Where to start? There isn't really anything not to like about Bayly farm. It's in a gorgeous spot, it's beautifully clean, well-equipped, the beds are so comfortable, the welcome pack outstanding, the list goes on. The attention to detail is excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving.😞

The house was exceptional. Very clean. So private and the hosts were always on hand if you needed anything. The hottub was great too.

Well maintained, clean property with all of the amenities you could ask for - even an excellent coffee machine. Gym onsite, a tennis court (rackets and balls provided) and a hot tub! My only regret is that we didn't stay for longer.

Such a gorgeous stay - we felt very well looked after. The house and surroundings are stunning. Beds couldn’t be more comfortable and the kitchen is superb. We’ll be back.

The property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. So cozy and surrounded by nature.

We especially appreciated the complementary cold meats, cheese, wine, juice, milk, and butter, as well as the delicious homemade breads, honey, and preserves. The hot tub was fabulous, and the property offered plenty of space and huge, comfortable beds for myself and my two sons. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A beautiful dog-friendly cottage on lovely grounds. Lots of little touches which really added to our stay, such as dressing gowns, toiletries and a welcome basket containing delicious breads, meats, cheese and wine.

No lights outside near the hot tub (around corner) in this property....even a large solar decoration light ✨️ would help..

Absolutely beautiful home! Knew by the photos it would be lovely, but every attentive detail was perfect. The robes, the fresh food gift basket, and abundance of fresh towels and toiletries. Felt like a luxury hotel stay, but in a self catered home. Have recommended it to everyone I know! Though I might regret that if it's booked up when I want to come back! 10/10

Pure luxury. Beyond expectations. Huge beds. Hosts left breads, wine, cold meats, butter, cereal, milk. Facilities amazing. So clean. Fabulous outdoor hot tub. Kids and I loved it. And dogs too. 😁

The house was stunning, so comfortable. A real home from home. The welcome basket was amazing and a lovely touch. It was the perfect location for us as we were attending a fitness festival. The hot tub in the evening was perfect for tired bodies. We didn't need to leave the house and really didn't want to. We were so relaxed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were available if we needed them. We will definitely be back next year.

It was so luxurious and comfortable. The owners left us some fresh salad, breads and wine.. including all the basics.

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was even larger and more comfortable than described, and having three bathrooms—including two ensuites—was such a blessing as we prepared for a wedding on Saturday. The thoughtful welcome basket, filled with wine, homemade bread, jams, honey, a delicious meat and cheese platter, juices, and cereals, was a delightful surprise that we truly appreciated. The Breville coffee maker was a special touch that made mornings a treat. The garden and jacuzzi offered a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxation. I am deeply grateful for this stay and already look forward to returning for more hiking and quiet moments in this beautiful area.

Fantastiskt hus i vacker omgivning. Rent, fräscht och snygg inredning. Bra faciliteter. Allt funkade så bra med gym, cyklar, tvättmaskin, spis, jacuzzi mm. Allt var perfekt för oss. Trevligt med välkomst korg med godsaker. Hjälpsamt värdpar och övrig personal på gården. Extra plus med små glada kärleksfulla hundar som hälsade på ibland.

Fabulous property close to Nenagh. Excellent facilities with separate kitchen and sitting room, leading to large gardens. This was ideal for our dogs who loved it too. Bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable both with en-suites and again well equipped. Welcome pack of milk, various foods and wine was a great touch and very very nice.

Could not fault it. If we had to be critical we might need 2 bottles of wine next time it was so nice!

We had a great weekend at 5* Self Catering. A food parcel had been left for us on arrival, and the house had been made child friendly with stair gates, a cot, and a changing table. The setting was also really nice, and there was lots of room for our son to run around.

Fantastic location,beautiful grounds,host supplies all toiletries,towelling dressing gowns ,towels ,bread ,butter,milk meats ,cheese,wine ,cereals coffee,tea ,jams hunny ,we were completely blown away . The hot tub was fabulous,parking was great ,we couldn’t have asked for a more luxurious experience and accommodation,we would highly recommend this amazing place.

We had a lovely week long stay , everything was 5star quality in the cottage , and baby gates all set up for when we got there, baby steriliser cot all ready to go The facilities were amazing for kids tennis courts, forest walk, especially the two dogs are kids fell in love with

Great facilities, comfortable beds & a hot tub. When we arrived the hosts had left some unexpected delicious treats for us which added to our lovely weekend.

Stayed here a few weeks ago with family - Beautiful house in a really quiet/relaxing location with loads of onsite activities available for kids and a big garden as well. Tom facilitated an early check-in for us and also offered a late checkout which was greatly appreciated to allow us to give the kids lunch before heading off and communication throughout was really good. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended the location to a couple of friends.

I don't even know where to start. The place is absolutely amazing. Secluded, away from any noise, apart from nature. The house is equipped with anything you need and more. On top of that, everything is of a very high standard. AC, underfloor heating, comfy beds, coffee machine, areas for kids, and people that like to stay active are just to name a few. Hands down the best place I have visited in the last couple of years. Great contact with the host throughout the whole stay. Tom really made sure that we can relax and enjoy our weekend. I wish more places were like that! I don't want to write too much, as there are some very nice surprises as well....

We had a great week’s stay in the cottage at Bayly Farm! The place is absolutely immaculate both inside and the surrounding grounds. The cottage is fully kitted out with everything you could need for a week’s stay, with a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. When we arrived we found the fridge stocked with a selection of local meats, cheeses, jams, milk, fresh breads and too much more to list! The hot tub was great with lovely views over the garden and robes were also provided. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us too, although you wouldn’t know it’s pet friendly as the place is spotless! It was all the extra touches that made it a great stay, such as changing the towels for us mid way through the week, the complimentary bottles of wine and the toiletries laid out on the bed like a 5 star hotel. The on-site tennis court and fully kitted out gym are great. Tom, Muireann and all the staff were very attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we could need. This truly is 5 star accommodation and we will definitely be back!

Truly the most beautiful surroundings to arrive and wake up to. The cleanliness was outstanding, couldn’t fault one single thing! Hoping to make this our annual staycation spot going forward.

Many added luxuries, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, an extensive welcome food hamper including homemade bread. The hottub was a delight. It was quiet and private, and we wanted for nothing.

The extra touches like lunch and breakfast packages on arrival. The cleanliness of the house and the grounds. The decor and comfort it really was our own private hotel. Perfect area for kids with sports facilities and a gym for the adults. Playground and plenty of space in the garden for kids to roam freely, bringing our dog made it so much easier to get away! The weather wasn't great but the house was so equipped with netflix and board games that it really didn't matter about the weather! Can't wait to return in the Summer!

The cottage is in a beautifully peaceful location just outside the town of Nenagh in the grounds of a working farm. The cottage itself is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and a joy to spend time in. It really is like a 5 star hotel experience. Everything has been thought of down to bath robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. We had changeable weather during our stay so having the Netflix was a bonus too. The fridge was stocked with gorgeous goodies from a super little shop in Nenagh called the Food Hall which we visited to get restocked. The outside space is as pristine as the inside and so private and tranquil. The hosts were excellent - on hand to answer any queries but also left us to enjoy our visit - perfect really. Really couldn't fault this beautiful place it's the best place we've ever stayed in and we can't recommend it highly enough. If you want to feel really spoiled then this is the place for you!
