No water bottle or even a cup in room. Had to go out of the property(kitchen was outside and dirty) in midnight to take boiled water and cups.

This place was absolutely fabulous, just as I expected. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and polite, especially Mr. Ranjith, the owner of the premises, who was exceptionally warm and attentive to the visitors. The location is good . The rooms are well clean and tide. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Calm environment. Recommend for stay .

One small feedback: we noticed some disturbing noise coming from the bathroom drain at night. I think it's caused by water draining from the neighboring room since the drain seems to be shared. It did disturb our sleep a little as noise loud. It might be something that could be improved for future guests.

This is a really good place, very clean and tidy place. The towels and bed linen were clean and new. The owner was also a very friendly person. The garden is also really nice, you can unwind and relax with a cup of tea.

Terrible Host Management: The property was completely unprepared for our arrival. They had no record of our booking, no idea who we were, and no information regarding our group size or room count. I had to show the staff our confirmation details on my phone just so they could scramble to arrange our rooms. Deceptive Listing and False Advertising: Do not trust the amenity list for this property on Booking.com. They claim to offer 72 facilities, but fewer than half actually exist. We are on a month-long tour of Sri Lanka and specifically booked this place because it listed a washing machine. Upon arrival, the staff told us they did not have one, but offered to do our laundry for an extra charge. When confronted, they claimed the listing was a mistake and promised to remove it. This felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to rip off guests. Substandard and Unsafe Rooms: The room condition was unacceptable: No Privacy: The bedroom door had gaps in it, allowing anyone passing by to peep inside. I had to buy masking tape to cover the openings myself. Broken Plumbing: The tap on the bathroom washbasin was completely broken. Unusable Cooling: The air conditioner made a deafening noise like a tractor engine. When I switched to the ceiling fan, it was even louder. As a result, I had to sleep with no AC or fan in stifling 34-degree heat. Dirty linen: Towels full of stains. I highly advise against booking this property. It is poorly maintained, unsafe, and intentionally misleading

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Water pressure was realy good (almost make it hard to leave shower😂). We had dinner out on the balcony.

Amazing location, honestly it felt like a second home. The staff are kind and very generous. Highly recommend

They are very welcoming and allow us to make the trip convenient. Because people go Anuradhapurs as a pilgrimage so we make alms to worship early in the morning. So they have made a separate kitchen and they provide you clean utensils to make those food. That is a big relief since they open up the kitchen early for us. Rooms are spacious and with balconies. Very neat and clean. Price is very reasonable. This is our second time ane will be the place for our every anuradhapura visits.

One of the best place that we have ever seen in Anuradhapura. I can highly recommend this place because of the friendly staff, secure place, calm and quiet too. Description and photos on the booking.com were exactly same, so no doubt.

It's bit far from the center of the city and bit hard to locate it.

Owner very helpful. Really enjoyed the quiet location by the lake. We had a car so getting around was not an issue.

Хозяева милые люди, заселили меньше чем за 5 минут, не навязывались, не предлагали никаких не нужных услуг. Когда попросил чайник, дали без проблем. Пока что лучшее жильё на Шри-Ланке. A nice place with peace and a calm environment, can be recommended to any one who is willing to travel to pooja nagaraya if you have your own vehicle but also can arrange tuk tuk there. The property is nice and clean.

Hotel in una posizione un po' al margine della città, in un posto tranquillo. Bellissima struttura, pulita e curata. Ottima colazione, per quantità e qualità. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Un po' lontano dalla città, raggiungibile velocemente con un tuk-tuk; a piedi è raggiungibile un ristorante (circa 800 m) consigliatoci dal proprietario, molto frequentato da avventori locali.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Anuradhapura. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bathrooms and washrooms were well-maintained and hygienic. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring the ancient city. It’s a calm, well-managed place that offers great value for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Anuradhapura!

It was a bit further from most restaurants, so 15 mins walk to the closest restaurant. Took a while or was difficult to get a tuk sometimes.

Beautiful house resort and very kind people. Always there to help. Spotless clean AC room. Small but nice bathroom. Clean and tidy. Good water pressure and had hot water facility. We visited around Poson season. Very comfortable and nice stay. Hope we can visit again.

The guest house was clean, tidy, and located in a very calm environment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The host was friendly and supportive.

The dresser was very dirty with something spilled on it that looked thick and sticky so wasn't impressed that wasn't cleaned before my arrival.

Very nice and friendly owners. Guesthouse in a quiet, beautiful location. The rooms were very clean, hot shower, comfortable beds, excellent Sri Lankan breakfast. The owner arranged a safari for us in Wilpattu National Park. I would come back.

Jídlo od hostitele bylo pestré a výborné. Vždy něco nového. Byli jsme rádi, že nabízejí místní dobroty a vždy bylo dost jídla. Při brzké návštěvě safari jsme snídani odložili až na poledne po návratu.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Pearl House Resort. The location is excellent—very close to the main city and attractions. The rooms were spotless, with great air conditioning and hot water available. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always available when we needed assistance. Our booking was for two rooms, but they were not adjacent. The hosts went above and beyond by offering us a bigger room for the same price, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
