Værelset mørkt, med huller til vinduer og gardiner der ikke kunne tages fra. Ingen elevator. Mørkt og trist værelse og en ikke særlig god morgenmad.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Everything was great. The staff was really friendly and kind, the room was super clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. The location is perfect, as the neighborhood is historic and one of the nicest areas of Kastoria. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance.
The only thing that could be considered misleading is that the hotel states that an electric vehicle charger is available. As an EV owner, I messaged the hotel before our stay to ask where the charger was located, and I was told that it was “in the streets around the hotel” and that they were not aware of the charger’s manufacturer. When we arrived, we were told that the charger was actually located at the back of the hotel. However, when we found it, what was presented as a charger appeared to be just a cable connected to what looked like a red industrial electrical outlet. Even if we had been able to connect our car to it, we would not have felt comfortable using an installation with no clearly identifiable charger or visible safety protections. There was also no suitable space for our vehicle to park there while charging. I would recommend removing the EV charger from the hotel’s listed amenities, or, even better, installing a proper and safe EV charging point. This would be a great addition for EV owners and would allow guests to have their vehicles fully charged and ready to explore the beautiful city of Kastoria and its surroundings.

De plus, elle nous a trouvé de façon rapide et efficace un garage pour réparer la roue crevée de notre véhicule. Vraiment, nous recommandons cet établissement plein de charme et d histoire !!!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Historisches Haus mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Frühstück reichhaltig und auch im Garten möglich. Für das Motorrad findet sich immer ein Plätzchen auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel.
Wenn man über sich eine Familie hat die am späten Abend und am sehr frühen Morgen im Zimmer rumtrampelt wie Elefanten kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

The breakfast is scrumptious with several Kastorian specialities. The staff and very friendly and efficient. This is our third time at the hotel. We will stay there again when we return to Kastoria next year.

We stayed there 2 nights, one of those was noisy, but it was due to a street concert, right next to the hotel. There was nothing the hotel could have done.

Εγω με την οικογένειά μου μείναμε στην σουίτα, θα αναφέρω την λειτουργικότητα του χώρου και την πολύ πολύ σχολαστική καθαριότητα! Ωραίο πρωινό που έχεις τη δυνατότητα, όπως κάναμε εμείς, να το απολαύσεις στην πεντακάθαρη, μεγάλη και πανέμορφη αυλή του Αρχοντικού. Το αυτοκίνητο το παρκάρεις δίπλα στο κτίριο.

Traditionally decorated in a renovated mansion, the hotel is full of charm, located a few steps away from the center of the old town and minutes away from the lake. The staff is delightful and the breakfast is delicious. We ate in the courtyard outside. Loved every minute of staying in this homey place in a underrated city. Don't think twice -- go to Kastoria and stay here.

First of all, it is in the Dolco area which is beautiful, very close to the lake and at the same time all the noteworthy places to visit are very close and accessible on foot. Όλα ήταν τέλεια.
