The road was really in access. The staff is brilliant specially Kamal at service desk. And most specially Nouhaila was brilliant and Yasin was very friendly. The stay was very comfortable. Really enjoyed and like to stay there again

Location was great. Accommodations were superb (large, clean and bright). Raid staff were friendly, helpful and graciously multilingual. We especially enjoyed the welcoming women working in the dinning rooms.

I did cancel and re-book my accommodations at this Riad, a month before our departure because they were listed $100+ cheaper than when i had originally booked. I do not like that Booking.com does not automatically provide price checking or matching and i had to do it myself. I had 7 accommodations booked for my summer vacation and it was a hassle to monitor then all for price drops.

La verdad es que fue un acierto. Un Riad tipo palacete, muy cuidado y precioso. El desayuno, variado y abundante. El personal, muy atento. Volvería a repetir, sin duda. Nos acompañaron incluso a coger el taxi de regreso al aeropuerto.

Mi experiencia ha sido increíble. Viajé con mi mamá y estuvimos muy cómodas, nos trataron genial desde que llegamos, con una amabilidad exquisita. El lugar es ideal. El desayuno es espectacular. La habitación era estupenda. La limpieza de todas sus zonas era increíble. Súper silencioso y tranquilo, genial para descansar y relajarte. El trato de todo el personal es lo mejor, Nouhaila, es divertida, agradable, estupenda!!! Te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Volveré en cuanto pueda porque la estancia ha sido perfecta. Un 10!!!!

Riad precioso. Tranquilo, muy bonita decoración, excelente personal y bienvenida. Excelente ubicación en la medina cerca de la plaza. Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí. Esta vez la habitación era más pequeña y menos cómoda que la otra vez, pero bueno al final eso es cuestión de suerte y disponibilidad

Struttura molto bella e curata. Colazione eccezionale nella varietà della proposta ed adeguata alla sua categoria da 5 stelle. Posizione strategica al centro della Medina. Evitate solo la stanza LILLA a piano terra, puzza terribilmente di muffa.

Il manager dell'hotel è stato poco accomodante e comprensivo a cercare di risolvere alcune problematiche occorse. Una delle 4 stanze prenotate (a piano terra, LILLA) puzzava terribilmente di muffa e dormire senza deumidificatore era impossibile per il forte odore di muffa presente. Purtroppo era la stanza dei miei figli che non potevano dormire con il deumidificatore acceso di notte: alla mattina non si entrava nella stanza dal forte odore di muffa. Il manager dell'hotel si è mostrato parecchio scostante dicendo prima che lui non lo sentiva e poi che non aveva altre stanze disponibili; solo l'ultimo giorno ci ha cambiato la stanza: non ci ha offerto nulla in cambio di questo increscioso disservizio; sarebbe bastato un buono alla SPA o un modo per ingraziarsi e scusarsi con il cliente per farci cambiare la sensazione di indisponibilità totale. Altro problema occorso: nonostante la colazione fosse ricca e variegata, adeguata ad un hotel 5 stelle, per avere un cappuccino ed una omelette bisognava pagarli come EXTRA!!!!! Cappuccino ed omelette devono essere compresi nell'offerta di un hotel 5 stelle, anche a Marrakech! A dover di cronaca, hanno fatto una eccezione sulla omelette che mi hanno offerto ogni mattina: ma dove si è mai visto che devo negoziare anche il costo di una omelette? Peccato per come vengano gestiti questi particolari, alla struttura mancano queste attenzioni per essere un effettivo 5 stelle.

Beautiful riad. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our plane was diverted due to a storm. We arrive 4hours later than expected and the riad still organised our transfer from the airport which was such a relief at 2am and also took us all the way to the riad. Which was a great as it was hard to find. Our room was cosy but beautiful. Great location. Huge terrace with comfortable beds. Varied breakfast. If I came back to Marrakesh I would definitely stay here again.

El lugar es excelente, limpio, ordenado, bien decorado. Destaca la atención del personal. El desayuno super completo y rico. Sin dudas, volvería. La ubicación perfecta, fácil de llegar, apenas alejado de la plaza lo cual permite descansar bien.

The staff was very respectful and helpful to our needs.The location is perfect!.. much closer to the Jemaa el Fnaa than anticipated but safely tucked away. Everything we needed the staff provided. Their advice was helpful and they were informative and welcoming. Chef Khadijah went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs (vegan) without us getting bored. We enjoyed the food. The spa was relaxing, a beautiful room and very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were nice as well.

The stairs to the room were quaint but not ideal.. very tight. An alternative would have been nice but we made it work.. There is little to dislike...

Très accueillant le personnel aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Hôtel très propre, super beau et proche de tout. Le spa et la piscine sont à faire. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel allez y sans hésitation et merci à nouhaila qui aide les clients aux maximum.

