We loved the cottage,the location peaceful and relaxing. Cottage cosy. Mary the host on hand for anything we needed. We certainly will book cottage again. Our dog loved the daily morning walks from the cottage.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful, peaceful location with fantastic views; the only neighbours were the sheep. High quality accommodation with comfortable beds, quality linens and well stocked kitchen with everything you need to self cater. We were so pleased to be able to make use of the outside sitting area. No complaints from the kids about the wifi!

Mary ist eine unfassbar freundliche Host und die Cottage ist überragend! Abgelegen gelegen und damit genug Ruhe um dem alltäglichen Stress wirklich entkommen zu können. Die Lage war mit 1 Fahrstunde nach Dublin super! Wir haben uns in Irland verliebt und können Mary und ihre Cottage jeden empfehlen! Bonus - der Sonnenaufgang ist vom Bett aus zu betrachten

Die Türen haben laut geknarzt und der nächste Supermarkt ist 30 Minuten fahrtweg weg

Location very quiet. Loved the view.

The duvets were not big enough.

It was very rural location which is what we were looking for, but close enough to the town of Blessington if you needed to get anything, The cottage itself was absoultely beautiful with everything you could ask for. Bed was nice and comfy and the shower was very good. The surrounding view from the cottage was amazing and the host could not do enough for you. Always available when I contacted her

Il a été très agréable de faire connaissance avec Mary lors de l'accueil. Le gîte est très propre, bien équipé et situé dans le bel environnement des Wiclow à proximité de Glendalough.

Wow what a gem of a cottage, situated in the folds of the hills with stunning views, fabulous hostess, clean throughout, everything you could need, dogs more than welcomed, loath to tell anyone about it want to keep it a secret, will definitely be booking again when in the area

The cottage was very cozy, especially with the fireplace. Mary is really nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay!

Logement isolé mais on le savait avant de réserver. Les moutons qui se baladent juste derrière la maison donne un charme à ce logement. Hôte très sympathique qui est venue nous dire bonjour à notre arrivée

Nous n'avions pas le courant à notre arrivée. Je ne sais pas si c'est la propriétaire qui l'a ouvert à distance mais ca serait bien soit d'anticiper l'arrivée des personnes, soit de prévenir que ca va arrivé un peu plus tard car quand on ne sait pas, on ne sait jamais combien de temps ca va durer (surtout quand on sait que nous ne parlons pas anglais et que les propriétaires des logements (les 3 que l'on a fait dans notre semaine) ne parle pas un mot Français). En Irlande, ils ont tous un système d'interrupteur pour l'eau chaude. Quand on n'y connait rien (ce n'est pas comme cela en France), on est un peu vite perdu en fonction du logement.

Die Lage ist idyllisch, super Raumaufteilung, perfekt für 4 Personen und Hund. Nette Vermieterin, super hilfsbereit. Wir fanden unsere Woche dort fantastisch. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Die Schafe drumherum sind auch sympathische Nachbarn :-)

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Haus steht allein in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, mit Schafen und draußen Platz zum Sitzen. Die Abende am Kamin waren sehr gemütlich.

Es gab einigen Reparaturbedarf bei der Ausstattung (Kamintürgriffe / Wäscheständer).

Sehr schönes Cottage, das liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut für Ausflüge geeignet. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn hier, die Ruhe einfach toll. Die Nachbarn (Schafe) haben uns jeden Morgen liebevoll begrüßt.

Die letzten 3 km zum Cottage sind eine kleine Herausforderung, da viele Stellen unübersichtlich sich.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de cottage. Alles is aanwezig. Mary is een fijne gastvrouw en mocht er iets niet kloppen dan staat ze meteen voor je klaar. Het is een heerlijk kneuterig huisje in een rustige en prachtige omgeving.

Amazing comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings

Beautiful location, views amazing, my own home now pales in comparison 🤣. We had planned a short stay, taking the opportunity to go on short hikes each day. Perfect getaway to the countryside Our host Mary, is so lovely, highly recommended

Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautifully situated in the mountains. It was also easily located and a fairly short drive to a superb pub and cafe. We had everything necessary for our stay.

Location was just stunning, size of cottage was great for us, lots of room, great bed, shower and lovely and warm. Everything we needed in kitchen etc. Garden enclosed so perfect for our dogs.

Everything! The setting is amazing. I liked the one level living, the garden and views are so lovely , and secure for our dogs. The evenings were chilly , but the heating and wood burner kept us warm and cosey . Mary was an amazing hostess. I’ll definitely return .

This is a lovely place in the middle of beautiful Wicklow mountains. It's really spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Mary is a great host and explained everything to us at the start. Perfect if you have a dog as it is gated. Thank you

The accommodation is beautiful and located in a stunning place. You won’t miss anything here. It is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it’s wonderfully peaceful. We didn’t want to go home yet. Mary is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. One of the best accommodations we’ve visited in Ireland. Thank you, and we’d love to come back!

