10/10
Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Zitplaatsen op verschillende plekjes waren erg fijn. Het zwembad is absolute meerwaarde tijdens warme dagen. Ook de airco was heerlijk. Het uitzicht raak je niet beu.
Oven en bbq rooster waren niet proper. Verlichting is ongezellig. Aanrijroute is pittig!

Cleanliness
10/10Guests state the property is overall clean ('c est propre'), but note kitchen items (oven and BBQ grill) were not properly cleaned, so slightly reduced from perfect.
Service
10/10Host described as 'super sympa' and service impressions are explicitly positive, warranting an above-target score.
Location
10/10Outstanding views and praised as a place to book in the Douro, but access/approach route is described as challenging, so slightly tempered.
Room Quality
10/10House described as tasteful ('maison est de bon goût'); no specific room defects mentioned—standard quality for this tier.
Amenities
10/10Pool, air conditioning, and multiple pleasant seating areas are repeatedly praised (pool is an 'absolute meerwaarde'), so amenities are rated highly to reflect that strength.
Value for Money
10/10Not specifically discussed in the reviews; assigned the target/standard rating.
Food and Beverage
10/10Negative notes about oven and BBQ grill being unclean and lighting being uninviting affect the F&B/dining experience, so this category is lowered.
Overall Experience
10/10Overall sentiment is very positive ('On adore', 'Hier komen we graag terug') but some operational negatives (cleaning of BBQ/oven, shower future work, access, lighting) reduce the overall score slightly.
