The man who got us the dongle as there was no Internet and who collected the keys and checked the house upon checkout was far from courteous!! Also house was quite dated and needs revamping.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025Great wee house for our stay! Plenty of room for family of 5 and dog. House was very clean and not a far walk from the main strip. Very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay definitely be back to this property!
Only down side hot water didn’t come through on an evening even with the hot water Emerson switched on so all showers etc should be done early.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025Heating broke all weekend, out of their control as storm but not giving any plug in heaters or any option. Came home with a very sick child and 2 adults with flu over the house been cold. Again out of hosts control.

Missing some basic facilities: no toilet roll! Key pick up ridiculous- what if we cannot get to the office by 5pm/6pm due to flight times to get keys?

There was a late check in fee of €20 for any time after 6pm, we arrived at 6:40pm due to adverse weather conditions (snow) and got charged this fee without any consideration. Check in time is 3-6 only, no exception. Bed sheets on one room did not seem clean, one visible fresh stain on a pillow case. House could do we a good scrub.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2024For a new year break away, it was perfect. Lovely house, clean, warm, and comfortable. Dog friendly!!! Really easy instructions on how to use heating, etc. Ken even put the heating on before we arrived. Real home from home. Gorgeous walks, but off season in a seaside town, it is very quiet, that is to be expected. Everyone we met was very friendly.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2023Exactly as described and pictured. We had an issue with our electrics halfway through the stay (not anyone’s fault just one of those things) but one phone call to the contact number we had been supplied and it was sorted by Ken, who was a fab fella and a legend.
Nothing to complain about here, no surprises.

Whilst the house does say there is no WiFi, I had forgotten to check, would have liked WiFi. Double bed had 3 pillows, 2 each would have been nice. Salt pepper and sugar would have been handy.
