Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Absolutely everything for a large family, a large house, recreation rooms, kitchen, bathroom, everything you need for a long stay, children are fully occupied, board games, darts, football, everything is great, jacuzzi open 24 hours no extra charge, gas grill. Walk along forest trails, guest house in the mountains, free of charge. Lake, river, fishing, rowboat, life jackets, everything is there and everything is included in the price of the property. Quiet, peaceful, great views of nature. For a small fee you can use the wood-fired sauna on the lake shore, fantastic. The owner is very kind and helpful. The property has a lot of information about the sights of the area. I recommend it, we will definitely come back here in the summer !!!

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Ein großes Haus für maximal 9 Personen, wahlweise auch als zwei getrennte Wohnungen nutzbar. Riesige Wohnküche mit Schiebetürabtrennung zum genausogroßen Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoß, eine Etage drüber das ganze noch einmal, nur etwas kleiner. Große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und großem Jacuzzi, in den locker 5 Personen gleichzeitig passen - ein gigantisches Erlebnis, bei minus 15°C in 39°warmem Wasser über den kleinen Ort und das Kirchlein auf den See zu blicken, im Rücken die wohlige Wärme vom Holzkaminfeuer... einfach nur ein Traum! Ein perfekter Ort, um die Natur Norwegens und die vielen Wasserfälle zu genießen. Die Gastgeber supernett und nicht aufdringlich, Probleme wurden sofort gelöst und es gab viele wertvolle Tipps. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
Nichts hätte besser sein können - es war super, und der Schnee kam dann auch noch rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten!

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025A beautiful house in a very quiet location. It seems that this part is overlooked by the crowds; it's so peaceful and quiet, even during the big summer holiday. We also loved the little motor boat to go fishing or just have a nice time on the lake. Lars gave us tips and was always available for questions. Supermarket was close by and in the evening and morning this is a self service shop; so it's possible you are in the supermarket completely alone! The views from the deck were amazing. Also the Gaularfjellet scenic route is highly recommended!
