A very elegant and spacious villa. A lovely pool for relaxing. There are tables in the outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. Spacious room and kitchen area.

The towels cannot be used by the pool. I would have liked to have water bottles in the room.

La résidence est située dans un endroit calme et a un parking facilement accessible. La chambre était simple mais comportait tout ce qui était nécessaire . Un espace commun avec une belle salle à manger et une grande cuisine très bien équipée permet de se préparer des petits déjeuners ainsi que des repas. Notre contact a toujours été réactif à nos demandes et les instructions du check- in étaient claires et détaillées.

Me gusto todo, lo único que estaría bien una lavadora,

Me gustó dejar el coche aparcado en recinto cerrado y "literalmente" a vista desde la habitación. También la amplitud de la estancia y de las instalaciones en general.

Me sorprendió que no nos hicieran la habitación después de la primera noche. Supongo que debe ser lo establecido en ese alojamiento, pero lo cierto es que no lo supe ver con antelación y la sensación fue desagradable al llegar a dormir la segunda noche y encontrar todo igual como estaba por la mañana. Esto ya son cosas particulares, pero a nosotros nos gusta dormir con la ventana abierta y hay en el vecindario un perro con "buena voz" y pocas ganas de dormir.

The pool. After a long hot day on the Camino de Santiago it was a great surprise to have a pool. We followed the directions on hand to the local supermarket to stock up on supplies. Take away food from a local churraiscaido to eat in the dining room. The kitchen is very well appointed to fix a meal too.

a beautifully restored old mansion with lovely vintage details here and there. all in all the house does have a great charm and is located in a quiet part of town yet very close to everything (by car)

although we were made aware that there is no reception, no caretaker and no service at all (and not even coffee or water provided), it still feels weird for us to do everything by ourselves in a ‘hotel’ … maybe we are not the right target group for such a place, coz we felt a bit left alone although all communication through whats app worked better than well!

La casa estaba muy limpia, la ubicación es buena y el local es precioso. Hay parking privado y es de fácil acceso.

No nos gustó la música SÚPER ALTA que uno de los huéspedes puso TODA la noche durante los días que estuvimos allí. Es una casa con habitaciones independientes para cada huésped, pero como no hay nadie monitorizando, los que no tienen educación hacen lo que les da la gana. Una pena que nos tocó estar allí con personas así.

Prachtig huis, hele mooie locatie. Buiten het centrum maar alles snel bereikbaar. En als je meer dagen hebt in Viana is het ook heerlijk om daar te xhillen bij het zwembad of in de tuin.

Es increíblemente bonito, da gusto estar allí. Es súper bonito, la piscina, el jardín y todas las instalaciones. Estaba súper súper limpio y bien ordenado y decorado. Sin duda voy a repetir. Una pena que nos tocará un día de lluvia y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Muy bien ubicado, la verdad que se llega en nada en coche al centro de Viana do Castelo.

Alojamiento muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Me gustó mucho este tipo de alojamiento, de habitación y baño privado con el resto de espacios comunes.

Gostei do estilo da residência e do serviço prestado, de uma forma geral. Também gostei da piscina.

O único aspeto que considero menos positivo é a inexistência de ar condicionado no quarto. Apesar disso, foi possível dormir confortavelmente na noite mais quente porque abrimos as janelas e o ar da noite, mais fresco, ajudou muito.

Très belle maison : chambres joliment décorées et confortables, parties communes spacieuses et agréables… piscine où il fait bon passer un moment entre deux visites …la cathédrale de Viana do Castelo accessible en moins de 20 minutes à pied

A beautiful, well-maintained property with a lovely common area and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was very nicely cared for, and I would have happily stayed longer!

The only small downside was leaving the parking area when departing independently, as it was a little difficult. However, the owner reacted very quickly and helped me, so everything worked out perfectly.

Infelizmente, imprevistos acontecem e não pude usufruir da estadia. Contatei o local e o sr. Tiago foi impecável connosco. Quando pensávamos que tínhamos perdido todo o valor da reserva, ele ajudou nos e conseguimos o reembolso de parte da reserva. Ficámos muito gratos pela atitude 😊

The house is amazing and it is very spacious to accomodate all of the guests who are staying in it. The rooms were quite spacious and the pool plus the trampoline was an extra bonus for our daughter.

