The location is lovely and quiet, outside of the village along the Isar river. The semi detached house is spacious and the neighbours are very friendly.
The house needs a proper deep clean. It seems to just get a quick wipe with every change over, but there are cobwebs, thick dust and dead insects all over the place. 6 pairs of filthy oven gloves (why ??? 1 pair of clean ones would be preferred!) The south facing garden has a little patio with plastic furniture but no parasol or any other means of shade. There is a gap in the hedge to the neighbours, which is "closed" with a chair (definitely not dog proof). On the balcony, there is only 1 chair and table (both have seen better days), again no means of providing shade. Don't get me wrong, none of the above is ruining a holiday, but addressing these issues would have made for a much more pleasant and welcoming stay. Talking of welcoming, a little note to welcome guests with some information on the house, the local shops, restaurants, sights etc and maybe a bottle of water or some local chocolates or such like would have made such a difference.
