Room 202 - Bedroom plug on right didnt work and one lamp in the middle. Hot tap needs looking at. Burger was quite dry.

The breakfast was fab and the area was very cute. The room and hotel itself were very spacious and clean. The smoking area was lovely, the bar and the bar food was very good. The staff were lovely and check in was quick. Location is great, just a short walk to the town and there were 2 garages on either side of the hotel, which was super handy for buying quick bits.

The bedroom was very stuffy/damp. Both my mam and I woke up choking during the night and then for most of the next day, we were sneezing and quite nasally. The beds felt a little damp. The main toilet behind the grand stairs for the bar is very outdated and needs updating. One of the toilets was leaking. I'm allergic to foam soap and couldn't wash my hands properly. Pity you dont have the same soap that's in the bedrooms in the main shared toilet. .

Lobby was nice

Plugs in the room didnt work, I rang and they fixed one of the plugs but it was just one plug. The room itself is quite dated and doesnt really match the rest of the hotel, the lobby and bar etc

We stayed at the Abbey Court for a family event ahead of a wedding, and everything was exceptional. Our room was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and the food was gorgeous. The whole hotel felt relaxed, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end—what more could you ask for?

The Abbey Court never disappoints, I was there with my 92 year old Mother. We enjoyed the outside garden spaces, we could have tea in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant/ bar area. The staff were amazing on every level.

The reception we got was the best, felt like I'm a VIP celebrity. Caylin and the team at reception did they're best to welcomed us. I'm already recommending the hotel to my friends in Dublin. Food was excellent, rooms, cleanliness 10 out of 10, bar and breakfast staff was amazing. The hotel grounds are well kept.

Au niveau du restaurant, dimanche nous sommes arrivés à 20h30. Nus avons été accepté cependant nous n’avons pas eu le dessert car il était trop tard !!!! Après avoir attendu, qu’il nous prenne la commande, une attente également pour nous desservir

Price changed when we got to the hotel went up by £150 staff at the cafe was rude when asking for things had no bins changed no toilet roll no beds made for the 5 nights we was there

Bar Food was perfect. Staff were nice. Easy access to town.

Sports Bar would be nice as the local bars are closing down in the town. A Bar you can sit and watch the racing, you are in Tipperary, which is one of the biggest and best Horse racing breeding stud farms in the world.

The whole place is very dated bar the entrance lobby which is nice and modern. The rooms are large but have very dated furniture and small windows (with no aircon when temps have been v high). The leisure facilities are fine but again could use some modernisation.

The dinner choice I made was a poor one. While the burger description was enticing what arrived at my table was not edible. The meat was severely overdone. Very disappointed considering the price I paid.

Wedding reception downstairs with loud music and guests that stayed long after, talking loudly, shouting, having a good time but so noisy that we couldn’t sleep until after 2am. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there is no big event being held at the time. We were refunded 20 percent of the original charge but it was as not really adequate compensation, appreciate the gesture though.

The late check in of 4pm and having nowhere to store people’s luggage. Only a couple of rooms had fans in 30 degree weather and there was no way of getting cold water.

No fan in the room or air conditioning in the room, extremely warm at night, no smart TV. Stood 15 minutes to be served at the bar while it was quiet.

Breakfast room was like a canteen. The food selection was poor, the hot food was cold - very unimpressed

The whole place is tired and run down. Stains on the carpets, no air conditioning in the room so at 27 degrees we almost melted. The mat in the bath was grotty . Someone else's shampoo bottle was left in there from previous guests

The restaurant food is good

I booked the executive room with expensive price but they gave me standard double bed room which is the cheapest one, so spoke to the receptionist, at the start he said he can’t do anything cause no more executive room left, I said my daughter can’t sleep in the same bed with me, then he said the only thing he can do move to the superior room , I contacted booking.com to make this complaint but booking.com could not reach an agreement with the hotel, but booking .com gave me some travel credit, very appreciated booking.com service.

It was a very beautiful property with a great restaurant. Wifi worked well.

the ' dead Catapillar@ in the bath the lack of a seating area in a large bedroom - the design of the bedroom was poor - cupboards had been put in a strage place - leaving no space near the window for seating it could have been an exceptional bedroom

Das Zimmer, sowie das Bad waren sehr schön und gross.

Wie waren eher enttäuscht vom Spa Bereich. Ein Schwimmbecken mit Badekappenpflicht und eine Mini-Sauna und ein Mini-Hamam
