Is spacious, tropical, and very welcoming. The shared area is comfortable and each room has its own bench and area near the room. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The best thing - they cleaned our room twice throughout a week, which isn’t common at all in hostels !

שהינו בכמה חדרים. בקומה העליונה יש בעיה של נמלים שהצוות מודע אליה. יש לרסס ולשים לב שלא משאירים פתח אפילו קטן. יש ליד עציצים אולי אפשר להזיז אותם

Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Die Unterkunft war unglaublich geräumig und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es gab eine Terrasse und einen Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer – insgesamt extrem viel Platz, um sich wirklich wohlzufühlen. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Tourist Street entfernt und rundherum gibt es alles, was man braucht – von Money Exchange über Rollervermietungen bis hin zu Restaurants und kleinen Shops. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Mitarbeiter. Alle waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung und definitiv eine Unterkunft, die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

Я забронировала отель сначала на 2 ночи, чтобы приехать на остров и осмотреться, решить на месте, буду ли продлять отель. В итоге я поездила по GL в другие апартаменты такой же ценовой категории и поняла, что эти апартаменты самые лучшие и уютные. И в итоге продлила их на 5 ночей. - Отличное расположение, недалеко от главной улицы, но при этом внутри улочек. Можно пешком дойти до основных кафе и движухи GL. - Наличие кухни и всей утвари, которая необходима для питание в апартаментах. Особенно понравилась электрическая кастрюля. Холодильник отлично холодит и морозит. - Менеджер отеля Марк - потрясающий человек, помог со всеми моими вопросами, очень отзывчивый, клиентоориентированный. В этом гестхаусе надо остановиться только для того, чтобы познакомиться с Марком и его доброжелательностью :) - Есть кондиционер в спальне, холодит хорошо (но не сплит-система, а такой старенький) и вентилятор в кухне-гостиной. - На территории гестхауза есть также общая кухня, там можно найти то, чего не достает в кухне апартов. - По требованию дают фен. - У них можно арендовать байк. И заказать трансфер из/в аэропорт. - Удобный матрас. - Хлопковые приятные полотенца.

- Не хлопковое постельное белье, с примесями синтетики - не очень комфортно спать. - Постельное белье очень пахло отдушками (порошка или ополаскивателя). - Кондиционер шумноватый, но мне спать не очень мешал. - На плинтусах, в ванной то тут то там пыль, грязь - давно не было генеральной уборки номера. То есть в целом чисто, уборка 1 р/3 дня, но при этом общее состояние апартаментов требует регулярной более тщательной уборки. - гель для душа и шампунь плохого качества (но в целом не критично, просто в других отелях Филиппин такой же ценовой категории качество было лучше, я ими могла пользоваться, а в этом отеле не смогла, какое-то жидкое мыло разводное)

Mark der Verwalter und das gesamte Personal waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und befindet sich in einem schönen Garten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist sehr gut. Für General luna eine gute Wahl.

General Luna war für uns ein schrecklicher Ort. Eine lange Straße mit starken Verkehrsaufkommen, Restaurants und Souvenir Shops. Die meisten Poolanlagen sind nur für Hausgäste, die schönen Inseln vor General Luna sind gegen Bezahlung für einen kurzen Zeitraum mit vielen anderen Touristen zu erreichen. Von paradiesischen Stränden in Stadtnähe keine Spur. Schade um jeden Urlaubstag. Das ganze wird im Internet kräftig gepusht von selbsternannten Reiseführern. Kein Ort für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub.

Merci milles fois aux propriétaires de cet homestay qui ont été adorables avec nous et d’une flexibilité incroyable lorsque nous avons eu vol annulé. Elles n’ont pas hésité à trouver une solution pour nous héberger dans l’urgence. De plus la chambre est juste parfaite, niveau propreté et aménagement. Un petit clin d’œil aux chiens du homestay Monique et Casper qui ne font rajouter du charme à cet endroit. Merci pour tout !

L’emplacement, la propriété, le calme. Mais tout particulièrement le staff avec le quel on a pu faire notre Landry, louer des scooteur et qui nous on organiser notre retour vers l’aéroport. Toujours disponible et sympathique ! Petit plus pour la cuisine avec café et eau. C’était un plaisir de loger ici :)

La ubicación es muy buena: está cerca de la calle principal con bares y restaurantes, pero lo suficientemente alejada del ruido, así que se puede descansar bien. El alojamiento tiene mucho espacio para guardar tus cosas, lo cual se agradece bastante. La cocina cuenta con lo básico necesario para preparar algo sencillo. También hay una pequeña terraza privada rodeada de verde que me gustó mucho y que se agradece para relajarse un rato. Además, hay una segunda terraza que resulta muy útil para tender la ropa. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado. El personal fue muy atento y siempre respondió rápido a cualquier consulta.

