Very nice staff - the receptionist, her uncle, the cleaning woman, everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was quite clean, comfy with a fridge, kettle, small balcony and big shower. Very good location with a supermarket and restaurants nearby and only approx. 10 min walk to the main Fira bus station.

Bathroom furniture may need some renovations (e.g. the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet), the pool is quite small - definitely not for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agas! Renos at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. He gave us all the information we needed, explained everything clearly, and was always attentive and available to answer our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, close to the bus station, with a supermarket and a bakery nearby that are open 24 hours. Fira is also within walking distance, which was very convenient for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Villa Agas to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you for everything!

The pool is tiny The terrace big without privacy ( But that would bother me only if I had to pay 150-200e in high season) Too much of perfume in the building A where I stayed in June (couldn't sleep because of that)

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. In der Nähe gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In die Stadt waren es etwa 20 min zu Fuß. Der Transfer vom und zum Hafen hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Herr an der Rezeption war besonders nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Außerdem konnten wir unser Gepäck problemlos dort lagern.

Die Dame morgens hat die Rezeption 15 min zu spät aufgemacht und wir mussten uns dann ziemlich beeilen um zu unserer Bootstour pünktlich zu kommen, da wir unser Gepäck noch abgeben wollten.

Ha superato le mie aspettative. Posizione ottima. Staff gentilissimo. L'ultimo giorno avevamo l'aereo nel tardo pomeriggio e, nonostante avessimo fatto già il check-out, ci hanno permesso di ritornare per ora di pranzo per poter fare una doccia fornendoci tutto l'occorrente necessario.

We had a great stay at Villa Agas and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is perfect , only 10 minutes’ walk to the center of Fira and just 1 minute from the bus stop, with buses to all parts of the island. There is also a 24-hour bakery right next to the bus stop with delicious cakes, sandwiches and coffee. Highly recommended!

Le personnel est très gentil. Il s’agit d’un petit hôtel calme en dehors de l’agitation de Fira (à seulement 15 minutes à pieds). Il dispose de deux piscines (une petite et une grande) ce qui est agréable et les chambres ont une terrasse. Il s’agit de chambre assez rudimentaire mais qui disposent du nécessaire pour quelques jours. Tout était très propre également.

Situation très centrale , calme, terrasse grande et agréable. Parking pratique . Commerces juste à côté notamment la meilleure boulangerie de Santorin :-). Arrêt de bus à deux pas .

Pas de protège matelas et pas de draps housse, seulement un drap et pas assez grand pour bien rester en place la nuit. Oreiller un peu mou . Pour trois , trois sièges dehors auraient été apprécié mais nous avons sorti une chaise de la chambre. Ce n’était pas grave .

La piscine et la proximité des transports pour visiter l ile. Une grande piscine agréable. La gentillesse du Monsieur a l accueil et ses explications et son aide. Un grand merci.

Les draps pas changés et des lattes en moins sur un lit. Sinon grand appart fonctionnel

Idéalement situé proche d'une supérette, boulangerie, restau aux choix, du centre ville et de l'aéroport. Chambre confortable, propre, avec frigo et terrasse très appréciables. Une petite et une grande piscine très agréables au retour des excursions.

Ottima posizione per visitare tutta l’isola!

Villa Agas è in una posizione ottima per visitare Santorini, vicina al centro di Fira 15 min a piedi. Attaccata alla fermata del bus e vicina ad un panificio aperto 24h. Lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile.

I mobili sono un po’ vecchi, i letti sono piccoli e vecchi, con i materassi a molle e le doghe che si muovono, nonostante tutto abbiamo dormito bene. La piscina è molto piccola

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, in a quiet area yet within walking distance of the centre of Fira and everything you need. The owner was very kind and helpful. I would've loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

Όταν φύγαμε από το κατάλυμα ξέχασα τον φορτιστή του κινητού μου στη μπριζα του κομοδίνου...τους πήρα τηλ μήπως το βρηκανε κ μου είπανε όχι..μετά από δύο ημέρες πέρασα από εκεί να ξαναρωτήσω κ η απάντηση ήταν πάλι όχι..κ μάλιστα με ειρωνεύτηκε ευγενικά ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν...!! Εγώ όμως είμαι σίγουρη ότι τον άφησα εκεί...!