The building and surrounding gardens are beautiful, peaceful and full of character. We loved our spacious, clean and lovingly decorated suite, as well as the shared facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are lots of places to relax. We also loved Viana (25-30 min walk in to the centre), which has lots of charm, some interesting museums and churches, nice restaurants and a relaxing vibe.

La casa es preciosa y especialmente cómoda para ir con niños ya que tiene piscina y una cama elástica, que les encantó a mis hijas. Tiene zonas comunes para cocinar y comer y está cerca en coche del centro.

Creo que el alojamiento mejoraría mucho si tuviese desayuno. Eso facilita mucho las cosas a los clientes, es un plus importante, por lo menos para nosotros. En este caso no nos preocupó porque era una estancia de un día, pero si vas más tiempo agradeces no tener que preocuparte de hacer compra ni de buscar un sitio para desayunar...más al principio del día, que vas con calma

La demeure est juste magnifique et tellement aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est tout aussi sublime avec des jeux pour les enfants (grand trampoline, balançoire et toboggan). La cuisine partagée est parfaite.

Very clean, very beautiful house with a large communal kitchen and spacious dining room. Code to get in (easy access, but no owners present). Great geographic position high up on hill in town with nice views. Convenient: laundromat right across the street on opposite corner. We stayed one night while doing the Camino and enjoyed the respite this place offered.

Pool was being used by some people playing loud music for a while, but otherwise a very enjoyable expericience.

Adorei este espaço: desde a piscina e espaços exteriores, passando pelo quarto super confortável (gostava de saber qual é o colchão para comprar igual 😄), e terminando na cozinha partilhada que tinha todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. Foi só uma noite, mas adorava poder ter ficado uma semana inteira, a aproveitar o espaço e a cidade. O self check in também foi muito simples e agradável.

Everything was good, however you should take into account that residence is built in old times and noise insulation between rooms is not very good, if your neighbours are loud, you will hear it. There is no a/c, but when you open windows, mosquitos come in, the room is equipped with mosquitos trap, however, it didn’t work in our room

Our room was spacious and the bathroom too. We liked that there was maximum modern comfort, but with old details that went great with the house itself. The kitchen is a shared kitchen, but it's big and had everything double (oven, induction cooking and dish washer). And it was nice to meet other people there.

There is no airco, but when we were there also not needed. Maybe it's the only thing that could have been better, but it's not really something we didn't like.

The residence is a stunningly beautiful place with very friendly staff, clean rooms and just an overall pleasant place to spend time at.

There was nothing we did not like.

Room, location, kitchen facilities and pool.. Bedroom and bathroom very good. Local buses just a dhort walk away. Local panedarias and supermarkets handy for breakfasts and eveninh meals if desired.

Lack of local map of the area and maybe Viana town guide would prove useful to travelers.

The property was beautiful, calm, spacious and the staff was incredibly accommodating, despite our English language barrier. This was our first stay in Portugal and set the bar incredibly high. All three members of our group had a great nights rest. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

The Three Marias was an excellent accommodation on our Camino, very comfortable with a spacious bedroom and en-suite and access to spacious kitchen and sitting area and also outside sitting areas as well as the swimming pool. Access was very easy and communication was v good. It is quiet and private and not too far from the Camino route with access to shops and restaurants/bars reasonably nearby but is not in the centre of the town.

It would have been nice to have some teas and coffees in the room, even if not in the kitchen

Matratze und Kopfkissen sollten mal getauscht werden. Sonst wirklich alles prima.

The property is very clean and well presented. It has many areas to relax (including the small terrace on the front) which we really appreciated and the swimming pool is truly a great add!

This is a beautiful property, it’s an old refurbished large house with a well maintained pool and many areas to relax.

