Disgustingly dirty, old beds without bedsheets , really filthy sofa and armchairs, kitchen is really badly equipped almost impossible to cook. Bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Shower is horrible.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The stay was generally good. Huge very comfortable house for 7 of us. great location, very near to Pantai Cahaya Bulan shops and eateries. Air-con in all bedrooms was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Some basic facilities need improvement. Utensils such as spoons, forks and mugs were not enough for 7 people. Towels were also insufficient. Washing machine is available but guests need to bring their own detergent

Reviewed Apr 23, 2024We checked in and didn't stay. House is nicely renovated but was not what we expected in terms of comfort. Checked out less than 1 hour after checking in. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with.
Location was too far away from town. As it was fasting month, it was not convenient as there were no restaurants opened nearby. From the picture, we expected the house to be a housing area with proper roads but the road to the house is very narrow (one lane only for two way traffic) and it was in a kampung. Nothing wrong but it just didn’t suit our needs generally. WiFi was weak. Couldn’t get connected means no entertainment during time in the house. Aircon working but not cold enough. No air con in the living rooms, means it’s hot and stuffy even after 30 mins with 3 room aircon on. Kitchen was not equipped - only remember they had a mini fridge and a water dispenser. Overall, it didn’t meet our needs and we checked out. We booked two nights and had to forfeit both nights.

The location is quite far from the main road. The facilities in the house can be improved. Overall the house is great for its price especially if you come with group or large family.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2023It was very easy to talk with our host via whatsapp. We were looking for a house to share near the airport, Adda Guest house was well located. We asked for extra mattress and our host came over to give them to us very quickly, perfect!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2023The location of this property is close to the main road. It can accommodate three cars in the premise parking. The house is big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My family enjoys their stay here.
I want to suggest the owner change from using the term "Breakfast provided" to "Snack provided." The owner actually provides such as instant noodles, coffee sachet etc. to the customers, not the real breakfast as I thought. Another suggestion is for the owner to use a safety box to get & return the key.

my telco (digi) only has one signal bar. the wifi that is provided is only 3 mbps and can only surf existing tv. if we want to share the wifi it will slow down the broadcast. the more people are sharing the slower the wifi is. there are wireless 100mbps broadband offered by celcom at rm100 per month. entertainment is the main thing for people who come here to relax and happy .
