I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was very dirty, with stained carpets in the hallways that were never cleaned. Throughout our stay, there was a dead cockroach in the corridor that was never removed. The room was poorly maintained – there was only one electrical outlet in the entire room, which was very inconvenient. Worse still, the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never changed during our stay. Overall, the hotel is unhygienic and in need of serious improvements.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025Nice pool. One of the room was clean and fresh and exceeded my expectations. The guy at the reception gave us a lift to the airport for 10 RM when the Grab App driver didn't show up in time. That was helpful. The children loved the French fries at the hotel restaurant.
The other room was really worn out. One of the smallest hotel bathrooms I've seen. The lock and door handle was really worn out. Initially the room had an unpleasant smell but it went away after the AC ran for a while. If we had stayed more than one night I would have changed room.

I'm booking 2 standard double bed rooms, which are provided with large beds, and the price that is stated in my booking is RM198. Who knows when my family arrived there? They need to pay RM214 instead of RM198. Okay, maybe it includes the tax. But the room that my family gets is a twin bed room. Seriously? And when we tried to call the receptionist through the phone, it was unanswered. Not worth it

Reviewed May 21, 2024The hotel offers a good value for the room with breakfast, compared to other hotels. It has roughly the necessary facilities like iron, hair dryer, kettle, air conditionner and so on. I also liked the pool, it is so quiet and has a natural view.
From the pictures, the room looks tidy and clean. In real life, the room smells bad as well as the bed and pillow sheets, which I didn't like at all. The windows are not clean, there are even insects inside the room. Right in front of my door, there was an electricity engine that makes noise 24h/7, which made it more difficult to relax and sleep.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2024Excellent value for money at around €22(during Ramadan) for a stop over, including a decent B'fast & a nice size pool! Yes, it has a couple of chipped tiles & old furniture, but clean & has all necessities including free onsite parking. On top of that, one of the very few budget motels/hotels in Malaysia that has TV with some English speaking channels!
