A szálláshely rendkívül tiszta, az egyik legjobb, ahol valaha jártam. Remekül felszerelt és az egyik legkedvesebb személyzettel találkoztam itt. A reggeli mesés, és nagyon jó, központi helyen van. Ha legközelebb jövünk; biztos, hogy itt szállunk meg.

El trato del personal fue maravilloso , te facilitan mucho el trasporte hacia y desde el aeropuerto, la instalaciones están genial , el desayuno muy bueno , y la ubicación inmejorable! Volveremos seguro!

On nous a offert le petit dej puisque notre arrivée était très tôt ! C’est très très gentil de leur part. Ils étaient très serviables et arrangeants notamment pour la consigne des bagages.

La SDB n’était pas hyper clean & le rooftop est bien plus petit qu’il ne paraît sur les photos.

Great hospitality

Great location just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. The area is full of life, with excellent and affordable street food just around the corner. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The accommodation itself is beautifully decorated, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Marrakech.

Présence de cafards dans notre chambre, salle de bain un peu vétuste, pas de boissons d’accueil.

La ubicación, el desayuno marroquí y sobre todo el trato con Hassan y Walid , agradables, atentos, serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa.

Todo!, los muchachos de la recepción increíblemente amables ❤️. En todo momento nos acompañaron, orientaron y explicaron, incluso me cuidaron al salir el primer día sola a comprar agua el muchacho le mostró donde podía comprar y se preocupó por que no volví de inmediato 😅

L'accueil, thé vert à la menthe et douceurs offert à l'arrivée en terrasse. L'emplacement à deux minutes à pied de la place, la propreté. Malgré la proximité avec la place, aucun bruit n'est perçu depuis la chambre.

Une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre par jour serait appréciable, d'autant plus que nous ne pouvons pas utiliser celle du lavabo.

Property is literally one minute walk to the main square. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We wanted specific tea cups that we couldn’t buy at the local market stalls. The owner and staff have gifted us with exactly what we were looking for. Most welcoming and kind people!! Would definitely return 10/10 experience.

Odlično osoblje i jako uredan i simpatičan smještaj. Vrlo ukusan doručak, lijepo pripremljeno i jede se na Rooftopu. Osoblje stoji na raspolaganju,uvijek za pomoć. Riad je na super lokaciji, odmah u blizini glavnog trga gdje se mogu pronaći dućani, mjenjačnice, taksiji, restorani. Zapravo, sve potrebno za ugodan i siguran boravak. Moje preporuke za ovaj smještaj!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Riad liegt extrem zentral aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Gasse.

Me ha encantado el trato del personal, muy atentos y amables. Desayuno muy variado y bueno. Habitaciones increíbles y acogedoras.

La habitación y las zonas comunes superaron nuestras expectativas pero sobretodo cabe destacar el trato por parte de los trabajadores. Nos cuidaron muchísimo y fueron muy amables asegurándose que siempre estuviésemos lo más cómodas y seguras posible. El desayuno también buenísimo. La localización no puede ser mejor. Está al lado de la plaza pero no se oye ni el más mínimo ruido. Lo recomendaremos a todo aquel que vaya a Marrakech.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans ce riad et j’en suis toujours aussi satisfaite. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est attentionné et l’établissement est très bien entretenu. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la médina à pied. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très agréable à déguster sur la terrasse. Je m’y sens en sécurité et j’y reviens avec plaisir.

Je n’ai rencontré aucun problème pendant mon séjour. Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Le riad est vraiment très agréable, confortable, propre et bien situé. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu’il soit sécurisé grâce à des caméras de surveillance à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur. Le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est un vrai régal. Le personnel est bienveillant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Il y a également un petit restaurant local juste en face ainsi qu’une épicerie très pratique. Enfin, le riad se trouve à seulement quelques pas de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui est idéal pour découvrir Marrakech.

Je n’ai rien à signaler de négatif. Tout s’est très bien passé et j’ai pleinement apprécié mon séjour. Je recommande ce riad sans hésiter.

Walid and his team were awesome. They prepared the breakfast to go for us as we needed to leave early. The room was good and has everything we needed for a short stay. It’s a minute away from the popular square.

Like many other Riads in the area, there’s no car access to the riad.

El Riad está perfecto,sobre todo la ubicación para los que nos queríamos mover por la medina de día y noche, el personal de 10 todos super atentos, serviciales y agradables, la habitación grande no se escuchaba nada de la calle y aseo muy cómodo la terraza maravillosa se veía y escuchaba perfectamente el ambiente de la plaza ,el desayuno buenísimo y abundante y para comer justo enfrente un restaurante se comía muy bien y barato gracias por todo.

