В гостинице всюду посажены растения, красиво! Радушные хозяева, спасибо. Мы жили в номере с прекрасным видом на горы. Из минусов: петухи начали петь довольно рано. Чтобы добираться до пляжа, лучше брать машину в аренду.

Le chalet familial spacieux, parfait pour notre famille de 5. Le beau jardin et la vue sur la jungle depuis notre terrasse. L'endroit est très calme tout en se situant à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la plage d'Anse Takama. Suite à des changements de vol à cause de la situation au Moyen-Orient nous y avons passé seulement 2 nuits, mais nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Mervin et Adam. Adam nous a préparé pour une modique somme un délicieux repas créole au poisson (Jack Fish)

Жили в отдельной вилле 3 спальни, гостиная. Вилла приятная. Есть общий глубокий бассейн. До ближайших пляжей 5-10 минут на машине. До Такамаки 20 мин пешком. Недалеко несколько продуктовых магазинов и аптека. Заказывали у Адама рыбу на гриле несколько раз - вкусно и по приемлемой цене. В номере есть пляжные полотенца. На открытой террассе отличный вид и пение птиц.

В маленькой спальне отсутствует кондиционер. В остальных комнатах работа кондиционеров слабая - днем они плохо справляются.

Un séjour parfait, à recommander sans hésiter ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, où tout était réuni pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. L’équipement est au top : rien ne manque, tout est pensé pour le confort et la praticité. Un vrai coup de cœur pour la propreté et l’attention portée aux détails ! Un énorme merci à Adam qui a été adorable du début à la fin : disponible, accueillant et plein de petites attentions qui font toute la différence. C’est rare de rencontrer des hôtes aussi bienveillants, et cela a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Côté localisation, un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité, ce qui est pratique pour les déplacements. Cependant, nous confirmons qu’avoir une voiture est un vrai plus pour explorer la région librement et profiter pleinement des alentours. En résumé : un logement parfait, un hôte exceptionnel, et des souvenirs inoubliables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons vivement cette adresse à tous les voyageurs !

La partie sud de Mahé est sauvage est magnifique, idéal pour la promenade et la randonnée. Les logements sont confortables, la petite piscine est un bonus agréable, même si le plus important demeure pour moi la vue incroyable sur la montagne et le jardin, quelle beauté ! J'ai dû travailler pendant mon séjour, je n'ai jamais eu un si beau bureau. Par ailleurs, le patron et son équipe sont vraiment accueillants, arrangeants, généreux, attentifs aux besoin et au confort des clients. Merci mille fois !

L'emplacement n'est pas idéal pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de voiture, à moins d'avoir envie de beaucoup marcher et de dépendre d'un système de transports publics modérément efficace et confortable.

Very good location - close to nice beaches and restaurant. It’s very peaceful. Apartment is big and spacious, kitchen has well equipment. Owner helped us by all of our wishes.

Un très bel accueil et beaucoup de conseils donnés sur les points d’intérêts au alentour du gîte. Également beaucoup de souplesse pour adopter notre séjour face aux conséquences de la crise au moyen orient. Enfin nous conseillons le dîner sur place avec un excellent plat de poisson.

Avoir une voiture est indispensable car la maison est isolée (mais c’est aussi son charme!) La plage la plus proche est à 2 kms (erreur sur le site qui indique 50 mètres).

L’accueil, la bienveillance, toujours le soucis que tout se passe bien pour nous!! Situation géographique idéale , proche de la mer, cadre magnifique, restaurant juste en dessous La propreté des lieux et l’endroit est très bien entretenu Endroit apaisant ! Очень приятный доброжелательный персонал. Организовали аренду автомобиля без залога и карты. Раннее заселение. Угощали фруктами несколько раз. Можно заказать хороший завтрак по доступной цене (нам хватало его на 2 дня). Подарили ужин с огромным тунцом и прочим (заранее спрашивали о предпочтениях). Номер просторный, имеется все необходимое. Чисто, все работает. Подарили стирку (вечером отдали, утром вернули чистое и аккуратно сложенное белье). Вокруг тропическая природа, поют птицы, кружат летучие лисицы. Небольшой глубокий бассейн. Персонал искренне интересуется как прошел день и так далее😊

Насекомые из джунглей. При этом в наличии имеются специальные спреи для отпугивания муравьев и прочих "друзей".

Идеальное расположение. До пляжа Takamaka 2 минуты, до intendense - 2 минуты, на авто. Очень вежливый хозяин и персонал! Ответят на все вопросы, помогут с любой проблемой. Отлично готовят рыбу на ужин (по запросу). Чистота в номере. На фото номера хуже, чем вживую) Реальность превзошла ожидания. Идеальное сочетание цена/качество.

