The chair next to my table was very bad , 3 days they have given me a chair without a top, look like garden chair, was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was too little, the portions was too small . The last 2 days, the didn't provide shower cap., and they throw away my previous shower cap. I suggest they should have two iron boards and iron to cater the demand, first day i was late due to that.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location is superb. If you have somebody in the hospital, you can just walk over for a visit. The room and bathroom were small, but were clean and the linen in good taste. Clean towels every day would be nice. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, except when we left: we didn't get any help with our luggage.

I have to carry heavy ironing board from reception to my room through the stairs. I would appreciate it if they could send an ironing board with one of the staff( males) or if each floor could have an ironing area/ room. Also, if visiting hours could be extended to 10:00 maybe.

Having a room next to the breakfast area.. was bad. I heard a lot of movement and because I arrived around 1:00 am. I think a quiet sleep would have done it.
