Stayed here for 2 nights for SNA conference. This is probably the 2nd best hotel in Bengkulu. The room was okay, although its a bit old. The breakfast is okay, no issues. The only issues i have is a wifi. The wifi connection is unstable, and also the soundproof in the room might be improved.

I always chose to spend nights here every time I was in Bengkulu, the room was affordable and clean. The staffs also were helpful and professionally fast response to our request.

Nothing. Back then it was hard to find a parking space for car. But now they are expanding the parking lot so there is no problem in finding space for car parking. Well done, Santika Bengkulu.

The staff of at Hotel Santika Bengkulu really made us feel very welcome. They helped us with anything we needed and made sure we had the beste possible stay at the hotel and in the city of Bengkulu. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Bengkulu. Breakfast had a wide range of food, including both Indonesian style dishes and western type of food.

Nothing excites us. We regularly visit and stay in different hotels in Bengkulu We also regularly use Santika in different cities. These build our expectations when we booked to have our stay in Santika Bengkulu this first time.

Many things can be improved. I have to say: too many things A. Room There is no fridge in the room. Linen and towel looks very old, need for replacement. Only bath towel is provided, no hand / face towels. I confirmed to the house keeping and they have none. B. Services: 1. Check-in I received two debit notifications from my credit card company. First, immediately upon check in. Second, two hours later. These created concerns. Luckily, the reception called us that they have made double charging, but have cancelled one of them. This explanation is a relief, but still leave a lingering question on how it can happened. I asked for the proof of cancellation and the reception lightly said that it and I CAN COLLECT IT AT THE RECEPTION DESK. Of course, I went down immediately to collect it, before the staff in service change. But, this shows the level of service. In one word: Unprofessional 2. Second key. We normally ask for two keys so we can move independently. Some hotels provide them as a standard when we check in two people in a room. Some other hotels provide upon request. This hotel DECLINED our request for the second key, even after we insisted. 3. Service In the second day, we found that our newly replaced towel badly smells when we use it as a face towel. We asked for replacement, but we only get it after a second call. We have waited 30 minutes between the calls. The same happened when we need an additional coffee sachet supplies. We only get it after the second call. The repeated call and the waiting time is unacceptable. 4. Check-out Upon check out, I requested the printout of the hotel bill/receipt. The junior receptionist handle our checkout tried to printout unsuccessfully. She asked for the help to her senior colleague. But this senior receptionist said that they don't print the receipt for booking made online. This is OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE. Finally the front office supervisor stepped in and we get our hotel receipt.

Sepertinya sudah tidak jadi pilihan hotel saya kalo saya ke Bengkulu.... hehehe.... Yuk berbenah yuk....

Located strategically in City center of Bengkulu, the place is great! The service is awesome with affordable price. The room and toilet are clean! The breakfast is superb, they offer lots of variety of food! The have small gym and small swimming pool!!!

We stayed in this hotel when transiting to Jakarta from Manna. The room and linens were clean and comfortable. It is located near the city center. It took us about 20 minutes to the airport. The breakfast spread was decent. Overall it was a good stay.

So far this is the best hotel in Bengkulu. A strategic place in the middle of the city. Comfortable and clean room. We are sahur with very varied and tasty food. Nice place with like as usual in Santika group that served with their heart, a good hospitality. Recommended place you all going to Bengkulu for anything activities.

We stayed here two nights. It's a decent, modern hotel with friendly staff and pleasant amenities. Our room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. The A/C worked well and was quiet. The bathroom was clean, with a powerful shower and useful accessories. We had room service the first night as arrived late after a long journey. The food was good and arrived promptly. The breakfast buffet had a good range of local and western dishes to choose from, including healthier choices. There was also a live cook station for eggs and nasi goreng. There is a small, but pleasant pool. I was surprised to find just one changing room and open air shower. With several staff walking back and forth through the area I felt a bit uncomfortable about using it, so just got dressed and went up to use the shower in the comfort of my room. Check out was efficient and we were able to quickly get a taxi for our onward journey.

