Gyönyörű ház, csodaszép helyen. A kilátás a tóra és a hegyekre csodás, az erkélyről lehet nézni a naplementét. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges. Egy nagy hűtő tele van ásványvízzel, mindenki vehet belőle. Kedves, barátságos, segítőkész emberek, mindenben segítettek. Jókat lehet gyalogolni, de ha épp nincs kedved a felfelé gyalogláshoz taxi pár euróért felvisz. Ha autót bérelnél van parkoló. Szép a kert, tele virágokkal.

Οι εξαιρετικοί ιδιοκτήτες αυτού του ξενώνα θα σας φιλοξενήσουν και θα καλύψουν όλες σας τις ανάγκες. Το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό και παραδοσιακό και προσφέρεται σε εσωτερικά ή εξωτερικά σημεία όπου απολαμβάνεις τη λίμνη. Τα περισσότερα δωμάτια έχουν εκπληκτική θέα στη λίμνη και τα μικρά ιδιωτικά μπαλκονάκια προσφέρονται για απόλαυση της θέας και ηρεμία.

Η ντουζιέρα είναι άβολη και στενή με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει νερά ολόκληρο το μπάνιο.

stunning balcony with view over the lake of Kastoria. Very polite and welcoming hosts. Feeling like guests in their house. room was big enough and cosy.

if we had to comment something bad...would be the difficulty to reach the property by car. BUT that is not the facility's fault at all. and the view from the property pays you back for any difficulty.

Ο ευγενικός και φιλικός ιδιοκτήτης αυτού του σπιτιού ενοικιάζει μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο σε ένα μεγάλο σπίτι με δωρεάν πάρκινγκ και σε μια όμορφη γειτονιά από την οποία μέσα σε 15-20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ή ταξί μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στο κέντρο του Όστιν. Το σπίτι χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, παρόλα αυτά αποτελεί μια αξιοπρεπή λύση διαμονής έξω από το κέντρο.

Ενα ομορφο καθαρο και φιλοξενο πανδοχειο. Η τοποθεσια ειναι τελεια. ολη η λιμνη της Καστοριας στα ποδια μας. Το προσωπικο φιλοξενο και εχει ωραιο σπιτικο πρωινο.

Great stay at filoxenia guesthouse and lovely people. Really nice breakfast with a view. Highly recommended.

The road to the parking is a bit narrow. So be careful with the car.

Everything was amazing owners very polite and whatever we asked they gave it to us .View was breathtaking and very clean rooms thank you very much to lambing and her brother ❤️

Las vistas son geniales y realmente está a 5 minutos andando del lago (buenas rampas, eso sí). Parking privado. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Todo el hostal y el entorno cuidadísimo. El personal muy amable y atento. Si tenéis la ocasión, desayunad en el jardín!

I stayed at 6 different establishments during my Greece vacation and the Filoxenia was by far the BEST. The accommodations, view, hospitality, and food were FANTASTIC! I hope to return with more of my family present.

Izuzetno lep objekat sa prelepom baštom i očaravajućim pogledom na jezero. Oduševljeni smo gradom i sigurno ćemo doći opet.

Es una casa familiar, algo antigua pero bien conservada. Una zona común en la que hay un salón con chimenea y una serie de bancos con mesa en los que se desayuna, pero que en invierno tiene que ser muy agradable para pasar la tarde si hace frío fuera. La habitación es básica, pero bien cuidada y limpia. La ubicación es buena. Es cierto que está algo alejada del centro y en una zona encuesta, pero todo el casco urbano de Kastoriá es parecido. El rato que andas cuesta arriba queda bien compensado por las maravillosas vistas desde la habitación. El desayuno es fantástico, con especialidades griegas y servido por los propietarios.

Lo único que debo indicar, es que al introducir el vínculo que se proporciona en Booking para llegar, te deja un poco antes de que realmente estés allí.

Grandiose Aussicht auf das Städtchen und den See. Zum Fruchtstück gab es auch immer frische selbstgebackene Spezialitäten. Das Frühstück konnte auch im Garten eingenommen werden. Sehr familiäres und gastfreundliches Personal.

המקרר בחדר לא עבד, לא היה קפה בחדר אז לקחנו אספרסו על בסיס קבוע מהמארח שלא ציין שזה בתשלום. בסיכום השהייה שלמנו תוספת של 40 יורו על הקפה.

