Good location, near to wherever we need to go. Friendly staffs and housekeeping. However, cleanliness wise is just bare minimum. Everyday we found small roaches in the bathroom. However all in all, pretty decent.

The checkin and checkout was quick was smooth. The room was neat and clean, very spacious too. Perfect for families. The pool is small but it was so relaxing to spend time there, the view is just beautiful.

There is an unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms, we informed the staff and they checked it, but the smell was still persistent.

Great customer service. The service here was exceptional. The staff are always ready to help with smiles on their faces.

The bed was so hard and not comfortable at all. I could feel the springs on the bed. Barely had enough sleep and also the walls are not sound proof whatsoever. You can hear the next room so clearly. Also the insects noise are so loud, it keeps you awake.

The property is very clean and comfortable. A peaceful place to stay. The view from the pool is amazing.

Pemandangan cantik, dekat dengan airport, dekat dengan pantai Chenang. Sekitarnya area kampung, senang cari breakfast yang bukan ala2 hipster, tapi breakfast kampung.

Wifi agak slow. Tivi hampir takde siaran apa yang boleh tengok, kena update dia punya android box. Dpat tengok movie pon tapi semua subs chinese

The location was great, and the pool was definitely a highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall.

On the downside, there were some stains on the sheets and towels, which was a little disappointing. The taped floorboard didn’t cause any issues during my stay, but it did take away from the overall comfort and appearance of the room. There also weren’t many good options for food nearby. Thankfully, the Grab app was very handy.

The room, swimming pool and environment are clean. Superb location with 10 minutes drive to pantai cenang. Pool view is beautiful.

They management should focus on pest control. Too much lizard, ants, and insect. I bring food into my room and within 10 minutes, the food full of ants. The pantry beside the pool was full of cockroach. My advice is weekly once should do pest control work something like fogging. Tq

Normaal laat ik eigenlijk nooit reviews achter, maar dit hotel verdient er echt een, de huisjes zijn mooi netjes en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Dit hotel steekt er echt bovenuit door het super vriendelijke behulpzame personeel, zo'n goede service maak je zelden ergens mee. Ze staan voor je klaar van sochtends vroeg tot diep in de nacht echt mijn complimenten. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden. Super service!!!

The room was clean and a good size. The beds were comfortable and a good size. My children enjoyed the pool and for the most part it was quite nice to swim in the morning. The views, especially in the morning, were quite breathtaking, especially after heavy rain. It is

Complaints on my side are minor, but are mostly to do with the items provided, such as the iron, which leaked water when used, or the kettle which had a dirty bottom from previous guests using the kettle to heat up Milo or coffee instead of heating up the water first. Other than that, I quite enjoyed myself and it was a nice break for me and my family. The pool could be cleaned more often as there can be quite a few bugs in the pool each day.

Check-in process was easy! I also liked how a clothes rack was provided outside each room to dry clothes! The room was very clean and comfortable, the workspace provided was also helpful for me to do some work. Plenty of parking and the view from the swimming pool during sunrise was amazing! Near to the airport too so we didn't have to rush. Recommended for those who want to travel around but also come back to the lodging to rest! Will come back the next time I visit Langkawi!

My stay was very good here and i enjoyed alot I requested for early check in it was granted to me and i checked inn at 1:00 PM.

In einer der Nächte hat eine Gesellschaft eine laute Pool-Party bis 3 Uhr früh gefeiert. Hat leider unseren Sohn aufgeweckt.

Location is strategic. Just 10 mins drive from Pantai Chenang. Its clean and interior is nice.

The room was generally fine, but the comforter and pillows had a noticeable musty smell. Plus the iron board needs to be replaced too. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness and freshness of the bedding.

L'emplacement ca va mais il faut avoir de quoi ce déplacer car y a rien au alentours a par un petit market a 250m au bord de la route. La piscine ca va mais elle reste petite mais très propre, il propose des location de scooter voiture au top le personnel a tout fait pour nous avoir nos scooter.

Literie inconfortable, la nuit les criquets vous laisse pas dormir car nous sommes en plein rizières sinon y a pas trop inconvénients

Erg gehorig, slechte bedden, laminaat met plakband gerepareerd, weinig voorzieningen de buurt.

Very cozy and chill. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Everything you need is in the room.

It is excellent for the price point.

TERRIBLY WORN OUT MATTRESS.woke up with a backache.U can feel the springs.Pillow too thin.Parking not lit at night.Poor upkeep and maintenance.Shower not covered,when u have your bath,whole toilet will get wet.

The staff was professional and very helpful, they were nice and accommodating eventhough we had a bit of hiccup which was my fault the staff help me without frowning at all. We booked the 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom, to be honest the TV was abit outdated but honestly who comes on a holiday to watch TV haha besides that the room itself is amazing, clean and comfy. THE VIBES! Mashallah the vibes was surreal, coming from a bustling city where daily life functions in fast pace the atmosphere there was so serene and calming that it almost feel ethereal. Surrounded by nature and greenfield of grass yet not even a single mosquito bite is just chef kiss. Will definitely come again inshallah.. and thank you to all the staff members for accommodating me and my family!

