The Oasis Villa

Sehr nettes Personal, das Zimmer ist groß, sehr sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, reichhaltig und großzügig. Wir haben Obst, Eier (Zubereitung nach Wunsch als Spiegelei oder Omelett), Toast und Joghurt bekommen. Die Lage ist super, zwischen Narigama Beach und Hikkaduwa Beach. Auf dem Weg zum Hikkaduwa Beach passiert man zunächst einen Abschnitt mit kleinen Riffhaien und danach den Turtle Beach, wo Schildkröten beobachtet werden können. Das Main Reef Surf Restaurant ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es kostenlose Liegen und gute Getränke, sodass man auch an diesem Strandabschnitt schön verweilen kann. Dieser Strandabschnitt hat uns am besten gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist das beste, das wir in dieser Preisklasse auf unserer Sri-Lanka-Rundreise hatten.

We loved our 4 days at Oasis Villas. It really is an oasis & was the perfect place to spend our last few days in Sri Lanka . Beautiful resort…great staff, spotlessly clean, lovely pool & gardens, big balcony & even our own kitchen! The breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka . It’s a 2min walk to beach, & shops & resturants are right outside . We loved it 🏖️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war Top - ruhig Dank der zweiten Reihe und ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, weniger Meter von der Strasse und Strand, aber sehr ruhig, da etwas zurückgelagert. Sehr schöner Pool und liebe Gastgeber. Hat alles super gepasst.

We had such a relaxing stay in clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. It was in a great location, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants whilst being set back from the main road. The pool was perfect and breakfast delicious - and such helpful and friendly staff too. Highly recommend!

Хороший чистый номер, большой балкон, есть кухня и необходимая посуда. Уборка со сменой полотенец и постельного белья через день. На завтрак тарелка фруктов, яичница, тосты, джем, масло, чай, кофе. Прекрасная территория, красивая, оформлена со вкусом, очень ухоженная. Чистый комфортный бассейн. На территорию отеля приходила погулять черепаха, игуана, часто видно как по крышам бегают пальмовые белки и один раз видели пальмовую кошку. До пляжа 2 минуты - только перейти дорогу, при этом отель не у дороги и дорогу почти не слышно. Напротив отеля были волны, отлично подходит для серфа, более спокойный пляж с большими черепахами примерно в 10-15 минутах ходьбы или 2-3 мин на тук туке. По пути на рифе можно посмотреть маленьких акул, мурен, крабиков… До супермаркета - 1-2 мин на тук туке, до фруктового и рыбного рынка не более 5 минут

Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Personal. Die Anlage und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Es funktioniert einfach alles und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Lovely pool area. Very comfortable large bed. Nice early check in time and very flexible with check out time which was nice. Lovely accommodating staff. Laundry next to property which was very convenient. Walking distance from turtle beach. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants near by.

We had a room with a balcony where we could put our towels. Room was big and clean, not much furniture except the bed and a desk but that was ok. The breakfast was served outside on the terrasse wich was really nice, we got fresh fruits every morning and a choice of eggs as well as toast, butter, yam,... everything was really clean! The only sand you can find on the whole property is the one you bring there and even that is cleaned immediately. We felt very welcomed and liked it a lot, we would definitely come again :)

A very cozy and clean place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are absolutely superb - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Amazing place to stay in Hikkaduwa. The staff were all really friendly and super helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. They were lovely with our 2yo daughter too, and brought her her favourite fruit for breakfast every morning. The pool is lovely and the location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach avoiding any time, except to cross, the busy road. The place itself is an amazing spot to see wildlife from - we saw birds of all kinds, parrots, kingfishers, monkeys, bats. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything was great

This was the best hotel in Sri Lanka for us! The Villa is nice and clean, pool helped cheering us up on rainy days and rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are doing everything they can to provide great service, they are friendly and very helpful. We could never expect such level of hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back, as I miss it already)

An exceptional villa!! In such a great location. Photos don’t do it justice, so much prettier in person. We got upgraded for free to the deluxe suite and it was stunning. Swimming pools so clean and relaxing. Staff are amazing and helpful. Will recommend to all my friends and family!!!

We enjoyed the quiet location. You can hear the train, but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed all the bird song in the garden. We had a nice swim every morning in the pool and the long beautiful beach is very close. We had beautiful sunsets. Can recommend.

A magnificent villa, a real oasis in the midst of a bustling city. Very beautiful territory, a fairly large warm pool that glows in the evenings. The room with the balcony was large, with a large bathroom and a large balcony. Fresh tropical fruits, eggs and toast were always served for breakfast. The hosts and staff are very friendly and welcoming

Awesome staff, location near beach

This is quite literally an oasis tucked away from the main road in the best part of Hikkaduwa. It’s the cleanest place Iv ever stayed in Asia and the staff are so lovely! The location is perfect, it’s just off the main road and a short walk across the road to Main Reef surf break. Lots of places to shop and eat all around Oasis Villa. The pool area is lovely, nice and quiet with wild birds chirping away in the background. Breakfast is really good too. Amazing fruit platter, eggs how ever you like them and toast, yogurt and tea and coffee! Highly highly recommend!

The hotel is comfortable, spacious and the staff is very nice and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is right next to a train station and it honks every time it passes, even at night.

We went there during off season, so everything was calm and nice. We had the pool to ourselves. The place is clean and so is the pool. The bed is comfy! The staff was nice and helpful :)

Convenient pathway to beach access opposite the property. The staff were very accommodating me and upgraded me to a larger room. Lovely to have pool access.

Everything , from the moment we arrived the staff where lovely and welcoming and always helpful . The pool was really clean and bigger than it looked in the pictures online . The breakfast was really generous and really good value and a good start to the day . The room was spotless and very comfortable with ac and a large shower room .

The place was very spacious, neat and clean with all the necessary amenities to make our staying comfortable. Very pleasant and happy staff. Might not have been a bit old decoration and furnishing, however everything was clean and working properly.

we arrived late at the Villa after driving up from Kandy. we stayed just 1 night. the room was fantastic, so so clean and comfortable. the team are all very lovely and helpful. would stay there again . thank you x

Very strange cleaning staff member. Repeatedly told us that we “sleep too long” and should get up earlier for cleaning. Checkout is marked as 12pm but he again insisted that we leave earlier for cleaning… not a good experience. This is not what a cleaner should communicate like. We used this stay for relaxing, not for anything else. Overall was a really weird experience because of this one staff member. The owner is fantastic and very friendly.
