Ocean Villa

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung, die außerdem auch noch hübsch eingerichtet war. Der Balkon ging zur Straße, das hat überhaupt nicht gestört, da dort kaum Autos entlang fahren und es trotzdem ruhig war. Das Team der Ocean Villa war sehr sehr freundlich und nett und hatten jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Die Gastgeberin Aylin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett war das Willkommens Paket bestand aus Toast, Butter, Milch, Marmelade, Wasser,Kaffee und Thunfisch. Wenn man zum Pool ging wurde einem direkt die Auflage für die liege gebracht. Die Koffer wurden sogar nach oben ins Zimmer gebracht. Ichbkann nichts negatives über das Ozean Villa sagen und wurde jederzeit wieder hier meinen Auflauf verbringen.

Das Aparment war sehr gepflegt.Die Gastgeber (Aylin und ihr Team) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zusätzlich haben wir von ihnen für das 1. Frühstück alles bereitgestellt bekommen (Wasser, Butter, Brot, Milch und Marmelade). Die Zimmern wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die netten Aufmerksamkeiten.

Wspaniali gospodarze, którzy nie byli właścicielami, ale prowadzili obiekt super. Byli bardzo pomocni, szczególnie Pani Filipinka, która pożyczyła mi nawet swojej karty autobusowej kiedy okazało, się że nie mogę doładować apki, zamówili nam transfer z lotniska, zaproponowali wycieczki w atrakcyjnych cenach, z których byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, zamówili taxi kiedy spóźniliśmy się na ostatni autobus 🙈. Obiekt dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni toster, czajnik, w jadalni mieliśmy dostawkę dla dziecka. Na balkonie dwa leżaki, suszarka na ubrania. W obiekcie i na zewnątrz bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, dodatkowo ręczniki plażowe. O ogród i basen dba ogrodnik. Sklepy spożywcze niedaleko obiektu. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy. Plaża w sierpniu pełna glonów, ale mimo to spacery po niej są cudowne.

Troszkę umeblowanie jest starsze i w łazience jest wanna, ale to kwestia przyzwyczajenia.

Lokalizacja, czystość,przyjazna i pomocną o obsługa, przywitanie na przyjazd, przedłużenie wymeldowania bez dodatkowych opłat.

Bez uwag W okresie lipiec i sierpień na plaży bezpośrednio przy obiekcie są wyrzucane wodorosty z Oceanu.

La villa è semplicemente meravigliosa. Su due livelli con bagno sia al piano terra che al primo sono una comodità. Dal primo piano si ha una vista splendida sul mare con sdraio per godersi ogni momento della giornata. Il piccolo giardino è un plus per cui hai lo spazio sotto il patio per poter mangiare in totale relax. Supermercati sono vicinissimi. Meno di 5’ in macchina così come dei take away e un piccolo mercato del pesce. Ma il vero plus è Ailyn e le persone che lavorano nella struttura. Gentilissimi e pronte ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. Ci hanno offerto del latte di cocco appena arrivati e fatto trovare piccole cose in frigorifero che sono state utili appena arrivati. Pulizia giornaliera che è un altro plus della vacanza. Tutto semplicemente perfetto. Struttura super raccomandata

Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein Traum. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Biggest bugbear in our Seychelles holiday We didn’t appreciate how we were chased to update card details few days prior despite notice on booking.com that its cash payment. I asked in writing if I could pay in euro so we can assess how much we need to set aside on our final days on Seychelles But didn’t get any response I updated my card twice after being chased and followed up to confirm but was ghosted - no response. And was asked to pay up by cash immediately upon arrival. Would have been a less stressful holiday if the response was more prompt