Bien situé et excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre était propre avec de l’air conditionné et de l’eau chaude. On a passé un agréable séjour.

It was very clean and everything worked just fine, the location is great.

The wi fi is terrible if that matters, and the evening staff couldnt understand a word we were sayin when we asked to borrow an umbrella.

Lo staff è sicuramente il punto forte, così come la “sala” comune e il giardino. La posizione è ottima, fuori dal caos, in una zona molto tranquilla ma comunque non distante a piedi da Tourism Rd e dai vari servizi essenziali. La stanza è molto grande e comoda, terrazzino privato compreso. Ho usufruito due volte del trasporto da/per aeroporto organizzato da loro, ho noleggiato con loro la mia moto.. i servizi sono ben organizzati e gestiti

Céntrico pero a la vez alejado del ruido de General Luna, ideal para descansar. Habitaciones pequeñas pero agradables, sin mucha luz natural. Te alquilan la moto allí mismo, tiene café, agua y una cocina pequeña para los huéspedes. Lugar muy agradable para pasar unos días en Siargao!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter from the place, and it was very convenient. There was also a kitchen area, with free water and coffee, which we utilized. I would highly recommend this place! Great value for your money!

המקום היה נקי, הצוות היה נחמד מרחק של 10-15 דקות הליכה למקומות המרכזיים. יש במתחם מטבחון עם מקום ישיבה.

מרוחק מהמרכז ואם אתה בלי אופנוע זה קצת מבאס. חדר עם מטבחון היה מאובזר בכלים אבל היה צריך לבקש אינדוקציה במיוחד ורק עם סיר אחד.

Very clean and spacious. Nice and helpful staff - we had an issue with our door lock but they addressed it right away. Location is good, close enough to walk to Main Street but away from busy/noise. Small kitchen was useful. Better than expected!

Ruime, schone kamer met goede locatie.

Wij hadden een hele slechte waterdruk waardoor er soms geen of een klein beetje water uit de douche kwam. Meerdere keren dit kenbaar gemaakt, maar op de laatste dag werd er pas naar gekeken en precies op dat moment was de waterdruk oké.

The accommodation is very clean and a lovely place to stay. It is fully equipped with kitchenettes, making it very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and they even help guide you on where to go especially if it’s your first time in Siargao. The location is very convenient, close to the main area in General luna. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The only downside is that there is no television. However, this is understandable since Siargao is a destination where most people spend their days island hopping or sightseeing. After a full day of activities, guests usually just relax and rest when they return to their accommodation

Nothing to dislike.

The place is great ! You’re close to everything, and they are very friendly at the hostel. You feel like you’re at home. They take care of you. Our room “double bed” was great. Comfortable, and the room is spacious with a balcony. We loved it. If you love dogs it’s a plus, you have so many cute dogs here, they live in the hostel. Thank you very much !

No words to highlight about the service and quality of the stayaction... its absolutely best

The electricity is a troublemaker in the island. So if they can install a power generator its enhance the overall experience of the guest. Because one day on our stay we suffered with electricity its a common issue in the island . Rest are all perfect !! Special mention to the caretaker !!

The hotel is located quite centrally, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was polite and always available to provide information. I highly recommend it.

Great location, and super welcoming host. They always had filtered water which was really nice. Although we didn't use it, the common area with kitchen and fridge is a nice detail.

AC was a bit noisy and no hot water for the shower, but great value to be right in General Luna.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place was clean, tidy and spacious. The location is very central—just a short distance from Tourism Road. I highly recommend this property as it is breezy, and surrounded by greenery. It is also pleasantly away from the loud noise of nearby clubs. We had a great time during our stay 4N, and it was perfect that we have to play with their dogs and cat. Starla the cat is truly the star—so cute and sociable. Such a sweet girl she waits outside to play 🐾✨ we would also like to thank Miss Elay, the apartment caretaker, who was very accommodating throughout our stay. She provided helpful information about the places we wanted to explore, such as the island wet market where we could buy ingredients to cook. Her team was equally kind and helpful — it felt like staying with family.

Fueron un 10 durante toda la estancia, era el cumpleaños de una amiga y le prepararon muchísima decoración y regalos.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado tuvieron una atención excelente.
