Zimmer waren immer super sauber ,Tolle Anlage der Whirlpool war echt klasse.

Angenehm großes Zimmer und Bad. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, das uns perfekt mit den für uns notwendigen Informationen und Tipps versorgte. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Außerdem lag die Bushaltestelle für öffentlichen Verkehr in alle Richtungen nahe im Ortszentrum.

Leider gab es nicht ausreichend Haken für Handtücher.

La situation de l'hotel au milieu de l'ile nous a permis de nous rendre aisément partout en véhicule. L'hotel est bien équipé, avec une magnifique piscine, un bar, et un petit déjeuner continental pour démarrer la journée. Les jacuzzi des chambres sont un vrai luxe pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Le personnel est très agréable, et souriant. Le ménage quotidien est très appréciable aussi.

L'insonorisation des chambres est relativement moyenne : avec la porte et les fenêtres fermées, nous pouvions entendre d'autres voyageurs. Le matelas n'était pas suffisamment ferme. Les équipements sanitaires (pommeau de douche, abattant WC) sont en état d'usage, et mériterait une montée en gamme par rapport aux prix pratiqués de l'hôtel

Charmant hôtel avec seulement une quinzaine de chambres. L’hôtel est magnifique, villas typiquement grecques. Une très belle piscine avec une grande terrasse. Un coin snack et boisson avec une grande salle ouverte permettant de se restaurer tout le long de la journée proposant des spécialités locales. Esprit tout à fait familial. Le personnel est formidable, très agréable, toujours à l’écoute et prenant le soin de répondre à toutes vos questions, même en utilisant un traducteur via le téléphone !! C’est très appréciable. Juste à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville de Fira. Ou 10 minutes du premier arrêt de bus. Chambres très grandes, literie superbe. Petit déjeuner très varié se prenant au bord de la piscine, dans une grande salle ouverte et une belle vue. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel. C’était formidable !

Das Hotel an sich war wirklich super. Die Zimmer und der Aufenthalt haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider konnte das Frühstück überhaupt nicht mithalten. Für den Preis war die Auswahl viel zu gering und insgesamt sehr mager. Die Eier lagen gefühlt ewig in der Wärmebox und wirkten dadurch nicht mehr frisch bzw. appetitlich. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Auswahl, Frische und Qualität erwartet. Sehr schade, denn ansonsten war das Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert.

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la isla. A 7 min en moto sw la capital Fira y a 25 min máximo de los puntos se interés más alejados.

Faltaría ampliar el desayuno con algunos cereales y leche con chocolate para los niños. En las habitaciiones falta algún colgador más para las toallas y un pequeño tendedor exterior para poder tender la ropa de baño.

Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption und auch der Kellner beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr modern und schön gestaltet.

We kregen spontaan een upgrade naar een kamer bij het zwembad, heel fijn! Verder mooi schoon complex. Het zwembad en de bedjes zijn geweldig en ook de bar is top. Ze hebben qua eten alleen een club sandwich en wat frietjes maar dat is voor de lunch helemaal top. Het ontbijt beviel ook, gewoon een prima buffet. Aardig personeel die ons goed hielp bij het uitvogelen van het vervoer met de bus en de taxi naar het vliegveld, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zit wel op een beetje een afgelegen plek, maar dit was voor onze laatste avond echt heerlijk rustig!

Het complex is wel een klein beetje sfeerloos, ik miste in de kamer wat planten ofzo, maar dat is natuurlijk een klein detail. Verder geen aanmerkingen

Tout était très bien; l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, le service, la chambre et la piscine très belle et agréable !

Le petit déjeuner était très simple, pas de jus frais, pas de choix de boissons chaudes, elles étaient en supplément !

Amazing property. Our room was so big and the bed so comfortable. Spotless room. The staff is amazing. Thank you Spiros for the great breakfast! The pool is incredible. Within a few minutes you can walk to a café, a restaurant and little supermarket, walk a bit more to find a lot more of the above and if you don't mind walking Fira is within 20 minutes or so. Bus stop about 5/10 minutes from the hotel. Takes you to the most touristy part of the island. On a personal note, we did not want our towels to be changed daily, we hanged them behind the door as per note in bathroom, but towels were changed daily :( Amazing stay! And very fair prices for June

One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at in my mini travels. Perfectly clean, the rooms are spacious and have all the bestamenities. The pool is fabulous! And breakfast with a latte on the poolside was just lovely. Reception is incredibly accommodating, finding taxis, suggesting restaurants, helping us navigate the beautiful town of Thira. I highly recommend it! It’s very near the airport but completely quiet.

Very good accommodation, highly recommend, nice area of the pool, super nice and clean rooms, hospitality of the staff is great. Close to airport, 5 mins, provided for 25e without any problem.

