We had a power failure in the morning so it was difficult getting ready in the dark. Some of the bath towels were rather thread bare.

Wish we could stay longer. It is also very close to the falls, a mere 10 minute drive. The perfect location plus a super reasonable price. Would definitely come again and can only recommend it!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026I don't think the pictures on booking.com serve justice to how beautiful the place actually is! The entrance and the view of the garden on the driveway to the rooms is so beautiful! Not to mention that it's very close to the National Park.
I just didn't like that there were dogs (which I was unaware of prior to my arrival), so I wasn't 100% free and comfortable to walk around the place. However, the staff made my stay very pleasant and made sure that I felt welcome... Much appreciated!

The cold water tap in the kitchen did not work,the toilet was leaking.This,however did not impact our beautiful stay.

The tissue box cover in the bathroom is outdated. The shower floor was a bit slippery for elderly people.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Goede locatie op een paar minuten rijden van het Augrabies Falls NP. Leuke compacte kamers met volledige keuken en terras met braaifaciliteiten. Tuin mooi aangelegd. Ontbijt was zeer goed, continentaal en warm. Geen restaurant bij de accommodatie, maar op een paar minuten rijden kun je goed eten bij Augrabies Falls Lodge & Camp (zag er overigens ook heel leuk om te verblijven).
Matras zeer hard.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Das Apartment hat eine schöne, schattige Terrasse und einen kleinen, netten Poolbereich. Man kann von hier aus gut die Augrabiesfälle besuchen und auch einfach am Pool entspannen. In der näheren Umgebung ist sonst allerdings nichts mehr, kein Restaurant oder Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The host was attentive and still allowed us privacy. Beds were very comfortable. There was absolutely nothing negative that can be said about The Falls Guest House.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Das Guesthouse liegt perfekt am Abzweig zum Augrabies Falls National Park. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück muss separat dazu gebucht werden, was wir nicht taten, da Tee und Kaffee zur Verfügung.gestellt. Auch eine Mikrowelle steht im Zimmer.
Die Dusche war im Zimmer integriert und das ist nicht unsers.

Bestens ausgestattetes Einraumappartement mit Küchenzeile, en suite Bad und guten Betten mit Terrasse mit Brai davor. Absolut ruhig und nahe an den Augrabiesfällen. Sehr gutes Wifi und DStV-TV. Ausserst zuvorkommendes Personal - wir konnten vorzeitig einchecken.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir unseren Adapterstecker im Zimmer vergessen hatten und dies noch am selben Tag gemeldet haben, doch der Adapter war bereits verschwunden. Zwei Tage später passierten wir den Ort erneut und kontrollierten selbst nochmals das Zimmer, leider ohne Erfolg. Da wir zu 100 % sicher sind, dass wir ihn dort vergessen haben, empfanden wir dies als klaren Vertrauensbruch, was unseren Gesamteindruck leider deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.
