When I got there , there was left over food in the microwave No toilet paper The pillows were yellowish not white Basically the standard was not the same as the pictures the only part that met my expectation was the bathroom .

We didn't get the house that we booked and had to deal with a very loud group on our second night 😒😒😒

The cottage j was allocated was amazing, the access through the room was even private and the place is quiet peaceful with enough space to move around.

It felt dirty, stains and marks on blankets and curtains, cutlery was really dirty in the drawers. It was not comfortable due to everything feeling dirty. This property needs a serious upgrade. Pillows were cheap and soft. Towels were old and small. Really not what you’d expect from a seasoned guest house. Photos make it look much better than in reality. Felt a bit catfished to be fair.

1. Booking was confirmed and upon arrival it seemed that there was no booking 2. Was taken to an area filled with washing where the manager tried to sort out the booking - I was late for a business appointment because of the time it took 3. My room was not ready at 16:00 in the afternoon 4. My linen was so dirty I could not sleep on it and borrowed pillows from my colleague traveling with me 5. I had 1 very small towel left the second day 6. The power tripped a few times 7. It was very noisy outside

The manager had a very nice attitude and was very helpful when I called him the next morning about the dirty linen

I'm even thinking of booking it again.

Location was great and walking distance from sea. Jerry and his team when extra mile to split beds into single beds for me and my friend.

Lack of inner glass plate for microwave. Only gave 1 toilet roll although we were 2 ladies staying there, so now back up paper in case needed. Did not replace the milk etc. that we used every day. Parking not enough.

this property has been falsely advertised. the photos on booking.com DO NOT in any way correlate to what I was given. the place is being run like a hostel. my room was a maids quarters. the bed was ROCK hard. no natural lighting, no coffee plunger, dirty, absolutely stinking of drains. I got parked in when I needed to leave in the morning. hateful place.

The accommodation was not prepared. As for someone who paid months in advance. The facility was not clean at all. Starting from the towels to the kitchen. The dishes and cups were full of dirt. It wasn't pleasant at all

The place was dirty, there were hair strings on the floor, long hair, even in the shower. They have ants infestation, in the morning our food was full of small black ants. Our room did not have a cupboard, had to put our bags on the floor. They had tea and milk but no sugar. The bathroom towel was so rough, you could not wipe your body with after showering. There was no sea view as stated.

The 2nd room we were moved into on our 3rd day, there were dry fried chips around the bed & there's too much dust & dirt on the carpet.

It wasn't our first time visiting the accommodation. It is our go-to place when we are in PE. Clean, comfy, safe, and beautiful.

There place doesn’t have breakfast but has some items for cooking, however the owner did not bother to answer when asked about some things about the kitchen. Location was good.

What clients see in pictures should match what they will find at the place. The bed had sand on the first night.

Beautiful living areas. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Friendly staff. Great welcoming from Jimmy :) . I would definitely stay there again. I have already told friends and family to book for a stay.

The clothing drying rack was broken. The washing line had bedding hanging overnight, so we had to hang swimming clothes and towels over the balcony, which is obviously not a nice sight. Overall, it was a great place.

I specified on the booking that I was reserving for 4 people, that is myself, my husband and our 2 kids but were given a room that is a size of a matchbox, my husband had to sleep on the floor, we couldn’t move around at once because there was no space, because of its size it was so hot in the room there was no aircon and the fan was not helping..worst ever

Place needs upgrade and building maintenance. Brown ceiling patches ,possibly old leaks. Stoeps need good scrub and regular sweeping..Bathroom lights not working,reported, not fixed. Place not ready at 2pm check-in time . Damp smell inside kitchen cupboards. Replenish your laundry, towels white?; staff uniform and staff identification? Mirror not well placed at all in room. Sorry guys not a come back for us. Just get the basics right

The property itself is generally pleasant and relatively well maintained. The location is a definite highlight, as it is conveniently close to the beach, shopping malls, and a variety of restaurants. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, and Netflix is available in the rooms, which is great for guests who simply want to relax and unwind. The staff were very polite and friendly.

We booked this accommodation expecting a specific room category. We chose a King Room advertised as having a balcony, pool view, and inner courtyard view. Unfortunately, the room we were given had none of these features and was very basic, which made it difficult to justify the higher price we paid—especially after later noticing that other rooms on the property did have the amenities we had expected. We raised this concern via the provided WhatsApp contact but received no response AT ALL, which was VERY disappointing and made us feel ignored. Another issue arose one evening when housekeeping changed the towels but did not replace them. We contacted the same WhatsApp number and the call was answered by the female owner. Unfortunately, the interaction became unnecessarily tense. Instead of focusing on resolving the the missing towels issues, the conversation shifted to concerns about us walking back from the pool while still wet (potentially making a mess, which we didn't by the way). While waiting for towels in our room (which was a long wait), we found a single towel hanging on our kitchen/dining chair. This was the only towel in the room and it was a small head towel. When replacement towels were eventually brought and it was mentioned that one of us had used this towel, she was implied that we were not being truthful about there having been no towels. This made us uncomfortable, especially since we were two guests in the room and needing more than one towel should not have been questioned. This appeared to be an honest housekeeping oversight, but the way it was handled detracted significantly from our stay. With clearer and more respectful communication, the situation could have been avoided entirely. While the property itself is nice and does have positive aspects, being given a room that was not what we booked and having our concerns dismissed took away from the overall experience and made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