Ailyn, die Gastgeberin vor Ort, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit Blumen dekorierte und eisgekühlte Kokosnüsse offeriert. Sie und ihr ca. vierköpfiges Team, allesamt wunderbare herzliche Menschen, haben uns, während unserem Aufenthalt stets sehr diskret zur Verfügung gestanden und uns immer wieder mit leckeren tropischen Früchten und anderen Leckereien verwöhnt. Täglich erfolgte eine sorgfältige Reinigung, sofern wir dies wünschten. Die schöne Anlage, mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen, ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich unterhalten. Der angrenzende Strand, welcher durch ein Tor abgegrenzt ist, wird ebenfalls stets auf Vordermann gebracht. Vor dem Haus «Eve» sind ein Parkplatz und ein privates Gartenstück vorhanden. Auch die anderen Wohneinheiten haben Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Haus «Eve» betritt man via gedecktem, halbrunden Sitzplatz durch eine Gartentür. Diese führt in die Küche. Ein grosser Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Toaster, Reiskocher und Wasserkocher und ausreichend Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer mit beigem Bad und Fernseher befindet sich auf der unteren Etage. Das grosszügige Schlafzimmer mit Wohnbereich und angrenzendem blauen Bad befindet sich auf der oberen Etage. Darin befindet sich ein grosser Fernseher. Die grosszügige halbrunde Terrasse, ausgestattet mit kleinem Gartentisch und 2 Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm, ermöglicht einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage in Richtung Meer. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr neuwertig, jedoch das meiste immer noch gut im Schuss. Vom Meer aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang in Richtung Anse Georgette geniessen. Angrenzend an die Liegenschaft befindet sich ein gut erreichbarer Strandabschnitt, welcher oft von Einheimischen genutzt wird. Wir haben es genossen ein Stück wahres seychellisches Leben mitzugeniessen. Wir haben uns stets sehr wohl gefühlt, reisten mit einem weinenden Auge ab und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

All of it! Even tho the Ocean villa is excellent, the staff will be missed the most. Most kind people you can find anywhere. All of us had a tear falling down when leaving after 2 wonderful weeks. We will most certainly be coming back.

Would be nice with a washing machine, even though washing is provided by the staff. But when you travel with kids, accidents happen and they dont care what time of day it is.

Ailyn staat ons op te wachten met een grote lach. Dit maakt dat wij ons gelijk thuis voelen. Ocean Villa ligt op een uitstekende lokatie met het strand als je achtertuin, hoe geweldig is dat!. Onze kamer was ruim, goed uitgerust en een zeer prettige douch en een geweldig bed. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij diverse keren nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. De strandbedden en kussen op het strand wordt in voorzien. Wat een heerlijke beleving hebben wij gehad bij Ocean Villa, zeker door de gastvrijheid van Ailyn.

In de communicatie ging het soms wat mis. Maar dit heeft zeker geen invloed gehad op ons verblijf. We zijn meer dan positief over Ocean Villa, Ailyn en alle andere medewerkers. Veel dank voor deze mooie beleving.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They let us stay in the room after check out time until we had to go, so that was very helpful and nice. Location was good with it being quite at the center of the village which meant supermarkets and take-away places were close.

The terrace of the apartement room was right next to the driveway and the garden space was only around the pool, which was quite small. Every house has it's own garden space and they are private so regarding which room you take, it will determine how big of a garden you will get. The balcony of the upper room was on top of the driveway so there wasn't too much privacy. We felt the price and quality relation was a bit out of balance.

Tökéletes hely a pihenésre, közel az óceán, pár lépés. Minden nap takarítottak, kis welcome ajándék várt minket. Nagyon szerettük.

Wir hatten das Apartment Oriel. Die Räume waren groß, modern und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Klasse ist, dass man ein Starterpaket für’s Frühstück im Kühlschrank hat. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und zu Supermärkten und Restaurants hat man es auch nicht weit. Aylin und ihr Team sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine wirklich schöne und saubere Anlage. Der Garten wird jeden Tag gepflegt, der Pool ist wirklich Klasse und unsere Wohnung Cherubin im 1. Stock war wirklich toll. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Kokosnüssen, Toast, Butter, Milch und Marmelade. Es gab einen direkten Strandzugang (30 Meter) Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

W-Lan war manchmal schwach und instabil.

Sehr sauber, das Appartement hatte eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, wie Herd mit Bachofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, einen großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank eine gemütliche, große Couch mit Couchtisch,. Das Schlafzimmer ein wirklich gutes Bett! Genügend Stauraum! Bad mit Dusch, alles ziemlich neu, 2 Balkone. Ich wat alleine unterwegs und hab mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Ailyn hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und mir ein gutes Frühstück (Aufpreis 10€) gemacht, 2 Eier, Toast, Butter Marmelade, Obstteller etc

Die Fenster und die Türen sind leider nicht schalldicht, daher ist es zu bestimmten Zeiten recht laut ( es wurde mir aber gesagt, dass die Türen und Fenster demnächst ausgetauscht werden,,damit das Problem behoben wird) und…. Ich hätte mir eine Leselampe gewünscht!

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit gratis Zusatz wie kleines Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und frisches Obst vom Garten.

Klein aber fein, jeden Tag wurde geputzt und es gab immer eine Überraschung am Tag, ob Pancakes, eine Kokosnuss, frische Früchte… hatten eine tolle Zeit hier! Das Personal ist mega bemüht und die Unterkunft liegt direkt angrenzend an den Strand.

