La ubicación es buena, cerca de todo aunque en la isla es bastante normal el uso de moto. El precio es bueno con respecto a la calidad.

El el lugar en general es muy acogedor, las habitaciones dan directamente a la piscina y por la noche no se escuchan ruidos. Las camas muy bien. El aire acondicionado es silencioso para dormir con él. El personal muy amable y atento pero esto no es diferencial pues son así de serie 🫶🏼.

El tamaño de la habitación y el baño, pero si, como nosotros, solo paras en el hotel para dormir, es más que suficiente.

La piscina es increíble y perfecta para relajarse. El hotel está a solo 5 minutos de la calle principal, siempre ofrecen agua de cortesía y el desayuno, que está incluido, es muy rico. Si tienes una excursión temprano, te preparan el desayuno antes sin ningún problema. El personal es muy amable y atento.

La habitación solo tenía una cortina y entraba bastante luz tanto de los focos exteriores como al amanecer. La zona del café podría estar mejor protegida, ya que había algunas hormigas. También conviene llevar antifaz y tapones para los oídos, porque los gallos de los alrededores cantan durante toda la noche y a las 5:00 de la mañana se escucha una oración desde una iglesia cercana. Obviamente, esto no es culpa del hotel, ya que forma parte del entorno, pero es algo a tener en cuenta para las personas con sueño ligero.

really like on how clean it was and they changed our room on the first hour we checked in because they notice that there was a foul smell on the bathroom also the caretaker, the people at the front desk and the people at haven suites, were very accommodating and helpful when we need any help

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Stedet ligger i et rolig område og føles nesten som et hjem. Personalet er veldig hyggelige, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme, og de gjorde at vi følte oss godt tatt vare på. Barna våre storkoste seg i svømmebassenget. Det finnes basseng både for de minste og for større barn, noe som gjorde oppholdet perfekt for hele familien. Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste og kommer gjerne tilbake

Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en het het zwembad was er fijn en ook een mooie binnenplaats.

Het was 10-15 minuten lopen tot het centrum waar alle eetkraampjes en winkels lagen. Dus soms was dat een beetje ver.

the breakfast was excellent! it varied each day, complete with seasonal fruits, meat and coffee. sir chef also accommodates early breakfast so we can eat before our early flight. the pool was great, too! an added bonus was that you can wash your clothes and hang them to dry.

it's not that we don't like it. the bathroom just needs an inside slipper and maybe more lighting inside the room

TOUT petit déjeuner : très très maigre, seulement des œufs et du bacon et quelques fruits avec du pain, si disponibles!! et rien n’est au frais ni au chaud mais juste à l’air libre !! Seulement quelques places de disponibles. chambre : HORRIBLE ODEUR D’ÉGOUT ET MOISI IRRESPIRABLE DANS LA CHAMBRE venant sûrement de la SALLE DE BAIN MINUSCULE ET PLUS QUE RUDIMENTAIRE. NI EAU NI COFFRE NI TÉLÉ. Si vous vous attendez à un minimum de confort ce ne sera pas ici !!! personnel : l’employée était compréhensible et aimable mais sa manager n’a rien fait du tout pour nous changer de chambre alors qu’elle était IRRESPIRABLE. La 1er nuit a été passée contrainte car il était tard et nous étions fatigués,mais dès le lendemain nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. On nous a dit qu’on ferait quelque chose pour nous. Mais à notre retour d’activité en fin de journée le ménage n’avait même pas été fait et on nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas d’autres chambres de disponible. Seule solution : check out !!!! Inadmissible!!!!! à 18h, fatigués, en vacances, on ne s’attend pas ce genre de situation et à avoir des gens malhonnêtes en face de nous. L’odeur était horrible et je suppose que la manager n’aurait pas voulu dormir dans cette pièce mais elle n’a trouvé aucune solution ni même compensation. ELLE NOUS N’A MÊME PAS REMBOURSÉ LA TOTALITÉ DES 2 NUITS NON PASSÉES À l’hôtel. En effet, nous avons était contraints de trouver un autre hôtel, DANS L’URGENCE ET STRESSES à 18h pour ne pas subir une nuit de plus dans cet hôtel horrible ni NOUS RETROUVER À LA RUE. EXPÉRIENCE HÔTEL QUI A GÂCHÉ NOTRE SÉJOUR À SIARGAO. Booking n’a pas fait de geste non plus pour ce problème. Booking a contacté l’hôtel qui N’A MEME PAS DONNÉ DE RÉPONSE.

• WiFi area needs to expand as it doesn’t reach the room. • Strict compliance should be observed, and appropriate repercussions should be enforced for violations. • Noise of the guests especially at night needs to be controlled and managed properly. • More attention to nighttime quiet hours would make this place perfect. • I woke up at 1 AM due to noise from guests, which carried from the poolside to the rooms. It would be appreciated if quiet hours were more strictly observed.

