Hot tub could do with a refurb, some of the jets weren't working but it didnt spoil our stay.

Cooker top didn’t work even though we followed instructions in the book 😩 light in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026They had cooking hop which was amazing and cutlery plates and pots microwave Mentioning those in the website of booking would people book it for sure. I didn’t know and carried papa er plate with me
Maybe give the codes and which pod before arrival as luckily I asked another person there and they said they had to call to find out where to go. Parking was okay but only after somone moved their car straight, maybe parking bays would make it easier as people parked anyhow. Maybe add a fan/aircon.

The place was advertised for 4 people and we were 3 and couldn’t move in it My daughter tripped over the floor board at the entrance as it was loose Toilet roll wasn’t even 1/4!not enough for 1 person Stains on settee and couldn’t fit 3 of us on it Only 2 towels out and booked for 3 Only 2 seats at table. Advertised for 4 Absolutely overpriced for such a place No phone signal or WiFi and tried to call landline and mobile and no answer So disappointed and waste of money

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The location was good, very peaceful. POD was clean tidy and well kept. Hot tub was amazing just a great all round place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the day to day.
I think that the hob needs to be looked at for safety as a couple of times we accidentally knocked it on as it was touch activated. Luckily we had noticed before anyone potentially burnt themselves.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Lovely location and the pods and hot tube were set up in a nice way. Hot tub was not overlooked which was good and pods were cosy.
Our hot tub was faulty. The jets were intermittent and then would go off, we contacted someone and spent an hour discussing and was then told we were wrong. Someone came in the morning and said there was an issue. We got a small refund but it ruined the relaxing evening we wanted. Pods are nice but very tired. Glassware is plastic which if fine but it’s so scratched it’s cloudy. Water marks on the door, grease marks on the welcome folder , mould on the curtains and everything needs at bit of an upgrade.

No staff to talk to about previous issues that were offered but they didn't follow through with that ultimately cost me double the amount to stay. Don't know why they'd need driving licence details as that wasn't mentioned during the booking stage.

There was no fan and was really warm, lighting in bathroom a bit dull. More toilet roll needed as was only given half a roll. More cleaning supplies needed too as only had washing up liquid and a sponge, could do with having a little sweeping brush there to sweep after ourselves and some kitchen roll in case of any spillages.