Warning to all potential guests of this accommodation! We paid in cash at the accommodation and a few days later the same amount was deducted from our account via booking. Now we are helpless because the owner did not give us a receipt when we paid at the accommodation and he rudely replied to our email - prove that you paid. Otherwise, the owner is a very unpleasant person, the rooms are so small that you can't even open a suitcase and for breakfast you get what they give you. This accommodation is to be avoided.

Guesthouse sur les hauteurs de Kastoria. Parking aisé. Très belle vue sur la ville et le lac. Service attentionné. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Décoration plutôt à l’ancienne (années cinquante - soixante).

Wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Kastoriasee, Zimmer mit Kamin, leckeres selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Gute Lage, mit etwas Treppensteigen ist man schnell in der netten Altstadt.

Die tolle Öage, der Ausblick auf den Ort und den See. Das gepflegte Ambiente.

La posizione della struttura con la vista sul lago è bellissima. Dista 15 minuti dal centro storico che merita una visita. La camera un po’ datata ma pulita. Colazione abbondante.

Ein hübsches Haus oben auf dem Hügel mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf den See und Teile der Stadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und konnten abends die Lichter der Häuser angehen sehen und der Stille lauschen. Der Gastgeber hat ein üppiges Frühstück in einem schönen Frühstücksraum mit Erker bereitet. Man muss sich schon selbst zwingen, die Reise fortzusetzen und diesen Blick aufzugeben.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη,από κάθε άποψη. Η περιποίηση,η καθαριότητα,το πρωϊνό όλα τέλεια. Ο κύριος Χρήστος πάντα παρων με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη επιλύοντας κάθε πρόβλημα αν υπάρξει. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον επιλέξει την Καστοριά για διακοπές ή για επαγγελματική επίσκεψη.

Le meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Kastoria! Ambiance rustique dans cette maison traditionnelle, nos chambres étaient propres et spacieuses, offrant une vue époustouflante depuis le balcon. L’accueil des hôtes était très chaleureux, avec un excellent petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette adresse!

Mooi zicht op stad en op het meer. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Goede ligging om te voet naar de musea te gaan en naar de mooiste kerken

Clean and comfortable. Great views from bedroom - faces toward northern side of lake. Parking out front. Met our expectations - nothing to dislike about this place. Small tip - for better restaurants head to the southern side, only a 10 minute walk down the hill to "Old Town" restaurant which was pretty good. In the morning we walked around the peninsula - c.7km level walk. Visited the "Dragons Cave" along the way - very impressive little cave network. Would recommend it if you find yourself in Kastoria.

Ein aussergewöhnlich schönes, altes Haus, sorgfältig gepflegt, stimmungsvoll und gemütlich! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und genossen den herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon auf See und Stadt. Das feine Frühstück im Wohnzimmer mit allem Drum und Dran war der krönende Abschluss unseres leider kurzen Aufenthalts.

Traditionelles, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit sehr freundlichen Besitzern. Die Gegend ist ruhig und der Blick auf den See und die Berge wunderbar. Ideal, um die Stadt Kastoria zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant experience overall. We would happily stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

View was amazing, breakfast was also amazing and the staff was very helpful. Very nice location and very close to Kastoria's center. In general it was a very nice and SUPER clean place. The man at the reception was also very helpful and gave us a map and information about where to eat and where to go etc.

Size of the bathroom of our room was too small. For the relatively larger person, it was hard to move around in the bathroom. Also the room was renovated but the aesthetics could be questionable for some people. I like traditional places so it was no issue for me but still could be raised by someone with more modern tastes. Lastly, there was no small bin/trash can in the bedroom. There was only one in the bathroom.

Room in the attic with a great view of the lake from above. Homemade breakfast. Hotel with a free parking space for your car. Value for money. Walking distance from the doltso square.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν από κάθε άποψη ικανοποιητική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, με πανοραμική θέα και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και βοηθητικό όποτε χρειαστήκαμε κάποια υποστήριξη. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και με παραδοσιακές γεύσεις.

Το δωματιο ήταν πολύ ζεστό με υπέροχη θέα.Ένιωθα μια ηρεμία και ασφάλεια.

Υπέροχος ξενώνας με θέα ολόκληρη την Καστοριά. Πολύ ζεστός χώρος, καθαριότητα και τέλειο πρωινό !