Le WIFI ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Les serviettes de bain étaient propres mais avec quelques taches jaunes. Personnel peu souriant (hormis les Mr du petit déjeuner), nous avons eu l’impression de déranger à chaque demande faite. Etablissement non sécurisé par une porte d’entrée .. toute personne peu y rentrer à tout moment.

I booked my parents and friends here for a 1 night stay and they had great feedback saying the staff were friendly and welcoming, the property was clean, and breakfast was delicious. They had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

The location is on a quiet, peaceful street. Hot water is available in the shower, which is surprisingly rare in Siargao and appreciated.

Ant infestation: Ants were everywhere, including the breakfast area, room, and bathroom. This was not a minor issue but full colonies, and no effective action was taken to address it. Dirty towels: After requesting towel replacement, the new towels provided were heavily stained. When we informed the staff, they went through two piles of towels and struggled to find even two that were reasonably clean. Even those still had visible stains. Bathroom condition: The bathroom was mouldy, and the mosquito/bug net was extremely dirty, dark grey from dust buildup, and likely torn in places, as small insects were entering. It appears it has not been replaced or properly cleaned for a long time, despite being an easy fix. Breakfast quality: You can choose between a Filipino or international breakfast. The international option included one egg, two very thick, bread-like pancakes soaked in oil, and fruit (half a mango, banana, and watermelon). The excessive oil made the pancakes and French toast difficult to eat, and we were unable to finish breakfast on most days. If breakfast is offered, cooking quality should be improved. On a positive note, the mango smoothie (120 pesos) was excellent. Sales pressure: From check-in until the end of our stay, we were repeatedly offered tours and bike rentals, which felt overly pushy. Motorbike rental: We attempted to rent a motorbike on-site, but all three available bikes had defects, including one that would not start. We eventually rented from a nearby, more professional provider.

Der Pool war sauber und die Lage gut. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Positiv war auch, dass wir unseren Check-out auf Nachfrage um eine Stunde verlängern durften. Außerdem wurden wir zur Staff-Party eingeladen, was eine nette Geste war.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft. In dieser Zeit wurde nur einmal das Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt – das ist eindeutig zu wenig. Gerade weil durch Regen viel Sand und Schmutz ins Zimmer getragen wurde und zusätzlich viele Ameisen von draußen eindringen konnten. Die Eingangsschiebetür schließt nicht dicht und ließ sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal einen Spalt offen, selbst im geschlossenen Zustand. Ein absolutes No-Go war der Vorfall um 4:30 Uhr morgens: Wir wurden durch penetrantes Klopfen aus dem Schlaf gerissen, weil angeblich unser Pick-up vor der Tür stand. Dieser war nicht für uns, sondern für eine andere Unterkunft. Am nächsten Tag gab es keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption hieß es lediglich, man habe davon nichts gewusst und wolle nachfragen. Das Ergebnis: ja, der Pick-up war für jemand anderen – aber eine Entschuldigung blieb trotzdem aus. Ein solches Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel. So etwas muss vorher geprüft werden, bevor Gäste mitten in der Nacht geweckt werden. Bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Homestay handelt. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, sollte aber transparent kommuniziert werden. Das Frühstück musste immer am Vortag bzw. abends mit Uhrzeit vorbestellt werden. Die Uhrzeit konnte zwar noch angepasst werden, dennoch wäre mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht, da die Unterkunft im Vergleich zu anderen in der Umgebung recht teuer ist.

Tienen que hacer algo con el tema hormigas, no puedes dejar nada ni en la propia habitación (una pieza de fruta ejemplo) aunque sea un rato porque todo se te llena de hormigas igual el la zona común donde hay café, azúcar, etc… a la piscina le faltaba un poco de limpieza estuvimos 5 días y no la limpiaron…

Way to expensive for what you get. Warm water was not working, the Pool is 4 by 4 meter, so dont expect much swimming, very small room, ordered a shared van at the hotel and almost mist the flight because it came to late. Hotel did nothing to help us.

We had the shared bathroom and only one shower had hot water. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable, the rooms get cleaned every few days not refreshed every day

Very nice stay. Our room was big enough for 4 of us with 4 big backpack. The toilet though was very small. There is free coffee and water near the pool. Staff very nice and organised our transfers and trips. Massage is available but be careful as needs to be in your own room on your bed and we didn’t understand that. Very close by walk to the main road with all the restaurants

The bathroom had a problem with the drainage of the shower. So it was always wet. We had to use slippers only for the bathroom otherwise we would wet all the floor in the room. Also the door was not closing very well and this unfortunately would make some insect coming in the room.

Breakfast was requested the night before and cooked to the time you selected. Fresh ingredients and a mixed selection of items from local to western foods Staff were really friendly and helped with tours, moped hire, local information and any issues Room was clean and tidy with easy walkable access to the main tourism road & port where island hopping tours go from within 5 minutes
