Ottima posizione, con un balconcino che dava sul fiume. La struttura sembra un po' vecchia, ma la stanza era ristrutturata e molto comoda.

Il bagno era piccolo e scomodo, ma tutto sommato accettabile.

They should put glass to get into the terrace because there’s a lot of noise outside until late.

Расположение и вид из окна супер. Но сам город в субботу это настоящее испытание для ушей. Со всех кафе ресторанов музыка, толпы местных и иностранных туристов. Все проводят фотосессии, при виде всего этого ажиотажа внезапно захотелось тишины и спокойствия где нибудь на природе. Возможно в будние дни здесь более спокойно и умиротворенно как должно быть в старинном городе. Сам отель не виноват в этом конечно. В нем кстати менее шумно нежели прямо в самом центре. Пишу для людей кто едет в Фенхуан только за красивыми видами, чтобы готовились и к этому шуму-гаму, суете. В целом, в бутике - кровати удобные, белье белое. Унитаз с подогревом. Напор воды хороший. Соотношение цена качество нормальное.

Кружки пластиковые для чая оказались неожиданно удобными, но все же хотелось бы на таком балконе с прекрасным видом наслаждаться чаем или кофе из чашек не из пластика. Фен тоже можно уже поменять, сейчас Китай выпускает такие дешёвые и удобные фены.

O box do banheiro nao tem porta, entao. Fica todo molhado. Ainda bem que a bancada fica fora, senão incomodaria mais .

Очень удачное расположение - балкон выходит на реку, классно сидеть там вечерами. Персонал отзывчивый, любезный - помогал решать все вопросы. Комната соответствует фото - уютно, красиво, чистый номер и санузел, удобные кровати. При выселении нам дали небольшой презент - очень мило и приятно!

В номере нет розеток с европейской вилкой, но переходник можно купить почти в любой лавке, так что это не проблема.

Las vistas al río son preciosas. El personal fantástico, nos recogieron y llevaron a la estación de tren por 30 remibis. Además está justo en la carretera por lo que no tienes que pasear tu maleta por el pueblo porque el Didi tiene acceso hasta el hotel. El personal encantador y servicial para todo, nos aconsejaron dónde comer y genial.

Que no tiene ascensor, pero nos ayudaron a subir las maletas y listo.

The location was amazing and the staff went out of their way to assist us. They carried our luggage, provided maps and sightseeing information along with organising our transport to the train station. The views are spectacular and the live music and shows you see on the river at night while sitting on your balcony or lying in your bed made it even more special.

La struttura è molto comoda perché è raggiungibile dalla strada principale senza dover passare in mezzo al paese con le valigie (non sarebbe stato comodo). Inoltre lo staff si è reso disponibile a sentire il driver in modo che si coordinassero sulla posizione. Camera spaziosa e con una bellissima vista

La struttura in generale è un po' lasciata andare ma per il prezzo pagato va benissimo. Da tenere in considerazione il rumore dalla strada (problema di tutti gli hotel del paese). Non c'entra con la struttura ma in paese hanno deciso di non usare Didi per il trasporto dalla stazione al paese, per cui si è costretti ad accettare i passaggi dai driver che propongono la tariffa (a noi hanno chiesto 50rmb sia all'andata che ritorno, su Didi sarebbe stato molto meno ma non c'è modo di usarlo).

Una posizione davvero imbattibile! Il punto forte è stata la camera, che offriva una vista sul fiume semplicemente spettacolare.

Poiché nella zona il servizio DiDi è quasi del tutto assente, appena arrivati ci siamo rivolti al personale della struttura per avere un driver alle 6:30 del mattino seguente, avendo un treno in partenza molto presto. I dipendenti hanno accettato di aiutarci (al costo di 40 RMB) e ci siamo accordati per incontrarci alla reception tra le 6:00 e le 6:30, così da poterci accompagnare a un’auto. La mattina seguente, però, non c’era nessuno e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci da soli. Abbiamo contattato l’hotel tramite Booking e ci è stato risposto che era troppo presto e che il personale non aveva ancora iniziato a lavorare. Peccato che ci fossimo accordati preventivamente proprio per questo motivo. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a trovare un’auto per strada, altrimenti avremmo rischiato seriamente di perdere il treno. Fate attenzione se avete bisogno di un trasferimento presto al mattino.

Our best stay in China. This place is a hidden gem. The view is breathtaking. I will always remember this stay. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night.

La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la torre, en la misma orilla con vistas al río. Desde el hotel nos ayudaron con el transporte desde la estación, poniéndose al teléfono con el taxista y consiguiendo tarifas justas. Las habitaciones son amplias con el baño y la ducha integrados en una pieza sin separación. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta para visitar en pueblo. Las personas del hotel son muy agradables y bb siempre se ofrecen a ayudar con traductor en mano. Un placer.

