Beautiful place to stay. Warm, clean and private. Beautiful surroundings. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were so warm and comfortable.

The property and local area was tree lined and very picturesque. Deb was very welcoming and friendly. This property gave great access to the whole area around Cromwell, including the bike trail.

We missed having a visitor information pack about the property and what's available in town etc.

This is a very comfortable place to stay and handy to everything we wanted to do. We had a very relaxing stay. Thanks so much.

Had a very warm welcome. Owner was great to deal with. Enjoyed the location as it was close enough to our venue but far away enough for our own time and privacy. Would highly recommend and will be staying there in the future

Very clean, cosy and quiet.

Great space for our family of four. We loved the accessible bathroom even though we didn’t need it and the host was lovely and friendly. The owners are on the same property to provide assistance if necessary but we had all the privacy and facilities we needed.

There was everything we needed and on an unusually cold night we were warm which was great. Although we didn’t need it we were impressed with how accessible it would be for a wheelchair user. Lovely kitchen area and loads of space.

war echt gut und sehr geräumig. Besitzerin hat uns gleich freundlich begrüßt. Parken direkt neben der Unterkunft auf dem großen Gelände der Besitzer. Sehr gepflegtes und schönes Grundstück. Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und war sauber.

Ein kleiner Kosmetik-/Hygieneeimer im Bad wäre praktisch gewesen.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood location. Gracious host. House is separate from host's home. Roomy house with large gameroom/laundry room. Well supplied and outfitted kitchen. Sunny, private porch.

Shower was wonderful, but without a shower curtain, it was a bit drafty and the water splashed into the rest of the bathroom. Would be perfect with a shower curtain of something similar

Easily accessible and nice and cozy

The peaceful, dark, pleasant location. The extremely comfortable beds; superb pillows, well-equipped accommodation and safety and security. A 4-min drive to our pickup point for our bikes for trail.

Hard to pick something - the only thing I couldn’t find was placemats for the dining table. I felt a bit reluctant to put plates directly on the wooden table.

This is a spacious and well-appointed cottage in a quiet location at the end of a cul de sac. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed, and ample off-street parking.

Everything was presented accurately online. The home felt very private and had everything we could have needed. The grounds are nicely landscaped. I enjoyed all the flowers. Super easy and clear walk to the lake. Comfortable furniture. Lovely host.

Lack of enclosed shower

Bellhaven is very well appointed - great kitchen, beautiful wet area shower, and comfy beds. It's also an amazing place if you've any walking disability eg wheelchair with wide spaces and stability bars in shower and toilet. Excellent location as it's straight off the main highway (8B), but within 5 minutes drive of the mall, and walking distance to a great restaurant called The Stoaker Room. Our host, Deb, met us when we arrived to make sure we were happy and was really responsive. We really enjoyed our stay

Great hosts, extremely helpful but perfectly happy to leave us to our own devices. The unit had good separation from the main house and was very quiet and peaceful--everything we were looking for.

The location was absolutely perfect for us, we had a wedding in the area and only had to walk 5 mins through the laneway. Was so quiet and peaceful property. The property was perfect for the five of us

The Chalet was well appointed and in a lovely quiet position with a garden. It was very spacious with aircon and heating as required. The bedrooms were of a good size, the kitchen had everything you would want and the wet room was simply superb. There was plenty of hot water and if we needed anything the owners were close by, but not intrusive.

A bedside light in the double bedroom and I'm afraid I'd have liked larger towels which would have made the property truly exceptional.

Beautiful view, lovely owners and very good clean space with loads of room for us all. The house is close to everything, so we were able to walk to and from the town centre. Think it would be an awesome warm house in the winter.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We spent three days in their beautiful holiday home and are very much looking forward to returning on a future trip. The house is extremely comfortable, spacious, modern and well equipped. The location is fantastic for access to the local shops, walks and visiting central Otago, and it was so good to come home and relax in the evenings. We slept very well, thanks to the comfortable bed and the quiet neighborhood, and we heartily recommend Bellhaven.

Shower slide was a bit loose and would slip down. Not major though.

Bellhaven is a great place to stay with lovely hosts and is really well equipped. The house really well set up for anyone using a chair or walking aids. I traveled with two 80 year olds and they were very comfortable and happy staying here.

Bellhaven was a great base for exploring the area. Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed for a week. We’d definitely be back.

I loved everything, beautiful secluded cul de sac, minutes from cromwell, very quiet area and such a beautiful place.i was travelling over from the west coast and arrived about 1am the owners had leftt a light on and a key for me.awesome. very comfortable bed and pillows.. big bathroom and spacious bedroom and lining area. honestly this is your home fro home if its available

there was absolutely nothing any normal person would complain about stayiing here lovely lovely place.spotless clean the owner came and met me beautiful lady, and so generous with her informaton for me trying to find permanent accommodation in the area, Again no normal person would complsain about staying here

the host was friendly and helpful and the location was really good for biking , boating and walks and wine tasting 😉

Very comfortable house. Very nice owner whi checked if everything was ok. No pressure. They trusted us. Very good geographic situation by lake Dunstan. Perfect to to for a walk from the house.
