house. For those who want to rent an entire apartment, this accommodation does not include the entire apartment/house. Eric and Family are living upstairs and it was nice to meet them so for us not a problem.

Beautifully in detail decorated room, with a nice view on the garden, warm welcome and valued privacy. The neighbourhood is beautiful aswell, it was nice taking walks there and all public transport is near, brunch places and the city center too. The doggie is wonderful ❤️

Location was near to a metro station which gets you easily to/from some of the main train stations and city center. The setting and interior of the room feels very cozy and warm! Very welcoming host (and bonus: a friendly pet dog that is just so sweet)

Localization of the place is close to the center and neighborhood is really nice

The location was great, host was awesome, the place was clean and beautiful.

loved it

the accommodation is very well presented and maintained.