Good place for short stay in Bengkulu with warm and helpful hotel staff, will make you feel at home. Not far from city center, aprox 30 minute drive from airport and 15 minute drive to nearest beach.. recomended place for meeting your client and enjoy a good night rest

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel not dissappointed, bengkulu or bencoleen in ancient word is a small town although it a capital city of bengkulu province. Not so many representative hotel in bengkulu moreover 4 or 5 star hotel , so visitors hopefully be ready while visiting bengkulu. This hotel have swimming pool, gym center, live music (out door every mon-Friday), pick up service, bicycle (rent) and Spa/massage but everything in small scale. Breakfast menu is good but they didnt change every menu everyday. The Staff are warmly and friendly service. THE BEST LAH IN BENGKULU One morething do not forger visiting the fenomenal historical heritage fort Marlborough , a fort built by england colonizazion , a lof of story here.

got my biztrip for the first time in bengkulu city.. my team choose this hotel for our 3 days 2 nights.. the room is quite clean and comfy. the bathroom is also clean.. but the lift quite small, it’s just suit for 2-3 person. at the resto for the breakfast, the smoke from eggs stations is all over the resto and its smell stick on our clothes.. overall, it’s quite good hotel for living.. thank you santika bengkulu 😊

My second time staying in this hotel. Santika is actually the best hotel in Bengkulu, it can be reached around 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself is located in a strategic area, there is a mini market (Indomaret) and some food stalls (satay, 'nasi uduk') nearby the hotel. I am impressed of the overall service in this hotel. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Check in process is really efficient and the receptionist put extra attention of what guest wants, they are also really good in starting a small talk with the guests which make them instantly comfortable in the hotel. The room is not too spacious, but it is okay. I get room in the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. You can't expect for a good view (i.e. city view) from the room. All rooms just have local view of the surrounding area. If you stay in this hotel for business trip, you might find that the table is quite small, you have to move the tray on the table to make it more spacious. The bathroom is well maintained, but the light is too dim. Amnesties in the room are complete, but there is no snacks/mini bar in the room. Dining experience is great. Santika provides wide arrays of foods, from traditional Indonesian food to salad and dessert. The taste is great as well. If you travel with families, this hotel might be a good choice, as they have swimming pool and spa. For the spa, you have to book it in advance and based on the information from the therapist, many guests prefer to have the spa service in the room. I tried 60 minutes reflexology and it was okay. If you want to travel around the city, online transportation might be the best choice, since there is no public taxi. Other option might be the car rented from the hotel, but it may cost you more. In the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I loved to stay here. The food was good and also bedroom to. Location in the near of some vacation objects. Near from Fatmawati airport, and also has a pool. The service was great and i reccomend to stay here if u visit Bengkulu.

Booking made through Santika website, smooth. Check in was quick and the bellboy bery helpfull bringing the luggage up. The room was adequate for the rate which was superior twin bed. Breakfast was included. It was a wonderful spread they have lical, Indonesian and western food. Egg station, wafel station, the Indonesian food was cold it was supposed to be hot (fried chicken fish etc) but the staff did not mind at all heating them and tgen serve them to our table. The main course in the buffet are hot and tasty. Staff vary sometimes they remove dirty plates sometimes they just pretend that they were busy and I had complained to the manager Hesti which was very helpful to remove all the dirty plates from the table. Lunch and dinner were very slow, the taste were mediocre not recommended. The gloor was slippery, I Feel down in front of the lift, maybe door mat would be in order in the ftont door and front of lift. Room has safe deposit box. Pool was small indoor but it was ok Great things here is the feeling of safety in the hotel. Staff were very pleasant Well located if you have a car, parking was free and convenient. One let fown. Check out bery slow stupid & confusing by a guy at 6.15 am takes 15 min & iI was the only guest. Because I had 2 rooms he printed both bills separate, together, move one charge to the other many times confused all together, I think he was born confused🤣 Because I checked out early, I did not have breakfast, they offered to put breakfast in a box, and I ate it at the airport and it was really nice. All in all I would recommend it. It did not have a view whatsoever, but the secure feeling beats it all

I have stayed in this hotel for two times and it still the best hotel in Bengkulu. The staff also friendly. I love the breakfast menu. So various and delicious. But, I remember when the staff who made omelets doesn't appear, while the guests had a lot of queuing omelets.

