One of the beds was low to the ground but is probably catering for small children. The sheet on my bed could have been better a few small stains.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025We stayed here for 3 nights, such a lovely home equipped with everything you need! Location was perfect walking distance from beach, centra, restaurants and bars. Waterpoint was a great spot for the kids! The house had loads of games, including pool table, loads of dvds netflix, and more.. We hope to return next year.

Reviewed May 30, 2024Great facilities. Washer AND dryer, dishwasher... everything. The interior design was very cosy. Even some bits and pieces to eat in the kitchen! We couldn't have asked for more! Our nephew even played on the PS3 there... Oven and hob along with pots and pans, the house was basically ready to move in to! The bedrooms were comfy and enough space for a short break. The bathrooms were excellent with two toilets and very modern and clean designs.
No ironing board... we we're going to a wedding and couldn't find one. But we used towels and the work top.

Reviewed May 24, 2024House had everything you needed! All the little small touches books, dvds, board games and a games table,, everyone was entertained if the weather doesn't go your way!! Lovely outdoor area plenty of room for the kids to play! The stove was a great feature would light it before we went for a dip kids would sit around it when bck to warm themselves!

Reviewed Apr 2, 2024Quirky house in very central location, near Waterpoint and beach. Very quiet location. Lots of provisions provided. Was a bit cold the first night in the house but we lit the stove then which was a great heat. Only negative was the two beds which were on the floor with no base on the beds, bit uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2023Close to beach & village, house has everything you would need well equipped kitchen & everywhere was spotlessly clean!! Nice lay out downstairs with lovel garden & outdoor shower!!
Unfortunately only one bed suitable for adults, 2nd bedroom has has double mattress on chipboard base in very tight space & single pull out mattress, this room would suit kids but not suitable for 4 adults as we had booked for ?? ( note pictures of beds !)

Special mention to the layout and open plan downstairs with all its unique traits. A really cosy and comfortable stay with a really good location very close to the pier and beach and also to the local restaurants/bars.

The owner , on request said that English TV channels were provided. There was only Saoirview free to view Irish channels. Had we of known this ..we would have booked another property. The owners “clutter” was all over the house and there wasn’t even room in any of the kitchen drawers/cupboards to put our crate of groceries. We had booked it for 5 nights but had to leave after 2 nights. I was only glad that we had travelled from Dublin and not from overseas as I would have been extremely annoyed!

Difficult to open the lock box with the key in the dark. Hard to see where the mark was to align the thumbwheels.
