Fabulous property.. plenty of space, Attentive hosts whenever you needed them.
We have stayed at Beyond The Water's Edge House before and yet again it never failed us. Monica has everything pristine and waiting for her guests. Just wonderful
There is nothing about our stay that we didn't enjoy
This house is in a spectacular location and the views out each window are beautiful. The rooms and the furniture were very comfortable. It was great to have two options for sitting areas with one of them in the same room as the kitchen/dining area. Whoever was cooking or cleaning up was not left on their own. The outdoor seating areas were wonderful, too! All of the appliances were in great working order. There were 4-6 adults over the course of a week so we used everything at least once. The hosts were very friendly and available when needed.
House was lovely, spotless and very comfortable. Perfect for our trip to Achill.
No Issues
Clean and functional. Great position, plenty of space. Owners cheerful and communicative.
Slightly under resourced- no tea or coffee provided, or even salt! Wifi details weren’t up to date because new system had been installed a couple of days previously. Owner had to come round to explain but he was then very helpful.
Very spacious house in a lovely quiet location and very welcoming hosts.

Location, host, facilities were just great!
Plenty of room for everyone. We'll equipped kitchen. Beds were perfect. Great location
Needs non slip mats in the showers.
Responsive hosts and a great house with all the amenities fitting a family of 6 (grown up children) very well
The house was gorgeous, and the hosts were more than helpful. In fact, they made our visit to Ireland so special! They made a few phone calls, and we had outings planned that ended up being incredibly special and once in a lifetime experiences. I would want to stay there forever! 😊
The owner Micky was great! Very lovely place to stay with lots of room. We throughly enjoyed this place and Achill.
The house had everything, well laid out and lots of information. Monica was just a text away if anything was needed.
The hosts were very kind and attentive. Any queries we had we got immediate response . The views from the house ,although we know them well continue to amaze.
Lots of room, very clean,

Monica was a fantastic host. We will be back
Clean, modern, spacious with 4 large size bedrooms. Beautiful outdoor area which is enclosed and safe for young children. Ocean and mountain views were superb. Very relaxing family weekend away.
Beautiful property - we loved it with no faults
The house was lovely, clean and well located. Everything you need for a family stay was in the house and if it wasn't then we felt comfortable to ask as our host was very friendly.
Loved the breakfast.
Still haven't received our deposit back.
Location was great. Lovely and quiet. Friendly hosts.
Nothing, it was everything as described.
Very easy, we had instant communications from the hosts
Many thanks to our host Monica who met us on arrival and took the time to discuss things to do on the Island as this was our first visit. The layout of house was perfect for a family and the location with a sea view was amazing.
Just back from 3 nights in this little gem 😊 can't fault anything from the hosts, location, cleanliness everything was really good such a spacious house with lots of room for a big family... (we will be back with ours) Ideal location with a little shop 5 min walk away with delicious coffee and breakfast to a drive from keel and keem beaches Thoroughly enjoyed our few days and already planning a return thanks so much Monica and Mickey Will be recommend to anyone you won't regret it
Not a thing!
clean house in a quiet location with good views. plenty of toilet options.
one of the few places on the island where we couldn’t get a good internet signal. got charged for heating and electricity during our stay, which I was only informed about on the day of arrival. I have read through the booking.com page again and still can’t see it mentioned anywhere.
Great location, very spacious and very friendly hosts. highly recommend
The property was clean, warm and comfortable. Good location for our cycling trip around Achill.
absolutely no complaints
We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything in the house was perfect ,super spacious, great kitchen and facilities. The location of the house was ideal ,close to Dooagh Beach, Keem Bay and local shops, pub and restaurant. We loved our stay here, it's a gorgeous home away from home the hosts were super friendly and welcoming and we will definitely return to explore more of Achill and stay in the Wild Altantic Way House.
Couldn’t fault anything in the house. No Wi-Fi but this didn’t matter we wanted to disconnect from every day life our kids didn’t miss its surprisingly!! There is so much to explore and enjoy on the island that we didn’t need it.
we were a group of 5 aldults, the house had all we needed, great value for money and a great location and we will return Josephine
Beautiful location with great trails and hikes. - Location (walking distance to Dooagh beach / a tuck shop / Lourdie & Gielty's pub and Dooagh Loop) - House amenities (oven/towels/fridge/freezer/TV/parking)
All great however WiFi would be handy if staying longer than a weekend to avoid additional 3G costs.