It is 15 minutes from the airport by car. It is also 15 minutes uphill walk to many restaurants and shops. The front desk desk employee is super helpful and great.

Juste un petit bémol pour l’insonorisation des chambres,nous avons eu des voisins du dessus très bruyants, obligé de monter jusqu’à 23h30 pour leur dire de faire moins de bruit. Mais pour ça le personnel n’y est pour rien c’est juste pas chance…

We spent 5 days at this hotel on our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing, 5 star experience. Rooms and the hotel in general are so clean and finished at such a high standard! All the staff were so lovely and could not have been more accommodating and everyone went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so special. Definitely will be returning here! 🫶🏻

Gorgeous Accommodations with spectacular views. Spotless with luxurious bedding and towels. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful with island recommendations, car and buggy rentals and booking tours and sunset cruises. Free Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a lovely variety for all palettes. We loved our jacuzzi suite. So relaxing sitting on our balcony and relaxing in the warm water after a fun day exploring the beautiful island. We highly recommend this lovely hidden jewel. Steps to shops, markets and bakery as well as downtown Fira with breathtaking views of the volcano. Unforgettable trip we highly recommend. Very welcoming, informative and helpful staff. Nice and clean and new accommodation, I would recommend staying here. Good location to explore especially with a car! My only suggestion is maybe have a dedicated area that guests could enjoy the company of the cats, or maybe contribute to their care/feed them seeing as the cats are actually part of Greek culture. I m just very sensitive to animals in need ! Thank you onyx hotel for a lovely few days.

Dommage que la piscine extérieur ne soit pas chauffée à cette période mais cela reste un détail minime.

Firstly, the place was a m a z i n g!!! we got a great hospitality from Denisa and Victoria- they both helped us through all the time we've spent there! from the very beggining until the very last day of our trip, both of them talked to us with full patiance and with great advices for places to travel or eat. Additionaly, every problem we had they did not hesitate and came strightly to check if anything was ok. Denisa was such a lovely women to talk to- not only she helped us but you could feel her wormth and love as if you know her for years. Victoria was also such a kind hearted women that has always been there for us no matter what! the hotel itself was very big and convinient we had a large room with plesent view and a very nice pool to swim in. All in all, it was a great expirience and we hope we could visit there again.

Hôtel récent avec suites/chambres et équipements de qualité, propreté impeccable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et suffisamment diversifié pour tous les goûts. Les terrasses avec jacuzzi sont un gros plus pour profiter pleinement de l’expérience.

Seul (très petit) bémol pour la température de la piscine, fraîche au mois de juin.

Our son and his partner came here in May and said we had to come here if we were coming to Santorini. We did and had a fantastic 11 days with the owner and staff treating us like family. The hotel was immaculate from the pool and bar area to the rooms. They booked a tour of the island for us which gave us a lay out of the island and also a wine tour which we highly recommend. For a spot far enough away from the crowds around Thira (25 minute walk) but with a local feel and Greek hospitality you can't beat Onyx Hotel and Suites

Everything was amazing

Was very happy with our stay at Onyx Hotel. All the staff was so nice and accommodating. Service was excellent. Denisa and Victoria at the front desk, were so helpful from setting up airport transfer pick up/ drop offs, to making suggestions for local eats, and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Spirro was kind and attentive, made great suggestions to where we should go. Hotel, room and pool very clean. Great quiet location. 10 min walk to the bus stop. From the bus stop, about 10-15 mins ride to Fira. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely small hotel but a little remote for us . 20 minute walk into Fira then a 30 min bus ride to Oia . Hot tub on our terrace was extremely small and room was quite small . We would stay in Oia next time . Thank you Victoria for arranging breakfast as we left before breakfast at the hotel was open at 8 am .

We fell in love with this beautiful boutique hotel from the moment we arrived. Denisa and Victoria were so helpful with reservations, travel arrangements and island advice. Litza greeted us at the pool bar every day with her beautiful smile and her hospitality. And Speedos served up the best cappucino and breakfast....This was there perfect location if you wish to get away from the bustle of Firos and Oia.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. The air conditioning, which I heard in Greece was not good , was really cold . We froze lol. But I’m from Texas and we like our AC. My son had a knee injury they were not aware of due to last minute but they put him on the bottom floor at no extra charge. It was even a bigger room then he had. They booked all of our taxi’s and made some excellent recommendations for restaurants in the nearby towns that were beyond our expectations! They even gave us a late check out due to our ferry being delayed. They were all so sweet and accommodating! I highly recommend this place!!!

Breakfast was simple and fine but there is room for improvement especially in diversifying breakfast at least 1-2 times a week.