Everything was just wonderful in this place. We had a rest as a family: me, my husband and two children. Administrator Adam was attentive to us, treated us to dinner, fed our children delicious pancakes. Here it felt like we were at home - it was so cozy and calm. Thank you very much to everyone involved in this guest house for our best vacation!

Petit coin au milieu de la luxuriante foret à quelques minutes de la plage . Super situation avec une végétation magnifique et un calme fabuleux. Nous avions le chalet avec 3 chambres et 2 sdb. La troisième chambre est un lit simple qui suffit largement pour une 5 eme personne . Le chalet est très chaleureux, très bien équipé et d'une grande propreté. Le propriétaire est adorable . Il nous a préparé un diner Créole avec un gros poisson , qu'il nous a apporté dans notre chalet pour une somme minime ( je recommande c'était délicieux) . Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Отличное расположение, рядом два лучших пляжа Такомака 5мин Анс интеданс 10 мин, на авто. Без машины не вариант, далековато от дороги и в гору. Хозяин Марвин и у управляющий Адам, всегда помогали по всем вопросам. Угостили шикарным ужином. В номере есть все необходимое, посуда, тостер, Микроволновка, газовая печь, холодильник. Прекрасный вид на горы.

На территории и рядом живут Петухи которые очень рано будят если у Вас чуткий сон, беруши в помощь.

Mervin & Adam did their best to make our stay formidable ! Helped out on renting a car on a last minute. Offered a meal and bottle for new year's eve (how kind!) and made sure we could have a late check out before heading for our flight. They also gave recommandation on the island. They are doing their best to make your stay awesome. The place is very quiet (a few dogs and chicken in the neiberhoud, but not on the property.), and nice view on the moutains. Only thing to consider : You will definitely need a car. Great beach are close by (Takamaka & Intendance), but by foot it would not be that pleasant. All in all, if the place suits you, don't hesitate !

Нам понравилось все!!! Чем дольше там живёшь, тем больше проникаешься местом! Тишина, уютно по домашнему, рядом с нашими апартаментами по утрам ходили куры и пели петухи. Хозяин Мэрвин и управляющий Адам с супругой Руби просто восхитительные люди. Встретили нас как родных, во всем старались помочь. А какую рыбу нам готовил Адам... пальчики оближешь! Хозяин нас угощал фруктами со своего сада и яйцами от курочек, которые ходили рядом. Сами апартаменты укомплектовпны всем необходимым для проживания! Кровать удобная, кондиционер работает тихо и исправно. Напор воды всегда хороший, горячая вода есть всегда. Очень приятно сидеть на терассе и пить кофе, между прочим в магазине очень достойный молотый сейшельский кофе.

Both hosts were more than nice, helpful and welcoming. All comments regarding their hospitality are true. Apartments are well equipped.

We stayed twice in this place. Second time we were very unlucky to get the apartment just beside pool. It was the noisiest place I've ever been to. First night there was a loud party taking place in Reddit restaurant - extremely loud music until 3 am. No sleep. The second day the property rented the swimming pool area for some locals party. Loud music, people screaming at night - no sleep again. I asked hosts to turn down the music volume but they did it only after the midnight. In the morning the pool area was rented for other people. So music and noise was non stop until we left the place tired and sleepless. However, while we were staying for 3 days in another apartment with these hosts, our experience was really nice. So make sure you don't get apartment near the pool! Otherwise, be prepared for noise, music and parties all the time. Not recommended for people with small children.

This accommodation is beautifully presented and great value with a fully kitted kitchen, living room area, bedroom and bathroom. We got more for our money than we did anywhere else we stayed in The Seychelles. Special shout out to Mervin as well, epitomises the 'couldn't do enough for you' attitude with lots of lovely little touches to help us out despite ours being just a one night stay before we flew out. In case you are worried about the location in the jungle the incense and fragrances on site did a great job keeping mosquitoes at bay. Walking out to bird song is also a treat We ate at the La Redoute restaurant a one minute walk away and that was great too - brave the bat dishes if you dare. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

It isn't difficult at all but if you are driving, then you need to get up a couple small hills to get there. Parking is ample and includes cover though.

The hosts are amazing and trying to help you with everything. Marvin and Adam are always up for a quick talk and really friendly. Also offering some fresh fruit from time to time. Super nice to try fresh jack fruit and freshly picked Bananas. The Red Snapper they prepare is a exceptional 😍

The buildings are a little bit older and that you could see but the owner wants to improve it.