We had a very short stay here but both agreed we wished we had stayed longer. Staff was very friendly, room was great, and food was solid. I would definitely recommend staying at the Santika.

Been here so many times so far I had positive experiences: Plus: This hotel has nice and friendly staff members, especially those who stand at the front door, receptionists, restaurant staff, security officers, etc. Rooms are clean and neat. Its location is pretty good, at the heart of the town, close to the business area. Food for breakfast is good but they provide almost same menus everyday, especially when it comes to fruits (watermelon, papaya, cantaloupe). I stayed for a month and you can imagine how boring my breakfasts were. Its swimming pool is OK. Minus: I found some furnitures, mostly desks, were broken and not attached firmly at the wall. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, but a bit slippery at the shower corner. Parking area is small, not convenient if you stay during peak season. There is a Pasar Malam Santika event every Friday evening, the crowd and music can be so much bothering and there will be limited spaces for parking.

Visiting Bengkulu for Business purposes, stay for 3 night and it was a memorable one. Great job for the events held regularly to entertain the guests and people around the hotel. Staffs providing the service was so amazing, Fenny at the Front Desk, Fitri (Restaurant) and Nengah (Bellboy). When I realised that I lost my wallet at the airport, Fenny and Nengah proactively made a serrious effort to resolve it. Thank you for that extra miles service genuinely delivered from the Heart!!

I'm here for business purpose. Stayed for 3 nights. And yes, it's Santika. My most favourite hotel in Indonesia. The room is nice, average large, friendly staff, and delicious food. I always like to spent more time for breakfast in Santika.

First time trip to Bengkulu, Santika Hotel Bengkulu , as chosen one..Right place to stay here, easy to reach many places. Hotel staffs service warmly , my room's comfy , although get smoking room. Breakfast menu... so many choice

For such small town, eventhough Bengkulu is the capital of the Province, Santika hotel is quite good. It stated as a 4 stars hotel but to me it is less for the value. The bathroom is dirty due to lack of maintenance. The colour of the towel is almost jellow, it seems never washed properly. For airport transport they charge you painly. They informed me about charging but I used to get free shutle transport fourth and back. The most compliment I can write here about the service of their personnel!!! When I got problem to log in into their wifi, the girl come up to our room to help me and when she also can not solved the problem, without hesitate she called their IT's and this one finnaly has made me smile again with in login into their provide wifi. The next morning for the breakfast, at their restaurant stand a young and energic man who aporeached and has served us as the guests at the 5 stars hotel. The breakfast their provide is great. We are introduced to their local food specialities. They have great pisang goreng which we tried in the afternoon, worthy to try. This one is a good way to let foreigner knowing on about what they eat. They all helpfull even their English is not perfect. From the entrance, the reception, and the restaurant, they did their utmost to please us.

It was nice experience during my stayed for 4 nights in this Hotel. The breakfast is owesome & the staff are friendly. I would love to stay here again for the future visits.That will be nice too if the hotel provided the hair dryer in the room.

The hotel was comfortable. After a long day at work and travel, I hoped for a good spa which I saw at the hotel. Unfortunately that was not that great as they had advertised. They were more interested in selling the higher priced packages and more importantly speaking in English was a challenge. The room service was good and the food was served hot. The buffet breakfast was just about ok. The room/ bathroom was clean and comfortable.