From the moment we booked our stay at the Onyx the team could not have been more helpful, especially Denisa. From sharing details of things to do and booking trips for us, she made our short trip perfect! When we arrived we were very impressed with the property, our room with outdoor hot tub and the pool area. The rooms are serviced daily and are very spacious. The lady at the pool bar, Leta I think is her name, was just lovely arriving to work daily full of life and so friendly, also made us delicious lunches :-). The hotel is a short walk to the village, with nice restaurants & coffee shops, although one thing to note is the road is narrow with no footpath, 2 way traffic and not very well lit at night time. The area surrounding the hotel is yet to be developed and hopefully over time this will add to the character of the Onyx. We will definitely make a return visit.

Lovely little place. All very zen with spacious, pared down but stylish rooms. We had two on the lower floor and they were still perfectly airy and light. Lady in the bar area was incredibly funny and kind and managed to prepare us some food even though there was a power cut during our stay. Pool is stylish and perfect for a dip. We only stayed for a night before a longer Cyclades trip so couldn’t quite judge the location for a longer term stay - but it’s a short walk to some lovely tavernas where we had a great meal on the night we stayed.

Le personnel est très accueillant, gentils, toujours là pour nous aider que ce soit pour les conseils de visite ou même dans d’autres situations. La chambre était parfaite, très propre, nettoyée tous les jours. Le lit est très grand et très confortable. La piscine est très grande et très belle.

Todo nos encantó del hotel, disfrutamos la estadía, todo muy limpio, camas cómodas, desayuno muy completo. Lo recomiendo, es muy hermoso, bien ubicado y cómodo.

In a quiet town and very close to everything in Santorini.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July, we wished it was more. From when we arrived until we left the service was fantastic. Denisa & Victoria in Reception and Leta at the bar were so friendly, caring and helpful. Our rooms were on the ground floor facing the pool and were very spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We also met the owners who were so down to earth and friendly. The hotel design is beautiful and the customer service from all the staff are what makes is so amazing. We hope to return again next year.

This was a great place to stay - it was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Denisa and Victoria were so helpful before we arrived answering questions and helping us book tours and trips out. The breakfast was really good too and the people running the cafe were very helpful.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was clean and so comfortable! The breakfast was superb and the lady behind the bar was absolutely brilliant - her frozen strawberry mocktails went down a treat with our kids! Location was perfect for us, very short bus ride away from centre of Fira and bus service was very regular and easy (again thanks to the help from the reception staff). Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! We wish we stayed longer!

We wished we had organised a late checkout as there was no shower around the pool for when we got dressed to travel home! We will remember for next time :-)

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The whole environment was immaculately clean. The pool was fantastic and arriving back at the night time it was beautiful to see the pool lit by colour changing lights. All the staff were amazing and looked after us so well. One of our party became unwell during our stay and the staff were so helpful and caring. Customer service was superb and we can't wait to return. What a fantastic team.

Amazing hotel experience. Everybody was very friendly, willing to help with anything we needed. Would definitely go back in the same hotel . Location also perfect, very close to the airport and to Fira centre, and to Oia as well. At night though you can sleep in peace because it’s quiet. I can mention only positive things during our stay.

Really impressed with our stay. Hotel is away from the hustle and overpriced Fira yet, close enough for a visit (if you wish) and still with a choice of good local restaurants. Superb room (so spacious) , good breakfast and friendly staff who organized collection from airport and transfer to port. Great choice

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful. Very large comfy bed, great air conditioning, brilliant shower and bathroom, lovely balcony with jacuzzi. Cleaner came every day. Breakfast by the pool was lovely. Pool area is amazing and great pool bar service. We hired a car and the location was ideal for exploring the island. Last but not least, just like other reviews, the staff are so friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend.

This place and service of the staff is awesome. From the first experience at the reception till you leave.. Hotel is very modern and stylish. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and overall beautifully designed! Super clean and they do cleaning service daily! Pool area is perfect! You can fully enjoy the day by the pool on comfortable sunbeds. Also pool bar is open daily with all the drinks you may need. But what we really liked the most was the professional approach of the statf. They were just great, very friendly and always ready to help if you need anything! We received pretty good recommendations what to visit, where to eat from the girls at the reception - tried all of them😁 and we had the best experiences! Breakfast was fantastic - everyday you can choose different varieties and you eat in the very nice area near the pool with nice views! Overall the best stay! Perfect location - close to everything we wanted to see - we used car, but i believe you can even walk to Fira and it’s not that far.. By the car everything is like 15-20 minutes drive. Parking place at the hotel! Thank you for your great job! Would love to come here again!

We loved our stay at Onyx. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful guiding us around the island, we used the bus a lot and they printed us timetables and wrote down routes and made recommendations in the areas we explored. The actual hotel is beautiful, we got upgraded which was a special treat and the pool was great to lounge by. Pretty easy access to the rest of the island. Would recommend!!
