Frühstück sehr lecker, Iglu schön und sauber, Lage top und sehr ruhig.

Transport nach Sirkka war möglich nur mit teuerem Taxi oder Uber ( der gleiche Preis). Das Resort bietet keinen Transfer ins Dorf, nicht mal einmal täglich . Ohne (Miet) Auto müsste man sehr viel für Taxi bezahlen. Hotel empfiel nur Taxi als Transportmöglichkeit obwohl ein Mietauto kostet im Vergleich nur ein Bruchteil. Das Restaurant bietet nur ein einziges Menu um 70 € , das man nicht unbedingt mögen muss. D.h. entweder essen was es gibt, oder ein Taxi um 70 € für hin und zurück nehmen.

Friendly staff. Clean installations. Modern equipment. Good location. We also stayed at the Kakslauttanen glass Igloos. Both costed us roughly the same, but the experience at Kakslauttanen was depressing. We even left their small uncomfortable Igloos a day earlier.

Maybe an actual alarm in the room to let us know when the polar lights are shining. App notifications are mixed with all the other notifications that you receive from different apps.

Très propre, très bien situé. Personnel à l’écoute. N’ayez pas peur d’avoir froid à l’intérieur, il y a le chauffage sans souci. Une douche bien chaude sans problème également. Un wifi qui fonctionne au top. Une enceinte Bluetooth top (il faut installer l’app pour le Bluetooth). Vous pouvez vous balader autour à pied dans les forêts enneigés. Idéal pour profiter des aurores boréales depuis votre chambre.

Le petit point faible est la proximité des autres logements qui selon moi aurait dû être plus espacé car debout nous voyons les autres à droite et à gauche. Aussi s’ils allument la lumière le soir, cela éclaire votre chambre.

Staff was very sweet, the 5 course dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. we were lucky to get an igloo that was remote.

I was missing a relaxing lounge/ bar area in the main building to have a drink before dinner. There were only 2 high tables in a very small area/ basically squeezed into the gift shop area that weren't very comfortable. The prices were too high for renting their private sauna taking the quite high room rate into consideration.

A perfect location for watching the Aurora, great facility and very well trained/professional staff. The breakfast is delicious with good variety. Although the menu is a bit limited of choices for guests who stay longer than three nights, but the chiefs are making great efforts in preparing the dishes! The reception staff are very efficient and responsive for getting the activities & airport transfer arranged prior to the arrival. The attention to details for meeting guests' expectations are greatly appreciated!

I think the location is the best for Northern Light viewing in this area. The hotel also offer free northern light alert app. It is also close to the south point of the ski area.

Il manque un espace à la réception avec une assise, le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible, il manque une machine à café dans la chambre au lieu d’un micro onde et le camion qui réveille tout le monde à l’aube avec la lumière ..

Absolutely fantastic! Worth every single euro spent. The igloo is luxurious and cozy, amenities are great, the location is beautiful. We saw the most amazing display of the northern lights/aurora from our bed, it could not have been more magical! Honestly though, even if we hadn’t seen the aurora it would still have been incredible. Highly recommend, it’s a once in a lifetime experience! Also, the breakfast is sooooo good!

Dinner options are very limited, there’s only their fine dining restaurant, which I’m sure it’s great but of you’re not in the mood for fine dining or does’t feel like spending what it costs, you’ll need to plan ahead. The igloo offers kitchen supplies, a mini fridge, microwave and electric kettle though!

Beautiful, cosy glass igloo. I thought it would be cold because of the glass but it was warm even better than some hotel rooms. The jacuzzi was amazing, absolutely loved it, was so relaxing. The bed & pillows was also very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend.

Everything was smooth including early checkin.

Le peu de flexibilité car nous voulions prendre un igloo supérieur. On nous a demander de rendre le notre a 11 h et prendre l’autre uniquement à 16 h alors que le notre n’était pas louer. Quel dommage ce peu de flexibilité

Great venue in really beautiful location. Breakfast was really tasty, with some nice local flavours. The Rooms are superb, the panoramic views are insane, we were very lucky and got to see the Lights as well as a little bit of snow. Magical stay!

You do need to have a car to pop into the town, the hotel can get you a taxi but this is quite an expensive back and forth. Would be nice to have a daily shuttle option. The Restaurant is fantastic, but is only open in the evening so a few snack options would be great as well (small lunch menu).

Priveliștea cât și mâncarea ne au impresionat plăcut.Dar și că am avut posibilitatea de a vedea aurora boreala. Este unul dintre cele mai bune locuri dacă va doriți să vedeți acest fenomen magic.Noi pentru aceasta experienta am venit.Un adevărat spectacol al naturii.Uimitor.