Sehr nettes Personal, wir wurden mit kalten Tüchern, Frühstück im Kühlschrank & Kokosnüssen und zwischen durch einem hausgemachten Gebäck überrascht. Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, es war sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, um die Ecke hat es gute Restaurants und Take Aways. Pool & Garten sehr gepflegt und sauber. Strandzugang vorhanden. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein größeres Zimmer buchen, aber würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Straße ist frühmorgens relativ laut. Unterkunft kann da natürlich nichts dafür, aber zur Info, falls man diesbezüglich empfindlich ist.

Top accomodatiom, very clean, very good staff, good location. Pool, outside shower. They offer a tour. I suggest you take Curiese + st. Pierre for 100eur/person (lunch incl.), it was excelent...

Das Team von Ocean Villa ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick und die Lage direkt am Strand waren fantastisch. Man kann in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ocean Villa einkaufen, in Restaurants gehen, oder sich vom Team bekochen lassen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank bei unserer Anreise schon befüllt.

Die Einrichtung ist eher traditionell. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber Ansprüche an Modernität und Design sollten nicht zu hoch sein.

Die Lage ist perfekt am Strand. Alle haben sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Es gab ein Begrüssungsgetränk. Auch wurden wir immer wieder mit leckeren Säften und Früchten überrascht. Alle waren sehr offen und freundlich zu uns. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Internet war nicht so gut. Ist manchmal ausgefallen.

Leider war unser Zimmer im 1. Stock und auf der Strassenseite und daher ziemlich laut, v.a. am Morgen störend. Der Strand war zum Spazieren ok, aber aufgrund des vielen Seegras nicht zum Baden. Dank Auto waren wir zum Glück flexibel.

Der Aufenthalt war super, alles war sehr sauber und die Lage einfach toll. Die Schlafräume sind klimatisiert, der Pool eine angenehme Abkühlung.

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir von Ailyn und ihrem Bruder mit kalten Handtüchern (herrlich!), frischen Kokosnüssen und frisch gepressten Säften herzlich empfangen. Die ganze Anlage ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche in unserem Apartament war super modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Einige Take Aways, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unproblematisch zu Fuß erreichbar erreichbar. Ailyn ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin: sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und gibt einem sofort das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein! Sie hat uns sehr viele wertvolle Tipps über die Insel gegeben und wir wurden immer wieder mit frischem Obst verwöhnt, das von der Bio-Farm von Ricardo stammte. Auch der empfohlene Guide für den Ausflug nach Curieuse & St. Pierre, war fantastisch - wir waren eine kleine Gruppe, was im Vergleich zu den anderen Ausflügen mit ca. 20 Teilnehmern sehr angenehm war (und das Barbecue war erstklassig). Was man unbedingt nicht verpassen soll, ist das von Ailyn gekochte Dinner - es war das beste kreolische Essen, das wir auf den 3 Inseln gegessen haben! Lieben Dank Ailyn! Wir hoffen, dass du uns bald in Deutschland besuchst <3 !

Kontakt vor Ort für Fragen war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles liebevoll gekümmert. Der Strand ist gleich hinterm Haus, auch wenn es nicht der schönste ist, da, zumindest während Südostmonsum Seegrass angeschwämmt wird und es sehr windig ist. Aber es sind optimale Bedingungen für Surfer und Kiter und man hat dafür das Meer quasi für sich. Gut war auch, dass für das Frühstück einiges bereitgestellt wurde und Strandhandtücher vorhanden waren. Auch Sauberkeit war super.

Einziger Kritikpunkt, der sehr von den persönlichen Befinden abhängt, ist die Badewanne, in der man Duschen muss. Ohne Vorhang geht das nur im Hocken oder sitzend.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

The house was lovely, very comfortable and lots of space. Was well equipped and had everything we needed. The onsite manager was fantastic and she went over and above to make our stay perfect. From helping us with car hire and a boat tour to dropping by with home made juice and fresh coconuts. The grounds were so well Kept. The team work very hard all the time to keep it looking so perfect

The property was great, I would just caution anyone booking to note that at certain times of year the winds are strong and there is a lot of seaweed on the beach. Not the resorts fault, I can’t fault the accommodation but I wish I had realised. That said, the beach is long and sandy and you can walk for miles in the surf, which is still very enjoyable.