Estaba en buen lugar en el centro. La habitación estaba renovada y limpia. Nos intentó cambiar de habitación por si queríamos cogerla antes pero esperamos y nos dio la que nos correspondía, nos gustó, bonito, cómodo y renovado.

El tipo de baño que tienen, ducha y wc. Pero es típico en esa zona en China. Hasta las 23:30 hay mucho ruido de los bares de abajo, por estar en el centro

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: direttamente sul fiume, di fianco ad uno dei ponti più belli della cittadina. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona la pulizia. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Letti comodi.

Mancanza di mensole per il bagno (come in tutti gli hotel in Asia) e lavandino direttamente in stanza.

L’aubergiste est très accueillant, gentil et serviable. L’hôtel est bien placé et a été rénové récemment donc les équipements sont modernes.

The owner was so nice and welcoming! He picked us up from the taxi and explained the whole city to us. We communicated with a translation app and that worked just fine! The room was very clean and also great in size! The location is PERFECT! It’s not right center of the city with all the tourist, but just a 2 minutes walk into it. So very, very close but not right in the tourist chaos! Perfect! From our balcony we had a perfect view at the river and the boats and the city lights. So beautiful!!

Due to the great location in the middle of the city, it gets really noisy at night. But that’s just the price for being in the center! The noise stopped around midnight, so it’s very doable!

La recepción es un cuarto lleno a reventar de cosas desordenadas. La primera impresión de de falta de limpieza. Por suerte, las habitaciones si que están limpias

Las fotos que se ofrecen en Booking están hechas con inteligencia artificial. La habitación era muy vieja y pequeña. Estaba muy muy sucia, con toda la pared llena de manchas y mosquitos aplastados. El baño estaba muy sucio, con el váter sucio y con moho, metido dentro del perímetro de la ducha, por lo que se empapaba todo al ducharte. El lavabo sucio y en mitad de la habitación con el armario roto y el grifo lleno de suciedad y cal. En la recepción siempre había mucha gente amiga de los dueños que estaba comiendo y fumando, por lo que había mucho ruido. Nos llevamos una sorpresa muy mala porque lo que se ve en Booking no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Está espectacularmente ubicado, con una terraza super agradable. Sales directamente al paseo del río, cerca de los barcos de subida. Y te ayudan con todo. Para nuestra visita de una noche, fue genial.

El dueño nos ayudó un montón durante él nuestra estancia al llegar no tenía ganas de regatear el taxi y cogimos un shuttle bus como el chat del vaso no te deja cerca del hotel él nos consiguió consiguió un taxi. A la vuelta también nos gestionó otro taxi. Nos indicó también todos los lugares de interés a los que podíamos y nos sugirió buenos sitios para comer. La habitación es impecable en las vistas hablan por si solas la cama es comodísima todo está muy limpio cuarto de baño completo y en resumen ha sido el mejor hotel donde hemos estado y donde mejor nos han tratado a muy buen precio.

The room was not serviced by housekeeping, and we had to request all amenities (e.g., water, razors, laundry service information). It appears there is no dedicated laundry facility; instead, we were directed to an unconventional area on the fifth floor where the staff's washing machine was located.

Me faltó algún detalle de bienvenida, como suelen hacer otros hoteles pero fueron super amables, nos recogieron de donde el taxi y nos encantó estar ahi.

Great hosts. Always ready to help when needed. Picked me up from the taxi and helped arrange for my taxi back. Location is also FANTASTIC. Only a 1-2 min walk from the taxi drop off point (not normal) and obviously great views from the balcony.

Basic but also fair for the price. The rooms do have all you need. The location does mean that there is quite a bit of noise in the evening from the bars on the river. Location is worth it though - so bring some earplugs!

Amamos a nossa estadia nesse local, é um home stay. Então você tem contato com a família. Que são muito simpáticos. Fomos recebidas muito Carinhosamente e bem Cuidadas pelo dono, que nos ajudou a chegar e partir para a estação em Um dia de feriado e festival na cidade. O quarto é lindo! A cama super confortável, os lençóis e toalhas super aconchegantes. Agora, a vista! A localização é incrível. Com a varanda para o rio, vc pode ver as pontes e o movimento local. Adorei!!!

Come in tanti alberghi di questa regione, si arriva da dietro e l'ingresso è veramente deludente, poi quando entri nella camera ti ricredi e sei contento della scelta.