Tout était parfait. Par contre bien dire aux clients de prendre absolument la navette (taxi) de l’hôtel pour éviter de traverser la médina à pied avec ses valises durant 10min . Le chauffeur le fait à notre place et nous guide pour l’hôtel.

I absolutely loved the staff at the property. They were extremely friendly, kind and welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Malak, who works the night shift at reception. Malak was incredibly friendly and helpful. During the night, I needed some milk and cutlery, and he went out of his way to get these for me without any hesitation. He also gave me lots of friendly, big-brother-style advice, and I really appreciated how kind, sincere and genuine he was. He is a real asset to the property and, in my opinion, definitely deserves recognition for the effort and care he puts into his job. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to both Nuhailas — one who works in the kitchen and the other who is the spa manager. They were both genuinely beautiful souls. They spoke to us with so much kindness, warmth and love, and they made my parents feel incredibly welcome and cared for. My parents left with such a wonderful impression of Morocco and its people, and I truly believe these two women played a big part in that. Their kindness will stay with us. Lastly, I’d like to thank Kamal at reception. He was extremely prompt and helpful with his responses on Booking.com and provided me with all the information I needed before and during our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team. The staff really made our experience special, and their kindness and hospitality will be something we remember fondly. ❤️ The hotel itself was absolutely perfect. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I was genuinely so impressed with the spacious rooms, beautiful design, layout and overall atmosphere of the property. Everything about the hotel was thoughtfully done, and my room was far better than I expected. The location is also perfect — just a two-minute walk from the main attractions, which made exploring Marrakech so easy and convenient. Honestly, what more could we ask for?

The only things I would suggest improving about the property would firstly be adding air conditioning to the reception area, as it can become quite warm. I also noticed that there wasn’t a bin in my room; there was only one in the bathroom, so I had to take any rubbish from my room into the bathroom to dispose of it. Finally, I would really appreciate the addition of a bidet or a similar facility in the bathroom. Considering Morocco is a Muslim country and welcomes many Muslim guests, having a bidet would be a thoughtful addition and would also make the process of performing wudhu much easier and more convenient for Muslim guests.

Staff, breakfast, room, location etc. etc. all top rate. This place is much more than just its parts though. The design of the building and the beautiful interiors together with all the rest make it a very special place to stay. If it is your first visit and you arrive at the airport I thoroughly recommend letting the hotel arrange your transport with baggage right to the door. This was not our first visit but it is still the best way to arrive in my opinion and well worth the reasonable price.

I cannot think of anything not to like.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel was spotless from the moment I arrived, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. The service exceeded all my expectations. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. A special thank you to Nouhaila Sister, who made my stay even more memorable. She is such a kind, sweet, and genuinely caring person. Her professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail are outstanding, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. I loved every single moment of my stay here. It’s a no-brainer. Whenever I’m back in Marrakesh, this is exactly where I’ll be staying. Highly recommended!

Építkezés volt és sokszor verték a falakat az ágyunk felett. Illetve elég sok adót ki kellett fizetnem.

The layout of the riad felt like being in a home rather than a hotel- which it is obviously a traditional home style now used as hotel. The levels were beautifully built around fountain courtyards. The pathways and connections created a separate interest not available at any other more modern version of hotel. The character of the property is exceptionally stylish and tasteful without too much opulence. The details of the designs and traditional artworks make it a beautiful cultural experience.

I can’t fault anything. Other than it’s easy to become disoriented. But once there a few days more easily oriented as there’s plenty of directional signage.

The location of this riad is great. The staff are very informative, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. The pool although small is so very welcome at the end of a day visiting Marrakech.

It’s important to understand that the rooms in Riads have windows that open onto a shared space that courtyard, on the lower floors you can feel closed in. The riad palais des princesses is set to use those courtyards for quiet activities like reading. It was too hot to use the terrace, but it too is lovely.

Tout, l accueil, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner...nous reviendrons sans hésité.

El Riad, el servicio y el desayuno.

Que la ducha no tiene puerta ni cortina y al usarla se moja casi todo el baño.

El servicio y equipamiento de las habitaciones. Excelente desayuno bufet en horario conveniente y muy variado.

La ducha no tiene puerta ni cortina lo cual hace excesivamente molesto el uso del baño, el agua se sale y moja más de la mitad del piso del diminuto baño, además no hay jabonera o repisa para poner los artículos de lpieza dentro de la ducha. Pienso que eso se puede solucionar fácilmente. De no ser por esa terrible falla de la ducha diría que es perfecto este Riad, aun cuando la ubicación está entre callejones sucios, oscuros y malolientes.

El Riad está ubicado en el centro de la medina y es muy fácil ubicarse hacia la plaza principal. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas disponiendo hasta de un ascensor para subir a la azotea si alguien tiene problemas con las escaleras típicas dd los riads. El personal es muy atento y amable a todo lo que se pueda necesitar, lo hace todo muy sencillo. Especial mención a Noelia en el servicio de desayuno que era un rayo de luz todas las mañanas con su alegría y buen hacer.