Marvin and Adam were wonderful hosts, always trying to guess pur needs and anticipate them. Their mission is to welcome guests as at home and you could feel it. In addition Adam is a great cook and I highly recommend booking any meal with him. It will be much cheaper than in a restaurant but of may be even better quality. The place is in remote area so a car is advisable. I specifically enjoy the closiness to the jungle and a morning swim in a swimming pool. Nearby you will find the arguably most beautiful beaches on Mahé - Anse Takamaka and Intendence. The western beaches are much better in my opinion, there are less people and prices are also lower in take-aways, almost twice as lower.

Our specific appartment was facing the sun in the morning and it got hot very quickly after sunrise. The air con is in the bedroom which is great but the kitchen and bathroom have fans and you need to get used to the heat. Other appartments may have not this problem

First, I confirm every positive comment that I read about this place! Spacious and comfortable apartments in a beautiful setting, but it is really Adam and Marvin’s constant availability and kindness that makes this place truly unique. On a separate note, I was served 3 dinners for a similar price to these of the nearby restaurant, only it tasted better and the portions were overwhelmingly generous!!

Nice place. Reconstruction is slowly running (no noise, do not worry). Place is wonderful, I believe that in next few years it will be game changer in the area. Very nice owners and cleaning behavior. Nice dinner. You can watch fruit bats each evening.

Still missing direct access to Takamaka beach wich would totally change position of these apartments. Currently you can go by car.

Чудесное расположение, в окружении гор и джунглей. Очень видовое место! Тихо, спокойно, есть всё необходимое для релакса и беззаботного отдыха. Номер огромный, состоит из прихожей, совмещенной с кухней и спальни. В прихожей большой телевизор со спутниковыми каналами, есть один российский - "Первый канал". Есть большая лоджия с сушилкой, стульями, столом. Кондиционер, вентилятор, сейф, газовая плита, тостер, микроволновая печь, мыльные принадлежности, кофе, чай, какао, сахар, вода из кулера и прочие мелочи. По вашей просьбе управляющий Адам купит вам продукты в ближайшем магазине и оставит в номере. Также готовит за дополнительную плату местные креольские блюда, из свежей рыбы и не только. Есть небольшой, но довольно глубокий бассейн. Постояльцы в основном семьи с детьми, но есть и пары и одиночные путешественники. Все ваши просьбы удовлетворяют тут же. Возьмут на себя организацию трансфера и досуга. В отеле работают очень отзывчивые, добрые люди, создают атмосферу домашнего уюта. До ближайшего магазина чуть больше километра пешком. До пляжа Такамака минут 15. Там же находится ферма черепах, ресторан Villa Batista. Океан здесь открытый, волны сильные. Сам пляж метров 200 узкой песчаной полосы, белый мелкий песок, посредине широкая часть с прудом, отлично подходит для загара. Вход в океан ужасный. Купаться скорее не рекомендуется... Поскольку рядом с берегом крупеые камни и плиты. Но окунуться и освежиться можно вполне

Соседские петухи орут с двух часов ночи, но привыкаешь. Поскольку местность холмистая, дом расположен на крутом подъеме, кому-то путь может показаться утомительным. Но как место для остановки на 2-3 ночи или больше, если берете на прокат машину, идеально

I fully endorse this property. It's an amazing location with even more amazing host. We were warmly welcomed. The host recommended the most beautiful spots on the island, helped us purchase bus tickets, took us to the currency exchange office, and showed us the nearest shops. The apartments are both spacious and large, and offer stunning views of the jungle. Located close to nature and beautiful beaches.

В номере есть все необходимое для проживания:от всех необходимых столовых принадлежностей до фена и утюга. Расположено среди джунглей, поют птицы, зелено и прекрасный вид на горы. До пляжа (Такамака) реально дойти пешком. В 5 минутах езды езды на машине есть несколько магазинов. Удивительная атмосфера отдыха, прекрасный хозяин Мервин и персонал. Очень гостеприимные и приветливые, а также готовые помочь и решить многие вопросы. Адам-очень отзывчивый человек, приготовил очень вкусный ужин, порция огромная. Вечером купались в бассейне, смотрели на звезды. Рекомендую!

Adam was the best. Always available. Experienced host. Every morning great fruit juice,/smoothy. Never a NO. Always a YES. Super friendly and helpfull. No worries, anyone can rely on him. Highly recommend to book em. Also Takamaka beach is close...Best sunset. Also no crowded. Fewer tourists than on EAST COST.... BEST, RUDI

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting jungle location, very good grades and a suitable price in the Takamaka area. Adam and Merlin (owners of several chalets in the complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with juice and a huge plate of fruit, one day we were booked into a restaurant, we were also helped to get out of the jungle when we went on a trekking trail to Capuchins beach and got lost). On site, there is a swimming pool with clean and warm water which was very nice to swim in with a baby. We were also offered lovely complementary breakfasts for 15 euros (free for children under 12). We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Day, and were given a (free) Christmas dinner and gifts (this is something of a wow - how can this be). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners and staff is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

The owners and the staff working there , were very polite. They helped us with our suitcases and also came to repair something in the electricity.

