Property is not maintained, low water pressure, shower unit 3 is tiny and water messes all over floor - no floor mat by shower, uncomfortable bed with foam chip pillows, kettle buggered and handle burns your hand. Ceiling in kitchen going to collapse soon. The whole Property is in need of urgent maintenance, it's not located next to mall as some reviews have stated (abt 3km away) needs a good scrub and clean throughout. It's not a place you want to bring your wife or partner at all that's why best suited for workers accomodation at reasonable rate.

The bathroom was open (no door). Parts of the ceilings were falling. Towels were very old and stained. Bedsheet was just placed (seemed like it wasn't replaced). No airconditioning.

I booked this room at R 529 but was shown another room on arrival. The lady was accomodating and gave us the room we booked. However we were then informed we had to pay am extra R120 for this room Which we did. Today the same room is advertised om here at R569. Not happy about that

The room could have been cleaner and the surrounding area could use some weed removal. The outside light didn't work and the the facility could benefit from getting a new coat of paint and minor fixing up.

We initially booked the place displayed on the booking but when we got there it was a small bachelor pad with no aircon. We were given the option to take the place displayed on Bookings.com but had to pay extra. False advertisement. The bed mattress was worn out my husband had to sleep on the single bed and I had to sleep on the couch with a pillow under me as the couch was worn too. The main door had no curtains and when you stepped into the shower anybody from the outside could look or see through it.

The outside part of the house needs to be upgraded. The grass needs to be cut, the pool area needs to be rebuilt as the walls are falling. There’s no aesthetics and the need to be channels on the TV. I can’t book and still need to use my money to subscribe to stream.
