There's nothing the owner can really do about this, but for a house which can host so many, an additional bathroom would have been helpful. If the owner develops another property to be able to host for a larger family gathering, 2 1/2 to 3 bathrooms would be ideal.

beds a bit uncomfortable, one bedroom smelled of urine, feet hurt a bit due to carpeting, dishes/pots a bit dirty