This place is magical. The staff was helpful in every way. Room was clean. Breakfast is great, it was different everyday so no way you get tired of it. When you are there, you have to try there slow cooked porridge. It's a secret recipe and by far the best porridge I have ever had. Plents of space to park your car. Beautiful walking trails right by the hotel. Towns are only a 5 min drive and stores are available. The Igluts are fantastic to watch the northern lights.

I wish there would be a 'a la card' dinner. Unfortunately the hotel only offers a 3 course dinner every evening. But there are plenty of restaurants around the are so you won't be hungry. There is also a pizza delivery service if you want to just hang in the Iglut and enjoy some pizza.

We had moved to a suite which was amazing, except missing remote control and shower door was missing. Felt for the price you paid in the suite there should be no issue.

The aurora alarm should be free given the price of the igloo and the purpose of visitors staying at the igloo

The fully glass igloo is nice. Interior is well designed and comfortable. The igloo with the open fire is really nice. The position on top of a hill gives very nice view but only for a very few of the igloos on the last raw.

The igloos are very close to each other, and the whole place is very small, practically on a street surrounded by houses. There is nowhere to walk on the property. Does not give any wilderness feeling. Availability of reception is limited, service at restaurant not too good or friendly. Food is fine dining style, not bad, I would say average though and overpriced. We booked dinner, when we arrived asked to be seated upstairs with the view but were simply told “no, we cannot go upstairs”, but at booking we were not asked where we want to book. Check in is 4 and checkout is 11. For the price this is a short time to have. Also a checkout time of 11 is way too early in a place where you go to be awake most of the night for aurora hunting. At other igloo parks in the area checkin is 3 and checkout is 12 noon as default.

Beautiful glass igloo, very cosy and fully equipped. Great spot to watch the aurora. The staffs were super helpful, especially the lady working the morning shift. The Utsu restaurant was wonderful too.

Good breakfast. We tried the surprise menu for dinner and couldnt proceed with the mains - the restaurant staff were kind enough to propose another main. Very thoughtful all along.

The room they provide was totally different from what I booked and paid for. When I mansion this to the reception, they said - yes we agree that's it's not the same as on the pictures, but nothing we can do. Totally Not worth the money they asked. After this hotel we travel to Northern Lights hotel, almost the same price but 1000% better. Never stay here if you want to have what you expected

We had a wonderful stay. The Igloo was very comfortable. Sleeping and waking up in the middle of the night under stars was such a magical experience. In addition, we were lucky to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights.

We were not able to book a iglut with jacuzzi. It would have been better if the restaurant could serve a bit faster.

Le logement était nickel, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Malheureusement le ciel est resté couvert lors de notre nuit mais la visibilité du lit aurait été incroyable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, convient à tous les goûts. La kota et son feu de bois avec quelques guimauves fournies sont charmants.

Prix restant élevé mais à faire sur une nuit si le budget le permet.

Es war perfekt Wäre gerne länger geblieben!

Einfach nur traumhaft! Ich war noch nie so geflashed von einer location. Ich würde unbedingt empfehlen, ein Superior-Iglu zu buchen, da man sonst anstatt in die Natur, auf ein weiteres Iglu schaut. Der Flair wäre damit sofort weg. Es ist teurer keine Frage, aber lohnt sich! Das Frühstück war genau nach meinem Geschmack; Frisch und gesund. Nur das Rührei hätte warm und nicht so schlabbrig sein können.

Das Essen dort ist zwar extrem lecker, aber trotzdem viel zu teuer. Wir haben zwei mal dort zu Abend gegessen und haben (inkl. trinken) zu zweit insgesamt ca. 420€ ausgegeben. Ok, wir hatten jeweils das 5-Gänge-Menü, aber auch nur weil es sich preislich vom 3-Gang-Menü kaum unterscheidet, und die Portionen so klein waren, dass wir Angst hatten wir würden nicht satt werden. Da hätten wir uns eine günstigere Alternative gewünscht. Bzw. überhaupt eine Alternative! Als wir am zweiten Abend nicht das gleiche wie am Ersten essen wollten, war das anscheinend eine wahnsinnige Herausforderung für die Küche und seeeeeehr kompliziert. Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, als wäre grundsätzlich alles was der Gast als Wunsch äußerte, nicht umsetzbar. Der Service ist das nach außen freundlich, aber das wirkt eher unauthenrisch und aufgesetzt bzw. hat einen leicht genervten Unterton obwohl das Gesicht lächelt. Schade.

O local é perfeito! Os iglus são bem equipados, confortáveis e proporcionam uma experiencia única! Ainda tivemos o privilégio de presenciarmos a Aurora Boreal durante nossa estadia! Simplesmente perfeito.