Nous avons booké cet hôtel uniquement pour une nuit car on partait tôt le lendemain matin. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit pour faire le checkin. C’est dans un endroit très reculé très sombre. La dame à l’accueil était très gentille une fois arrivée dans la chambre je me suis rendu compte que Les toilettes et la douche n’étaient pas séparées quand on se douche l’eau va sur les toilettes c’est tellement serré la salle de bain. Ensuite le lit était à même le sol. Le matelas plutôt comme c’est dans un endroit très reculé en plein milieu de la forêt, il y avait énormément de lézard devant la porte à l’extérieur et dans la chambre il y avait plein de petites fourmis, je n’ai pas pu voir la piscine car il était tard, je trouve que les avis Booking ne sont pas réalistes si vous aimez les endroits propres avec salle de bain propres, ne choisissez pas cette hôtel. Après on a passé la nuit, on est parti très tôt le matin, mais si j’aurais su, je n’aurais pas réservé dans cet endroit

Hotel was good

La localisation (10min en scooter pour aller à Cenang Beach, moins de 10min pour la zone du smith House etc, des restaurants et supermarchés à 2 min en scooter), le personnel à l'écoute et le tarif peu élevé. La piscine Nikel, le ménage top aussi, il suffit de préciser les jours où l'on souhaite le ménage à la réception lors de l'arrivée.

Qlq équipements à vérifier, la bouilloire, et la télé semblaient ne pas bien fonctionner chez moi. Qlq insectes genre cafards, mais très peu, c'est du à l'environnement, éviter de laisser traîner de la nourriture pour ne pas être envahi.

The setup is very convenient since the pool is near to the pantry area. Pool overlooking the paddy fields is the highlight. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Overall we had a pleasant stay but there were a few ants in the room. Parking was limited. It would be helpful to have designated parking space markings so guest will park more orderly and maximize the available parking area.

The pool is nice but need to clean always. Bcs the kiddo love to the pool always but we see so much insect died inside. It's normal, the area is nature so need more attention abt the pool.

If you have kids, the may be afraid of the insects which are not avoidable however this is common in Langkawi.

Very central to anywhere I wanted to go especially since I had a rental car. It was value for money. Generally quiet except for occasional children from other unit. Free parking was a big plus. Loved the shower water pressure so refreshing after a day out an about.

It was raining for hours before we checked out so ended up drenched trying to get to the car from our room. Thankfully reception had umbrellas we could borrow so that's a big plus from the establishment Maybe in future upgrades to the premises a covered walkway to the parking so shorter distance getting rain soaked 😀

Cloud9 Cottages ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A 10/10 perfectly pleasant and peaceful stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staffs are really helpful, kind, and genuinely care about making your stay comfortable. The accommodations are top-notch. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with all the essential amenities you might need. The swimming pool is not particularly suitable or safe for small children. The pool water is very hot. Despite the pool being restricted for kids, this is still a highly recommended destination for families. Between the excellent service and the cozy atmosphere

The garden and the view.

Very bad maintained. It was our second 1 night stay. The first time we had 3 bedroom apartment nr 2, and now the second time we had 3 bedroom apartment nr 5. We thought the bad maintenance of nr 2 was occasional. But maintenance was as bad in nr 5 unfortunately. The floor is taped together, the shower must be held in the hand otherwise you will wet the opposite of the room, the taps were loose, the water cold, the aircon didn’t work, the curtains were dirty, the walls are broken/cracked, the beds are amongst the worst we ever had. Had a terrible night, twice. The pool area also very bad maintained. Screws sticking out of the flooring around the pool which is dangerous, some parts are loose too. There are no shaded lounge beds near the pool. Also the very strong chemical smell in the apartments is disgusting. I don’t know what is was? Spray on the beds or the apartment in general against bugs? Can’t be healthy. We don’t come back and won’t recommend this accommodation. All in all very disappointing which is not necessary at all. With a bit of extra love and care this can be such a nice little resort. Hope they will fix it and improve it.

I stayed there for 4 nights and my stay was amazing.me and my loved the place a lot and definitely we will come back soon

The place is really quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend renting a small car in advance to facilitate your trip to and from Cloud9 and your stay in Langkawi. I rented a car and it gave me so much freedom (parking is available everywhere, unlike Kuala Lumpur and Penang).

Wifi wasn't working when I checked in and I had to ask the staff a few times before they fixed it. On the plus side, it was fixed pretty quickly (within an hour or two).

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean. Love the plants and greens at the resort. The view from the pool is lovely.

Although the resort has everything to be really great, when looking closer you see the floors are broken and taped, the water tap is loose, the shower is handheld or it’s pointing towards the opposite wall, the flooring at the pool has screws sticking out and loose floor parts. With a bit more love and attention this could be really great.
