Well I liked everything it was very clean and affordable and a great location in santiago la zurza 11 the one thing I didn't like was getting a reservation it was mostly booked.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026breakfast was good and quickly prepared. I liked the proprietress was living on site. Great and secure off-street parking. I needed to see an ear doctor and she gave me a super recommendation. We need more ice and the hostess arranged for it to be delivered. Lovely people.
There was only the much needed air conditioning in the bedroom, which worked well. It would have been lovely to have been able to spend comfortable leisurely time in the living room and dining area ... there is no ac and the unit faces the hot Caribbean afternoon sun.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Yessica la anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a dar indicaciones y solucionar, el sitio es muy tranquilo, la zona muy bonita y segura, a pocos metros se encuentra el monumento de los heroes que es un gran mirador y alrededor muchos sitios de esparcimiento: restaurantes, bares etc.

Secure, off street parking, hot shower without the usual problems.of low pressure or poor drainage! TV with Spanish and English channels and connection to YouTube and Netflix! Very comfortable bed. Wilton was responsive and welcoming. Altogether an excellent stay!
That we only spent one night.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auch dass wir dort einen Parkplatz haben war perfekt für uns, da wir mit einem Auto angereist sind. Das Zimmer sowie der Außenbereich und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder zurückkommen.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Depuis une quinzaine d' années nous louons des appartements ainsi que des hôtels celui-ci est vraiment exceptionnel . On a jamais rencontré un responsable , aussi dévoué ainsi que son personnel . La chambre bien agencée dans un grand confort , une salle de bain très moderne. L'hôtel est très bien situé tout prés du centre de Santiago . Ma femme est arrivée handicapée après une chute qu'elle a faîte à Las Terrenas . Le Responsable s'est occupé d'elle de suite , il a fait venir le SAMU pour la transporter aux services des urgences de l'hôpital . Nous ne parlons pas l'espagnol , ni le responsable le français . Sa sœur habite en France , nous avons pu communiquer avec elle surtout pour la traduction avec les docteurs de l'hôpital Vraiment une famille qui rend tous les services dont nous avons besoin . Encore merci pour leur dévouement

There are several rooms around a beautiful pool and grounds, mine had a small refrigerator and an en suite bathroom. Well-decorated and comfortable room. Parking is available on-site, behind sliding gates. Close to some great restaurants and centrally located. I felt very comfortable and safe here. Owners were very nice and available for any questions. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Good peaceful quiet area right in the zona monumental. Wiltom is a great guy. The pool is nice. Great to relax in the middle of the city. I booked a night right before doing the 3 day hike to the pico Duarte. Wiltom kept my backpack with my valuables safe during the hike and welcomed me back after the hike with all my stuff ready in my room. The swimming pool area was perfect to readjust to civilisation. Couldn’t have been better.
Santiago hasn’t too much to offer, but has nothing to do with the accommodation.