Todo estuvo genial, pero mencionaré el tamaño de la piscina que, aunque ya lo sabíamos, al venir de una mucho mayor, la vimos especialmente pequeña. Es oara refrescarse simplemente.

Whilst the location is good, it is hidden in some narrow streets, which are a little daunting to navigate on your first visit.

The location is excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very attentive. The room was very clean.

To be honest, I have not much to stay about the things I didn't like. I don't want to post something random just for the sake of it.

The hotel staff is so kind and it was the positive part.

the hotel is presented more luxuries on the photos than it is actually is. the rooms are realy small, no coffee mashine . the hotel is in the midle of Medina, that means a sooon as you leave the hotel you are on the narrow streets of te market where cars do not pass . Someone wrom the hotel has to meet you outside the walls of Medina to help with a luggage .As for the price,it can be said that it corresponds to the conditions,but the categorization of the hotel is inappropriate. This is 3 star hotel .

Die Lage, die Mitarbeiter, die Kommunikation vor der Reise war sehr effizient und professionell, die Einrichtung sowie das Bemühen der Rezeption, es einem Gast so komfortabel wie nur möglich zu machen. Für mich als solo reisende Frau ist die Lage des Hotels unschlagbar.

Posizione perfetta, a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza e da tutte le principali attrazioni. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a organizzare tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Colazione divina, spa comoda.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unica cosa se proprio dovessi cercarla è la temperatura della piscina, forse un po' freddina.

The Royal Suite was absolutely stunning. It exceeded our expectations which were high already from the photos we had seen. The ceiling in there is like the Bahia Palace which we visited during our stay! There was loads of room for 2 adults and our grown up children, and the air con was so useful in the hot Marrakesh climate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The whole Riad had a delightful atmosphere, with gentle music playing, fountains in the courtyards, a general cool oasis when you enter from a hot bout of exploring the souks and sights. The breakfast was delicious, with so much choice. The location is ideal for the souks and the Djemma al Fna square. We thoroughly recommend this Riad and hope to return.

Il riad è meraviglioso. In un posto super centrale. Staff accogliente e super disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze (ci ha prenotato un'escursione nel deserto con quad e cena spettacolo nel deserto divina). Colazione più che soddisfacente, spa accogliente e carina.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare è il cappuccino a pagamento nella colazione.

Kaldığım twin oda aslında french bed e uygun olacak boyuttaydı. Yataklar birbirine çok yakındı. Bu can sıkıcı tek şeydi. Bavul açmak için bagaj sehpası ancak isteyince geldi o da 1 tane. Birimizin bavulu yerde kaldı.

The Riad was beautiful. The property was so clean, the air conditioning in the rooms perfect. The beds were comfy. You could always find a quiet private area. We used the sun terrace every day and the shower on the roof to cool off. The pool in the Riad was ideal after a long morning of sight seeing. The Riad is a short walk of a few minutes to the main square. The staff are super helpful. There was a small fridge in the room to keep your water cool.

Everything-the staff were very nice age friendly especially the young girls at breakfast. Breakfast was exceptional

Every space in the riad is beautiful with so much artistic detail. The staff here were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We loved interacting with them every day (including the cat!) Breakfast was good with lots of options. It was too hot for us to enjoy the roof terrace for longer than a few minutes, but there were several parts to it with lots of beds, umbrellas and seating. The spa/massages were also nice. Comfortable rooms and air conditioning was much appreciated! Location was perfect for exploring all sides of the Medina on foot, with taxis about 5-10 mins walk away.

There are several lovely little courtyards/patios which kept cool despite the extreme heat, and we would have loved to be able to sit and relax there but there were no or very few chairs in these areas. But otherwise everything was great.

The riad is a complex of buildings joined together. Of course it was an old but renovated riad very close to the main square (3 min walk). AC was working fine Toilet/bath was basic but more than enough. Very friendly staff. Paid 15 euros for transportation from the airport and 20 euros transportation to the airport as it was before 7am

I booked a Moroccan massage but I found it very average.

Alles perfekt - nur habe ich ein wichtiges Armband im Hotel vergessen und man konnte mir keine Lösung anbieten, dass man es mir mit DHL oder Ähnliches zurücksendet, obwohl ich die Kosten übernommen hätte. Finde ich schade - diese Option sollte man Kunden bieten.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Riad Palais des Princesses in Marrakech. De riad heeft een prachtige authentieke sfeer, ligt op een fijne centrale locatie en voelt als een rustige oase midden in de drukte van de medina. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en alles was netjes verzorgd. Een mooie plek om Marrakech echt te beleven!

No complaints about this property. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was great. Location is close to everything we wanted. I will stay there again.