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The riad is just a few steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa and within a 10–15 minute walk of most of Marrakech’s main attractions, making it the perfect location for exploring the city. The building is a traditional riad. From the narrow streets of the Medina, you would never imagine the beauty behind its doors. As is typical for riads, all the rooms face the central courtyard, which means there is a little less privacy, but the authentic experience is absolutely worth it. The staff were outstanding, and the level of service was very good. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which was generous, varied, and delicious. The rooftop has a beautiful view on the Koutoubia and the terrace is very spacious. A special thank you to Hassan for his kindness, helpfulness, and for preparing breakfast for us earlier than usual. We would also like to thank Walid, who helped us find a taxi at check-out and negotiated a fair price to the airport on our departure. We truly enjoyed our stay, and you all made our experience in Marrakech even more special. Thank you so much! P.S. Here are just a couple of suggestions that could make the riad even more comfortable: * We don’t know if it’s common in Morocco, but in Europe it’s very common to have an a ventilation system in the bathroom. It would be useful when guests need to keep the bathroom window closed for privacy. * You could consider adding Raib yogurt to the breakfast. It’s delicious and would add a bit more variety. Perhaps it could replace one of the many different types of pancakes, crepes, or pastries already offered. These are only small suggestions—the riad is already wonderful as it is. This riad was very beautiful, great location right in the heart of medina, but still close to transport options. There is great servise, amazing traditional breakfast at the rooftop, and people are very nice there. Especially Hassan was very helpful during my stay, he gave tips on where to eat (also non-touristy spots), how to navigate souks and negotiate and what to be aware of. My stay in Riad El Habib was just amazing 10/10, I recommend.

Rooms are not sound proof and it can be noisy. The bed was only 1.90 long.

Ontbijt was uitstekend, meer dan voldoende en lekker, ze deden erg hun best. Dag van vertrek kregen we een ontbijtje mee en dat was ook dik in orde! Bedden waren goed, handdoeken kregen we elke nieuwe, locatie was super.

Kamer was niet super groot maar dat vonden wij geen probleem.

Die Lage direkt am Souk ist einfach toll. Und trotz der Lage war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war toll und umfangreich und - typisch marokkanisch. Ein perfekter Einstieg. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß wenn man mag aber auch Transportmittel sind nicht weit.

Alles super. Tip - vorher erfragen, was übliche Preise zum Parken in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage sind - sonst zahlt man viel zu viel.

Like everything about the property, it was absolutely amazing. The room was clean. The Riad is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect. The staff is even better. I would highly recommend this place to visit when you’re in Marrakesh especially because of that extremely nice helpful welcoming and understanding staff. no, I am not a bot trying to endorse this place. I genuinely think this is an absolutely amazing find and hidden gem in Marrakesh.

Da, micul dejun a fost suficient cantitativ si foarte gustos calitativ. Locatia destul de buna pentru turisti, insa personal am suferit de faptul ca nu am avut acces la taxi pentru ca ma deplasez cu ajutorul unui baston. Insa zona din imprejurul riadului lasa de dorit - respectiv gangurile erau seara pline de gunoaie si urat mirositoare. Poate ca tine de specificul acestei tari !?! Totusi, trebuie sa mentionez ca sejurul a fost salvat efectiv de HAMZA, un baiat de 27 de ani care ne-a ajutat cu absolut tot ce am avut nevoie: ne-a indrumat si orientat spre obiective turistice, ne-a servit ireprosabil la micul dejun, ne-a asigurat un mic dejun la pachet in ziua cand am plecat foarte dimineata intr-o excursie in muntii Atlas, ne-a ajutat cu bagajele, ne-a indicat unde este cel mai bine sa schimbam bani, etc. MULTUMIM MULT HAMZA ! Kiss you, Cora.

Curatenia putea fi mai buna in camera si in zona din jurul riadului, adica gangul prin care erai nevoit sa treci ca sa ajungi la locatia riadului.

Estoy encantadísima por el trato recibido por parte de Hamza y Hassan, nos han tratado desde el primer momento como en casa. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno muy bueno. Aconsejable 100%. Repetiremos seguro.

Amazing stay at this beautiful Riad! The location is absolutely perfect — only 50 meters from the main square, making it ideal for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was simply fabulous, with a great variety and delicious fresh products every morning. A special mention goes to Walid, whose kindness, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality made our stay even more memorable. He was always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!

Riad proprio in centro, comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi zona.. la piazza principale si trova a due minuti a piedi, a cinque minuti il quartiere ebraico molto suggestivo. Struttura veramente pulita, personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

L'emplacement est vraiment top, au coeur de la médina. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons. Les 2 terrasses sont supers. Enfin, le personnel est accessible et au petit soin.

2 points négatifs : La salle de bain mérite d'être refaite. Pourquoi elle n'est pas carrelée entièrement ? Au final il y a des traces de moisi. Les murs et plafonds sont très fins, on entend donc claiement ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres.

Walid, Hassan and Mohammed were truly the best, most welcoming hosts. They answered any questions we had, they gave us great recommendations to make the most of Marrakesh, and their service was exceptional. The riad itself is beautiful, it feels like a home, and the terrace/rooftop was our favourite. We also thought the location was perfect - it is right next to the main square, so if you ever get lost in the souks, you can just go to the main square and use that as your reference point for getting back to the riad - made getting around the city super easy . The breakfast is also exceptional, and set us up for the day so that we didn’t need to think about finding something to eat every morning - it was all just there for us. The cleaning ladies were also fantastic, and made our beds and cleaned the room every single day. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS RIAD ENOUGH, especially for the price - it was incredible!

Very beautiful riad in the heart of the medina and only a few metres to the main square and souks of the city. The staff is super friendly, lovely and helpful, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city and helped us with all questions regarding our holiday in morocco. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace with a view over the whole city. The breakfast is served on the terrace and is super delicious, we will definitely come back!