Me encantó el hotel, te van a buscar a la carretera donde te deja el taxi y luego nos llevaron a la habitación. La primera impresión fue la vista desde el balcón que es preciosa, quedamos sorprendidos porque fue lo primero que vimos de fenghuang. El hotel es cómodo y limpio, buena relación precio calidad y esa vista desde el balcón fue lo mejor. Solo nos quedamos una noche y al otro día comenzó la tormenta y se inundaron algunos puentes y zonas alrededor del Río. Nosotros ya habíamos hecho el checkout y dejamos nuestras mochilas, pero volvimos y nos prestaron las sandalias de baño y así logramos seguir caminando y recorriendo fenghuang, de otra forma no podríamos haberlo hecho. La familia que administra el hotel fue muy amable con nosotros considerando que había una tormenta y lugares inundados.

Enormer Geräuschpegel abends bis Mitternacht durch Musik aus Bars entlang des zentralen Flussbereichs. Liegt nicht in Verantwortung des Hotels und gilt für alle Hotels in dieser Lage. Wer vor Mitternacht Stille bevorzugt, sollte besser am Rande des Ortes nächtigen.

Great views over the river. Super central location. The host gave us a couple of packs of local delicacies when we were leaving. She was also waiting for us at 10pm when we arrived from the train despite the check in time being up until 4pm. The balcony and the swing was very beautiful.

A bit noisy from the river karaoke singing but that is to be expected - that's the trade-off with the location. There was a smell of people smoking coming through the bathroom extort which was coming into the bathroom and the room which was quite bad but as we were staying for one night we didn't cause a fuss. Finding breakfast to eat was a bit tricky in the morning.

Très bon séjour à Fenghuang ! L’hôtel était idéalement situé, proche de la vieille ville et des principales attractions. La chambre était propre, confortable et calme, avec une belle ambiance typique de la région. Le personnel a été accueillant et disponible !! Point positif également pour la vue et l’atmosphère authentique de Fenghuang, surtout le soir. Je recommande cet hôtel pour découvrir la ville dans de bonnes conditions.

Very charming hotel right in the center of everything. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, helping us with taxis and giving advice on where to go and what to do. The location is excellent: the taxi drops you just outside the old town, you walk down a couple of small stairs, and you are immediately in the center, practically in front of the river. The room had a nice river view. It was not very spacious, and the bathroom was quite small with the shower and toilet together, which was a bit inconvenient because everything gets wet. We also did not receive room cleaning or towel changes during our stay. Overall though, it was still a good stay thanks to the amazing location and the kindness of the owners.

Расположение отеля отлично, чуть вдалеке от самого центра, но прямо у воды и с отличным видом на реку. Также отель расположен близко к дороге, что позволяет долго не тащиться с чемоданами усталым путникам по узким улочкам. Замечательный персонал и хозяин отеля, которые решали оперативно все вопросы которые возникали. Отдельный респект за умный унитаз с подогревом) Хороший балкон с креслом-коконом, парой стульев и столиком. Вечером можно красиво посидеть) Сам номер чистый с достаточно свежим ремонтом.

Номер небольшой, бОльшую его часть занимает кровать, она максимально удобная и комфортная. Но больше в номере ничего не располагает к долгому пребыванию (Мало места, абсолютно некуда положить вещи, нет шкафа, неудобная раковина в номере, нет нормального фена, ванная комната тоже максимально неудобная и непродуманная), Так же в номере нет европейских розеток, учитывайте это! Номер максимум остановиться на 1-2 ночи. Если исправить эти недостатки, то будет всё просто отлично

No pudimos apreciar mucho la zona ni la estancia porque solo pasamos una noche allí y ese día llovia tanto que no pudimos ni ver las vistas ni la zona. En cuanto a la habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda y tenia una terraza muy bonita. Nos ayudaron a reservar el crucero a Yanshuo y todo el personal fue muy amable y hablaban inglés.

La ubicación es muy buena y las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy hospitalarias y dejaron que guardáramos nuestro equipaje antes de irnos de la ciudad. Al irnos del hotel nos dieron unos snack para el camino.

Super nice owner, handles everything nice and easy, no hassle. The location is perfect, if you go left you find less crowded areas, if you go right you're in the middle of the action. The balcony is super nice to chill out.

Our stay was amazing, i think probably the best so far. First of all, the owners are so nice and helpfull, came to pick us up in the rain from the road because we couldnt find the place and got lost. Showed us around and explained a good flow to walk around the town and places to see/eat. When we left even gsve us some free local snacks to tske with us. The location is great, walk along the river banks, next to the boats if yoy want to cruise, full of shops, restaurants, stalls. Honestly you got everything right there! The hotel and room itself faced the river, had a beautiful hanging chair in the balcony, we coukd see all the lights at night. It does get a bit noisy with the bars across the river, since most places have live performers. But its entertaining, like a private show from out window. The room size was great, and beds were super comfy. The shower pressure and temperadure perfect. We hope to come back one day!
