I loved how big the bed was. And the bathroom

The table they had in the room was quiet dirty. And there was dust underneath and behind the pedestals. The bathtub needs some refurbishment too.

The place is nice and the location literally lots to lots of activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was my 2nd time booking at Club cocomo .This time around, I found the place looking old , and it needs some renovation .and the room was not so clean it had dust and as for basin it looked dirty I'm not sure if it's because of the old furniture, or they just not cleaning it properly. Otherwise, the linen was clean .

The taps in the shower were labelled opposite, so on the hot side you got cold water and on cold side so initially it was confusing, also I expected a balcony, I could not access it, wasn’t sure if it’s meant to be shared with other guests as well… and they were smokers so I cannot tolerate the smoke smell hence I didn’t even use the sitting area there

The fact that the menu did not have many options, and most of the drinks on the menu were not available.

Almost everything ,the room was not clean to the fullest ,the bathroom had a bad smell ,the drainage system did not really do it's work,the towel looks like they were suppose to be white but instead they looked brownish

The water pressure in the shower was bad, like literally 2 drops per second. Also, the bathroom didn’t look so clean. It’s like they don’t scrub the shower. But other than that, 10/10!

Door very flimsy and couldn’t really relax on balcony as there were strangers loitering across the road. Car behind sliding gate with 2 others and gate opened and closed,, didn’t feel good and safe. Aircon worked but noisy and there was a musty smell from bathroom. Seemed a bit run down and not as nice as in photos. Not a good place to stay when travelling alone and was quite expensive for what you get. Tv had no remote so couldn’t switch it on and curtains couldn’t close properly. Very disappointed overall.

Happiness did a great job in taking care of us and we enjoyed her prepared steak last night which was divine. Big up to her and the team for showing off a world class service.

I booked two rooms, one for me and my wife, the room was good, the only problem was water which stops running at times whilst taking the shower. The second room for my sons, when we got there, it was having a terrible smell. After asking for assistance from the staff, they informed me there seems to be a problem with drainage. they tried to clean the place and promised the issue will be sorted the next day. We left the next day in the morning, I reminded staff to attend to the issue, upon coming back after sunset, there was still a terrible drainage smell. I requested staff to kindly to see the manager, which never happened. I explained to them that my son has sinuses and a history of bronchitis, and that I did not want him to sleep in such a place again, especially since it was no longer emergency. However, all they could do was to clean the place again, only for the smell to be back in a few hours time. Even the third night it was the same thing, there was no contingency plan, no apology whatsoever. Despite my complaints, my kids were made to sleep in that unhealthy room for three days.

The staff were friendly, the guest house was not too busy. They make really lovely food. Its in close proximity to the cable carts, little Paris and a lot of restaurants. The Monetgo room was spacious and comfortable for 2

The shower, it's drainage was horrible and we needed to use all the towels on the floor to absorb the water leaking out. The toilet also didn't flush very well.

It's a beautiful place. The staff is very friendly. Very cozy and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room

The food was not that great. We did not like the view of the presidential suite. We would have preferred one of the rooms facing the pool

The staff are very friendly. It's a great place to get away and reconnect with your partner. We had so much privacy and the packages they offer is value for money. The massages were so good as well.

The breakfast was amazing, however the t-bone we had for supper could have been seasoned better. However, it was fried to our satisfaction. The wings were also a bit dry. Other then that everything else was great

The property is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The property was enjoyable overall, but the housekeeping could be improved, especially on the balcony, which needs more thorough cleaning. It would also be great if each room included sugar, teaspoons, and an iron for guests’ convenience

Club Cocomo is an amazing place, feels like you are on an overseas trip. We really loved our stay, everything was amazing and comfortable. We will definitely book again! One of the most beautiful places we've stayed! The staff and the food was exceptional! Thank you to everyone, you truelly made it worthwhile!

The room are small and they don't clean the room daily they only clean when you leave

The TV only has DStv. Not a smart tv so you can’t watch much. Curtains in the presidential suite were torn. Balcony was dirty. The welcome signs are outdated. We were woken up by a loud sound that sounded like a washing machine very early in the morning.

There was no electricity on the first night. They left on Saturday. Never got refunded for the one night they never stayed but it’s fine if the money is used for some maintenance??

Other guests were fighting throughout the the whole night,and making noise.

The pool wasn't heated. The staff, when getting there in the morning, would move beach benches together for their breakfast, and be loud. 1day before my check out, I checked out, it was like the owners weren't there.it was a party. Music super loud, staff super loud, relaxing. Couldn't hear my TV. I checked out. A day early. Oh and don't trust very limited menu. I ordered 500g ribs. I got 4 ribs. TRUST JOYLENE the spa lady,, amazing room service and spa treatments. She is beautiful

The facility and staff exceeded my expectation- the place is perfect time out from the busy lifestyles - food was great - the room was enough for the time there, bathroom clean - loved the island vibe - keep up the good work -KIA was great as too all the staff.

The bathroom had a foul smell, especially the jucuzzi. There is no smart tv, only limited to DSTV. The wifi was problematic, network was not stable. The towel had stains on.