Check in super facile, nous sommes arrivé pendant la nuit, on avait reçu toute les informations très claire pour trouver notre chambre. Chambre petite, lit pas bien grand mais ca fais l'affaire pour quelques nuits, la salle de bain est belle et rénovée. chambre très propre

Il n'y avait pas d'eau dans le frigo et en arrivant en pleine nuit on avait plus rien, une petite bouteille d'eau au frigo ca aurait été sympa en pleine été... chambre très minimaliste, un lit, un petit frigo, un casier pour les habits.

For a short stay — just one night — this place was suitable for us. The room wasn’t bad, and the guy working at reception was very kind and helpful. However, for a longer stay, the place would feel a bit gloomy. There is a small indoor pool, which is nice, but the large one feels quite dark and neglected — it’s not really comfortable to relax or swim there. The whole environment lacks warmth and coziness, which would make guests want to stay longer.

villa agas offered us a very nice room, wide, clean. confortable. i definetely recommend it. too bad they don't serve breakfast, even though there is a place very close open 24h. the staff has been very professional and very kind.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buona pulizia, anche ogni giorno, camera ampia e spaziosa e sufficientemente silenziosa, con balcone-veranda vista mare e villaggio ( non in tutte le camere...). Doccia grande e spaziosa, letti confortevoli e biancheria profumata.wifi ok. Reception cortese e disponibile. A 30 mt ci sono sono supermercati, ristoranti, fermata autobus, bar etc. Centro villaggio a 300mt a piedi.

Nel bagno mancano mensole per appoggio.

Stanza comoda e pulita con un bel bagno. Situato in un’ottima posizione al centro dell’isola comoda per gli spostamenti .

Bellissima struttura per soggiornare a Santorini, vicino al centro di Fira ma allo stesso tempo situata in una zona molto più tranquilla e silenziosa per poter riposare di notte. Ho apprezzato molto il servizio di deposito bagagli prima e dopo la permanenza ed inoltre c'è anche possibilità di poter fare una doccia dopo il check out.

Sehr Nettes Personal, hilfreiche Tipps. Lage ist optimal für Bushaltestelle. Günstig, sauber und alles da. Sehr gute (feste) Matratzen.

In der nächsten Umgebung muss es wohl auch einen Club geben, da war die Musik in der Nacht etwas lauter….Fenster zu und es ist o.k.

Établissement très bien situé à 15mn à pied de Fira avec toutes les commodités à proximité, bus commerces et restaurants. Les chambres sont confortables.

The place was value for money, relatively clean with rooms that are not tiny. The stuff was available for any issue and they were friendly. The bus to the city and a lot of other places is near, and it's a 18 minutes walk from Fira. There were sufficient ammendities in the room like iron, shampoo, towers, hairdrier. The bath was big. For this price is really good deal.

While rooms being relatively clean I feel like there should be more deep cleaning regarding the surfaces, floor, towels and linear. The pool is 2m X 2m so it's suuuupeeer tiny. Like a jacuzzi pool.

Alles Perfekt: sehr gute Lage (nicht direkt an der vielbefahrenen Straße, Thira fussläufig erreichbar, nahe an Bushaltestelle), gute Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Waren schon öfter hier. Gern wieder.

Das Exit Licht im Zimmer leuchtet in der Nacht sehr hell (Zimmer C) Wir haben es abgedeckt um Schlafen zu können.

O hotel fica a 15 minutos andando do centro de Fira (é bem rapidinho). Tem um ponto de ônibus na esquina se você preferir. Diversos restaurantes perto, uma padaria/café deliciosa e mercado.Amei o hotel e ficaria de novo nele! Eles disponibilizam transfer por um custo extra e agendam passeio de barco.

Alojamento todo limpo e cheiroso,funcionários da recepção atenciosos e simpáticos,em frente há um ponto de onibus,próximo a um ótimo supermercado e restaurantes,15minutos de caminhada já está no centro de fira.

The location was good. I had a terrace overlooking the sea. The cleanliness of the room and the attentiveness of the staff were also very good. They explained things about the hotel and what could be done on the island.

The staff were so friendly , welcoming and helpful, it is perfect location to explore the island, short walk to fira and bus stop at end of the drive , room was perfect, had fridge and kettle for my morning brew (im English)

I didn't like leaving and having to go home 😞
