We needed accommodation relatively close to the school (which Telos is), that was also family friendly (which Telos is). The outside braai area is lovely and we made good use of it on both nights. The staff were super kind and washed all the dishes! The aircon worked like a charm - our room was nice and toasty in no time (considering we visited in August, when the night temperatures can be below zero!)

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Loved the little milk in the fridge, loved the fact that the heating worked fanatically and quickly. Loved the suitcase racks and the shelf as you walked in. The bed was extremely comfy :) The unit was spacious and well laid out. We will definitely return if we are ever in Bloem again.
The water in the shower was not very hot.

Everything was good except the was no hand wash in the bathroom. Hopefully that will be attended to.

It was surprisingly very quiet considering being located centrally . It was beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The beds are comfortable with loads of pillows to suit your comfort. Facilities are exactly what you need. Aircons work perfectly, and ideal kitchenette.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The facilities were actually quite nice. Very spacious, nice king sized bed with a couch that flips into a bed, that was a nice touch. The deco was rustic but modern and it gave a home away from home feel. Very close to amenities, in fact, we actually got a late night meal a Cappello that was just around the corner.
Although the floors looks clean, the floors could have done with a proper sweep and a good mopping. We couldn’t walk barefoot because our feet would become dirty as result of hidden dust. It would have also been ideal if we could have gotten a batch of fresh towels for each night we were there as opposed to reusing the ones we used the night before.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025My family and I traveled from Denmark. We were supposed to book in on Saturday, but our flight got canceled and we were rebooked the next day. We reached out to the hotel, and they were so kind and understanding. They rebooked our stay a day later, free of charge. The accommodation is beautiful, neat, and a great place to stay for whatever reason. We will be rebooking it for our trip back from PE to Pretoria for an overnight stay.
