Unfortunately a power outage that lasted for about 7 hours occurred when I arrived. There was no backup power. However, all guests were given candles for light.

There was noise in the background. The Television was had no channels loaded, couldn't watch news in the morning. There room has no table to do some work. I wish there was a microwave since there's a refrigerator.

Reviewed May 18, 2026The property was amazing very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really appreciated how often everything was cleaned and maintained. The security cameras also made me feel very safe during my stay. The location was convenient, peaceful, and overall the atmosphere was just wonderful. I truly enjoyed my time here and I will definitely come back again. If you are ever in Pretoria, I highly recommend booking this place!
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything was well taken care of and the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Reviewed May 17, 2026VERY NOISY- drinking, singing and shouting. Party going on in front of our room until 00:00. With a big rules of establishment on the wall and on bookings.com about noise and parties that clearly did not apply. Booked 3 rooms. 2 were clean and 1 still had Mc D’s in the room. That same room also was left without electricity the last night. Would not recommend this stay.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Our room was spacious, neat and clean with aircon. The room was serviced daily and we were provided clean towels every day. Happy and Tasha were truly Gems, they were absolutely fantastic, always assisting with a huge smile! Going out of their way to make it comfortable for us or to assist us. We really appreciated it !
The bathroom was a bit dark and I would add a microwave to the rooms, seeing there is no kitchen. Maybe have fleece blankets in the room for the chilly nights that you don't want to use the aircon.
