Excellent place a 10 in my book. Could not fault the place. My family loved it. I recommend this beautiful place too anyone.

Very comfortable Villa with everything we needed. The fire was on when we arrived which was lovely as it was very cold outside. Very cozy. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and communication was great. The bed was warm and very comfortable. The kitchen had lots of equipment which made home cooking easy.

The decor and amenities were spot on

A lovely large and quaint villa. Period features in its original construction but with modern amneties and kitchin, lounge. Amazing fire and made for a great stay.

Overall size was great, warm and cosy. All you need. Location was convenient, very central.

The Vila had a fire lit in the fireplace and the heatpump was going, so it was nice and warm.

Lovely old villa with comfy chairs and beds. We loved the open fire which warmed up the house beautifully. Well appointed kitchen with full oven. Netflix was a bonus. Weather was a bit cold and miserable, so we cranked up the fire, cooked a lovely dinner and watched movies. It was just the break away we needed. And the shower - best shower ever. Loads of hot water and great water pressure.

Probably just a little more attention to vacuuming under some of the furniture, beds especially.

Beautiful house, plenty of space, warm and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and ensure you have what you need.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr nette und hilfreiche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ideal, Zentrumsnähe und doch in einer ruhigen Straße.

Lovely home, with beautiful touches everywhere you look

I was a bit late, and Tina had lit the fire to warm the living and kitchen area for me. That was a lovely welcome. Tina took me through the home, then left me to relax and enjoy. A beautiful home. Very cosy and welcoming. Super comfortable bed, slept soundly both nights. Great kitchen, everything available. Within walking distance, the harbour to view seals and little penguins, the fantastic historical area in town, and of course the eateries.

Nothing to fault, except walking back up the hill to home.

Spacious, well appointed living areas. Beds were super comfy and warm. Lovely wood fire in the lounge room.

A great cosy fire. The water pressure is wonderful. Nice fresh crispy sheets and fluffy towels. A home away from home. Handy to the Victorian Precinct. Extremely comfy beds.

The heatpump is a bit noisy but it doesn't keep you awake.

Fire was going also the heatpump. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Netflix and wifi available.

The smell of the cleaning product. Lemongrass. It was overwhelming. We both got headaches. The owner has taken this on board and is going to look into an alternative. Because of this we didn't choose to stay another night.

很可爱的一栋老房子，布置精巧细致，位于海边的一座山上，距离小蓝企鹅的保护区大约五分钟车程。客厅里有个壁炉，体验烧木取暖很有趣。

到达是冬季，房间比较冷，取暖设施的热力不太够，好在有电热毯。

The Villa was very comfortable and very well set up. The house was warm when we arrived with the fire blazing.

We couldn't find the control for the heat pump which meant it went all night and was a little noisy.

The heat pump was quite noisy. It did keep the house warm overnight, but was loud. Overall it was a lovely place to stay ☺️

It’s a relax and cosy place to stay in!

Beautiful spacious villa, 3 bedrooms with everything you might need in the kitchen. Shower over bath. Lovely period furnishings, and ornaments everywhere. Real lived in and character feel. Parking on-site or on the riad outside. Easy to find and close to main town area.

Main bed mattress had a bit of a lean on it but otherwise comfortable.

Spaicous and well loacted property. Host was so friendly and helpful.

A delightful villa with a strong sense of history and an amazing environment. It offers all the pleasures of cooking. Next time, stay for a few more days.I like the landlord's family.

Everything there for us, the fire was cosy, short walk to harbour st.

Pretty character villa and garden in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to town and a short drive to other points of interest. It was lovely to be able to prepare a meal in the evening and the muesli for breakfast was a nice extra.

This home was amazing. Everything was perfect. Warm, clean,tidy, gorgeous. Everything you could wish for. Did I mention GORGEOUS!!!! Tina's house is delightful only wished we could've stayed longer.

Very communicative host who provided an excellent breakfast for us on our departure day. Lovely house, much more spacious than I was expecting. Great location. We went to see the penguins - easy 5 minute drive away. Host provided recommendations for dinner and much much more.

The property needs some refurbishing. There is no central heating. Apart from the pinguins there is not a lot to do in Oamaru.

Very comfortable and relaxed place to stay. The beds were super comfortable . The host was very helpful, she was very happy to drive us and our luggage into town the next morning.

No complaints AT ALL, just a comment to be aware of a climb up the roads to the property...but worth it! Just info if you are not driving.ie after bike riding tour.

The house heater was switched on arrival and there was also a heater for all the beds. Tina was also very prompt in replying and we were provided with all the necessities we needed.

As the house was a little old, the floor was creaky and it could get a little noisy as we walked.

The bed was really comfortable and I had a good sleep