▪︎ La grande villa familiale avec ses équipements, ses grandes chambres, son accès privé à la mer était idéal pour notre grande famille. ▪︎ L'espace piscine entretenu tout les jours était un vrai plus puisque la plage de Grand Anse n'est pas très adaptée à la baignade en août. ▪︎ La propreté des villas et studios, avec le ménage réalisé tous les jours par Ailyn. ▪︎ La disponibilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes et les petites attentions offertes chaque jour.

▪︎ La localisation sur Grand Anse au Sud de l'île est à bien prendre en compte. Il est obligatoire d'avoir un véhicule pour pouvoir bien profiter de l île de Praslin (la majorité des points d intérêts étant davantage situé au nord et à l ouest de l'île). Ayant anticipé ce point il n a pas été perçu comme un desavantage majeur.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und groß, wir hatten super viel Platz! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Aileen ist super nett und aufmerksam. Wir wurden mit frischen Kokosnüssen begrüßt! Auf Grund der Rezensionen haben wir angefragt, ob Aileen ein Dinner für uns zubereiten würde und es war hervorragend! Der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gefallen und wurde auch täglich gereinigt, ebenso die Unterkunft war jeden Tag extrem ordentlich! Sogar die Wäsche wurde für uns gemacht, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Auch dass wir die Handtücher mit an den Strand nehmen konnten, war für uns sehr praktisch. Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell an allen wichtigen Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Eigentlich war alles toll, einzig die Lampen könnten ein bisschen gemütlicher sein.

Alojamiento casi perfecto. La ubicación, el alojamiento y los anfitriones de 10. Toda nuestra estancia fue de 10, el alojamiento está impecable y nos atendieron en todo momento con amabilidad y una sonrisa. Lo usamos como base para explorar Praslin, tiene todo cerca y la piscina le da un plus.

Onze gastvrouw Aylin is een topper. Ze legt je helemaal in de watten. Niks is teveel! Ze regelt een auto voor je. Lokatie is perfect dicht bij de restaurants. Koelkast is gevuld met wat lekkers. Top accommodatie aan het strand met een mooi zwembad, ligstoelen met kussens en parasols. Strandlakens aanwezig. Zeer schoon! .

Accueil impeccable à la villa EVE ; noix de coco en apéro et serviettes fraiches pour se rafraichir. Belle surprise aussi avec un frigo garni ; pain, confiture, lait, beurre, eau +++ Bananes plusieurs fois sur 6 jours ++ Logement spacieux et propre (nettoyage journalier du logement) et magnifique en bordure de mer. Endroit calme, jardin fleuri et entretenu tous les jours. Disponibilité d'un parking à côté de la villa ++ Piscine un peu fraiche.

Le fait qu'au mois de juillet, la mer n'est pas accessible tellement il y a des algues donc le prix payé pour la bordure de mer est un peu cher. (voir photo)

The property was in a great location, very convenient from the ferry. It was a clean and well taken care property with all the necessary equipments.

The location was really nice, close to the Grand'Anse beach and with some nice takeaways close by. Appartment was big and clean.

Unfortunately Grand Anse in June is exposed to wind and seaweed, so the beach is practically non-existent and is covered in black seaweed that has a very bad smell. With a small child therefore you have to move to go to the beach, and taxis and rentals on the island are really expensive.

The staff is superd. Ailyn and her Team provide everthing you need and are helpful. The made us a warm welcome and we regretted not staying longer. We had the Appartement facing the main road, but the noise was ok. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There was nothing we missed. The beds are comfortable and the AC and fans are new. The Appartement as well as the whole estate was really really clean and tidy. The Pool area is perfect for a quick refreshment and the walk to the beach is super short. The beach is beautiful with lots of places in the shade and not many people there. Everthing you need is just a short work or a even shorter drive away. We really enjoyed staying at Ocean Villa! It is perfect for staying with a child.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Villa! The villa was in excellent condition. - spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was cleaned daily, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and hassle-free. We were warmly welcomed with refreshments on arrival, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our visit. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend Ocean Villa to anyone looking for a serene and well-kept place to stay.

- Aylin was a great host - The reception when we checked in was amazing with fresh coconuts and 3 staff member welcoming us - Very clean apartment and they cleaned the apartment every day and gave us every day new beach towels - Location was good with a lot restaurants nearby

- The Grand Anse beach which was attached to the apartment is not so great, we did not like it but the apartment is just a 10-15 min drive away to the most beautiful beach Anse Georgette.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful ocean villa, had the large 3 bed villa, very comfortable, great pool, big garden, just steps from the beach, staff are amazing, just perfect, very sad to leave.