Our room was right next to the pool where guests were swimming and gathering. This offered very little privacy as guests were right outside our windows including staring right into our bathroom and at our bed. This meant we had to keep all shutters closed and it’s very hot. Secondly, our room was next to the kitchen and guests were loudly making food and talking until well after midnight. It was extremely loud and disruptive, difficult to get a proper sleep when walking the Camino.

La ausencia de personal, te lo tienes que hacer todo, buscar las llaves, encontrar tu habitación, buscar entrada a parking. Personalmente este tipo de alojamientos no me convence.

Para além das dificuldades em localização do estabelecimento hoteleiro, eu próprio encontrava-me em dificuldades de saúde, nomeadamente com sincopes derivada a a uma situação de falta de saúde sindrima cardiogénico).

Tolle Villa, nette Vorabkommunikation- man hat sich bei seiner Ankunft gut begleitet gefühlt, obwohl keine Person direkt vor Ort war. Alles „gut organisiert „!! Schöner Pool, nettes Zimmer , super Balkon, Küche exzellent ausgestattet…….

It is an historical property. Provided a good kitchen for food preparation and a nice dining area. Nice swimming pool. Good shower

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were awful and the sheets rough. Staying downstairs you can hear the guests above you .

The house is beautiful. The cleaning team were thorough and friendly.

A ghost hotel., or a glorified hostel but at least hostels have staff onsite. All appearance and no substance. There are no staff onsite. You never knew who was in the next room, felt very creepy. The lights constantly going off in the common rooms added to the creepy ambience. One night a couple upstairs were shouting at each other at the top of their lungs for hours. There was no one to call to deal with this. This kept a lot of people awake that night in the building. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful building, clean, easy checkin

​El alojamiento estuvo bien para una parada corta: la limpieza era correcta, las instalaciones comunes y la piscina están muy bien, y Viana do Castelo es un lugar precioso. ​Sin embargo, encontramos algunas deficiencias en la habitación que hicieron la estancia algo fría, literalmente, ya que la calefacción no se podía regular. También notamos que el grifo del baño no cerraba bien. El cuarto en sí nos pareció poco acogedor y echamos en falta detalles como almohadas más grandes o una cafetera. Además, aunque el check-in autónomo es práctico, el proceso resulta un poco impersonal. Es una opción aceptable solo para pasar una noche.

L'endroit est bien situé et très agréable. Nous avons passé une nuit au calme et très confortablement installé. Je recommande cette endroit.

La villa est magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Tiago a pu m'offrir un early checkin une fois la chambre prête. Les indications étaient claires.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz war optimal. Das Bett auch für große Gäste sehr bequem.

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e confortável com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia em família. Foram sempre super atenciosos com todos os nossos pedidos. O facto de ter estacionamento e possibilidade de carregamento elétrico também foi um enorme mais valia.

Bellissima casa leggermente fuori dal centro di Viana. È come convivere con altri ospiti in una casa di amici! La camera era come nelle foto, ampia e pulita, letto comodo. Self check-in facile. Io non ho avuto modo di godere della piscina, comunque un grande plus! Parcheggio interno comodissimo.

Forse avrei preferito un piccolo frigorifero in camera piuttosto che la condivisione del frigo della cucina comune, ma non è stato un grosso problema.

Fantastische accomodatie, een echte aanrader! Heerlijk aan het zwembad gelegen en een duikje gedaan. Alles was top! De check-in verliep perfect (op afstand) ik kreeg een what’s app berichtje hierover en was wat achtersochtig zoals je tegenwoordig moet zijn maar alles was oke.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit dem besten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich glaube ich war der einzige Gast, neben einer Familie mit Kindern (Familie der Eigentümer?). Es war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber! Die Villa ist ein Traum, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Check-in ohne Probleme. Ich bin Camino Pilgerin und bin happy, dass ich mir das Einzelzimmer gebucht habe. Absolute Empfehlung!

Polecam na Camino I by zostać kilka dni. Zalowalismy że nie zostajemy na więcej mocy by rozkoszować się tym domem. Wszystko dobrze wyposażone. Pachnące i naprawdę mile. Czułam się jak w domu.
