Reviewed Jul 19, 2025We were a large family group of 13 and the house coped well. Location is very central with parking very close.
The house is spread out over 2 floors but didn't have a central meeting/gathering room. Yes there is a dining room and a small courtyard but no "living/family/group" area. It's probably not needed for everyone but as a family we missed that "central" area.

Reviewed May 12, 2025We (6 adults) stayed in the Waterside House for 3 nights. The house is very spacious, clean, and modern and the view over the Shannon was amazing. The location is right opposite the rowing club and the shops and bars are just around the corner. We met Philip and he made us feel right at home.

The faucets confused us. One for hot and one for cold? We couldn’t seem to reconcile how to work them. Very minor flaw.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024Stayed here for a stag do with a group of 20, no complaints at all. Really good location close to all the pubs, place had everything we need and beds were comfortable. Philip was also very helpful recommending pubs and a place for breakfast.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2024We recently stayed in one of the self-catering apartments for a hen party which hosted 19 of us. The location was perfect and there was plenty of free parking right beside the accommodation. Phillip was a great host and helped us with all queries. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also plenty of showers/bathrooms which was great considering the group size. Phillip also gave recommendations of places to go. I would definitely stay here again