We stayed only for one night and appeared to be the right decision. The room wasn’t properly cleaned . We felt very uncomfortable with that. Everywhere we looked was dirty. We couldn’t take a proper shower or use the bathroom. If it wasn’t that late we would have gone . Also, I understand that the accommodation is in the nature but the room was full of bugs, lizards, spiders and mosquitos. They said us it’s gonna be renovated. I hope it get better.

I loved my apartment. I loved the separate lounge, the big comfy bed, the big walk in wardrobe, the full kitchen, sitting out on the patio at night, sitting by the pool in the day. I loved my hosts Mervin and Adam. Both very professional, very helpful and very attentive.

The place is exceptional and beyond expectation, great location, best beach, 10 min walking. Very clean and really friendly staff. Adam and Mervin are great hosts, plus Adam is a great chef, and for a very responsible price, you can have best fish in the world. Highly recommend the place for a great holiday , to rent a car is best to get around Seychelles, for shopping and visit place nearby. There is a beautiful restaurant 2 min walking and the food is delicious. The view and the pool is absolutely beautiful, me and my girlfriend didn't expect to find out that the place is more beautiful than the pictures on booking. Com . We will visit again and we wish Mervin and Adam all the best.

Simple but very well maintained and spacious chalets in the lush green mountains above Anse Takamaka. We very much enjoyed the quiet location in the nature with stunning views of the jungle. We were very well received by the owners, with welcome drinks and great tips on what to do on the island.

We had amazing time here. The rooms were spacious and the garden was amazing. It has kitchen,where you can cook, washing machine and barbecue. The view from the garden is amazing. I would really like to give special thanks to Adam ,who is one the nicest guys I' ve met. Everything we asked ,he provided immediately and he really helped us the last day.

Description about beach distance seems misleading, considerable walking is required and Anse Intendance doesn’t seem accessible by foot. Car access road is a little uncomfortable. Many small insects in the area.

Mervin and Adam were fantastic hosts. They offered us late check-out, which upgraded a lot our last day in Seychelles.

Mirvin was exeptionally helpful with information. He gave us a map and marked all te points of interest.

I love the fact that the Host Marvin and his entire staff were so welcoming. The Chalet was a home away from home. The free rides to the supermarkets by the Host, was very selfless of him. Always ask us if we were ok. We even got a complimentary dinner where the host cooked for our entire family by HIMSELF. Our children didn't want to leave. We were treated like family. We highly recommend Chates Des Vacances. We will return here again soon. Thank you.

Amazing staff, perfect location if you are looking for a gateaway, beatiful jungle view, nature-surrounded place. we really enjoyed the stay, and recharged batteries. beautiful beach is a walk away. I suggest to spend some more days here to really calm down and enjoy the place and surroundings.

We were here only 2 nights. Its good for stay in Mahé, close to nice beach Anse Intendance. Nice view to jungle. Adam and his colleague were nice and kind, give us fresh fruit plate as welcome, let us late check-out.

Cocroaches and centipedes inside - but you are in jungle so its possible At first it looks great there, but after time you'll see that many items need renew. Toilet and shower little stinks. We were unlucky and some locals were here in same time, they were very loudly to late hours every day ( loud music, screaming).

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view, well located on a hill. Inside there is everything you need. We especially liked the wonderful staff, ready to help with any problem. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Chalets des Vacances was amazing. The crew was very nice and helpful. The room was big, clean, had a full kitchen and everything 2 adults and a 4 yo child might need. We stayed there for 2 weeks and felt at home. You must have a car, we drove around the island and saw all the beaches. We has dinner there twice and the food was delicious. It's a bit hard to find on Google maps, look for le reduit restaurant, it's right next to it. Threre is a nice 15 min hike down the hill through the forest and some local houses, to get to Takamaka Beach. A local named Dariel that lives close and is the son a lady that works there, took us on a 45 min hike to the Rock pool, which was amazing. It was free of charge even though I offered to pay for him guiding us. I tried to find the was by myself but couldn't find it. Even though the rock pool looks beautiful, I don't recommend swimming there since once in a while, even during low tide, I big wave can get in and pull you out. We had a great time and I highly recommend the place.

A bit hard to find, but not all the roads are on Google maps. Once you know where it is, it's easy.