Spacious cottage with fabulous views of the hills. Very comfortable. Super warm, even in cold windy weather. Lovely stove. Easy to find. Kind hostess, easy to communicate with.

It was warm, comfortable, clean, spacious and in a beautiful location. Hosts were very attentive and friendly.

Beautiful location. The interior was beautifully decorated and modern. The fire was brilliant.

we had heavy rain which caused the guttering to drip and create a loud drumming noise outside ny bedroom window. Not sure if anything can be done to dampen the sound.

The surrounding area and views are spectacular. Its about 15 minutes easy drive from the nearest local shop, cafe, pubs etc Mary was very helpful. If you want peace and quiet this cottage is perfect. I look forward to my next stay at the cottage.

Beautiful cosy cottage in a quiet location with a nice view. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. There are lots of things to do and see within a radius of 15-60 minutes of driving.

Lambs and gorse through windows, views and peace

Spacious, warm, comfortable. Beautiful setting. Lovely hostess, Mary was very helpful and friendly. Our dog loved the walks. We saw some wild mink and also a red squirrel (a first for us in the wild) and, of course, we were surrounded by young lambs.

It was a little further away than we anticipated as we had family matters to attend to. This is the only reason we gave a 9 instead of 10 and is, perhaps, unfair as the location is magical.

We loved our sheep neighbors. It was a true countryside experience. We loved the wood burning fireplace and cozy living room. Appreciated the unlimited hot water in shower, the heaters and the washer and dryer. The front lawn area was also perfect for our dog.

The mattress was a bit springy, the toilet wouldn't really flush everything down, and the wifi went out often. No public transportation nearby, so you really need a car.

Ruth and I had a delightful stay in Cirriebrack cottage. Every comfort imaginable was there. We found Mary to be a very friendly, welcoming host. Check in was so easy. Everything was at an extremely high standard. We will definitely return. It was a magical break . Valerie and Ruth.

Beautiful location, comfy beds and space.

The location of the cottage is absolutely stunning. Nothing around but mountains and sheep. We spent a very relaxing few days here with our dog going for walks and enjoying nature. Mary was a wonderful host. The cottage is a gem and she has done an amazing job with updating it. Very clean and has everything you need for a few days away. Everything down to the mismatched crockery gave a very homely vibe. Bedrooms have recently been redone and they are lovely and inviting. The Wifi was even faster than what we have at home!

Mary, the host, was warm and welcoming Cozy little cottage in midst of Wicklow mountains. Good restaurants in nearby towns. You can really get away from everything here.

Can't complain about anything

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cottage. Everything needed is taken care of. Mary, the host, welcomed us with open arms, even though are arrival was delayed.

The cottage it quite remote. So if you don't have your own (rental) car it isn't easy to get there. But for us, who were looking for some quite time in the nature, it is wonderful.

The location was perfect at the end of a narrow but well maintained lane. We loved the absolute peace and good views but still close enough to the village of Hollywood. Our host (Mary) was very attentive and very helpful. My wife found a yoga mat at the cottage which she appreciated. The linen and towels were very good and the bed was comfortable albeit only a queen size so a bit small for my above average height. Plenty of cupboard space and the place is well heated. It also has a fireplace but it was not needed during our stay. It was great to have access to Netflix and the WiFi was extraordinarily fast at over 200 mb/s and it was very reliable. Parking is easy and plentiful onsite. The washing machine and dryer worked well. Loved that we could look up at night and see lots of stars (when it wasn't raining) with no light pollution.

The crockery and sandwich maker were put away dirty. The crockery was probably dirty as there is no dishwasher so some previous guests didn't do a proper clean after a meal. The bathroom is probably overdue for a refit which needs to include a heater. The power shower over the bath was a bit hard to manage. One of the windows didn't close properly so we had to deal with some flies each day. The miss match of crockery needs to be addressed.

Mary the host was exceptional. Thank you for sharing your property in a beautiful location where silence and surrounding beauty are abundant. We will definitely be back. Ted had a wonderful time too

A bit old. But the nice location and friendly owner made us forget. Owner told us it will be renovated this year. Would love to get back then!

a wonderful place to relax to escape the hustle and bustle of civilization - an amazing opportunity to stay with nature - a house where nothing was missing for a successful stay - but above all peace and silence and the starry sky at night - I recommend everyone to stay with these hosts !!!!

Dog friendly, entire cottage for ourselves. Hot shower, cozy stove, comfortable beds and small kitchen where you can make coffee and breakfast. What else you may need after full day of exploring Wicklow... Oh yeah internet, so there is one and is pretty fast. Fantastic view and good location with driving distance to main attractions. Highly recommend this cottage. Thank you Mary for great time.

It's a lovely peaceful place. It takes you away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. It's also got enough mod cons to survive on.

Probably would have been nice to have the Internet but not essential.

This is a beautiful cottage set in the wicklow mountains. Peaceful and picturesque. The host was lovely, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The cottage had everything you would need and a love fire for cosy evening. A wonderful escape from our busy life's. Would definitely recommend.
